I called this company because they're close to MCTC where the car was parked. I told them it was parked in the garage. They quoted me $230. Okay, fine. Then they called back to get the clearance for the garage. I didn't know because it is my partner's car and they were there, so they called my partner. While talking to her, they said they didn't know it was a garage (but they'd call to get the clearance for the garage....oookaaay) and it might cost more. Nope. They're already quoted me a price and I had told them it was in a parking garage, so I said I wouldn't pay more but they could refund the $230 and I'd call another tow company. They fumbled around and said they'd "ask the driver" if he'd do it for the quoted price. I guess he said yes. They said it would be about an hour. They had also confirmed the height clearance with my partner. An hour later they called and said they couldn't get in because their truck was too tall, albeit they'd confirmed the height clearance before. Now they're "asking a friend if they can borrow his shorter truck..? And will call back "soon".
This company is a mess. I do not recommend unless you want to deal with the run-around and baloney.
This driver Mike was THE BEST when my super old Honda broke down during a MN visit!! He didn't just tow us, he even called the shop so they'd fix it quick and told us where to get lunch while waiting. That's like actual A+ customer service ya know??
Impossible. Zero human contact, only a virtual assistant and a text confirming the tow but no additional information. Tried calling and talking to a human to get an eta, impossible to reach a human.

It was not something urgent but I wanted to tow our old car to my grandpa's home as it is not functioning well. Upon request, the driver from Timber towing came and handled everything well and safe. Thanks for your service!
They arrived in a timely manner and gave honest explanations and information about my car and what they thought was wrong with it. I originally called for a tow but after successfully jump starting my car first, I was only charged for the jump start which is amazing! My parking lot can be difficult to navigate in the winter/slush, so they even waited for me to get out of my lot before they left, I'm very glad they were able to help :)
Here’s my review as promised to Timber Towing Company. Called them after trying to get into our electric car which died unexpectedly. The receptionist stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes as I was in a sketchy part of town. She was so patient even though i am sure they had other calls that were coming in.
Unable to contact this company for address after my daughter’s car was towed following an accident. It has been over a week with no answers.

Let me down twice. Details below.
Called this Tuesday, told me they can’t get to it that day so they would do it the following day. Come the next day, it’s noon, and no sight of them so I texted what I presume is the owner and got an apology. Said they would get to it the next day. Now it’s Thursday and got completely ghosted — absolutely no response.
If you can’t do your job, how about you just tell me you can’t instead of having me wait around for you?
Tom from Timber Towing Company arrived on time, was courteous to my kids and I and walked me through the costs and next steps to take with my insurance company. Gave me the proper paperwork and told me to call if I had any questions. Great customer service.
Needed a car towed and insurance called out a tow. waited over an hour only to find out that the tow had a flat and the next tow would be an hour out. I called Timber Towing and they got out to my car in 20 min and drove it to where I scheduled the drop off. Quick arrival and service even during MPLS rush hour. Thanks for help!
Came to the rescue and jumped my car and towed it to my nearest auto shop very efficiently, also helped me determine what was wrong with my car, 5 stars would recommend!
