Very prompt in responding to my tow request! He was at my car within 15 minutes of my call and made it as easy as possible after a stressful situation! Very friendly and communicated with me every step of the way. Will definitely be using them again! Highly recommend!
My car battery died and it was stuck in my driveway after I failed to jump it. Tim came by to tow it but successfully jumped it first and saved me money. He even followed me to the shop to make sure everything was well and offered to give me a ride back. An honest and friendly man and he’ll be the first one I call if I need help again!

Was greeted by the friendliest guy. After spending a week locked out of my car I decided to have them come tow it to the dealership. He did a few quick things and boom I was in my car again! Didn't even charge me for the tow that he was already giving me a great price on! Saving number in case I ever need a tow again!
I came out of work to a flat tire and Tim was there within an hour. He changed the flat for a reasonable price and delivered on his commitment. Very impressive service.

Are the reviewers paid to say something positive , drinking buddies from texa tonka bowlour , former STLP high school alumni asked to say something positive , or what.
Is the reason bolle towing doesn't return calls is because they only do haul away DWI business with the STLP Police Dept & anything less isn't worth their time.
Needed a car towed that was involved in a accident , from the W Lake st, Library lane area , to the driveway of my residence in STLP, Of course you can only leave a voice mail , no direct contact. In the recorded message at 7:47 PM ,I left my name , address, Tele # , and what I needed done.
I also left them the option , if they couldn't perform the service on the evening of the 29 Sept 2021 , we could set up appointment for the fallowing day. 9 hours latter , I still haven't heard back from Bolle towing.

Do companies that tow vehicles have to be licensed by the city they operate in?, If so why is Bolle towing still licensed to operate in STLP
Truly best towing service (or any service in general) I’ve ever worked with. Quick, efficient, friendly, and understanding. Tim tried his best to work with my schedule and kept me updated on timing especially given the weather challenges. If you need your car moved for any reason, call them. They reduce the stress of it big time.
Best towing in the area! They communicated with me throughout the whole process (when they could swing by, estimated times/price/etc). Bear helped me out of the jam I was in and I didn’t get charged through the roof (unlike other towing companies in the cities/burbs). He was very kind and gave me helpful advice! Just honest hard working professionals overall! Give them a call if you live in St. Luis Park/Hopkins or anywhere around these cities!
Drove my car down a ditch like a dummy and got it stuck. Tim came out within 30 minutes. Had me out in about ten. He was punctual professional, and not only that but the price was more than fair. And he's local. First experience with a tow service and couldn't be happier with bolle. Deserves 10/5
I called to have my car jumped, gave my number and address, and was told to wait for a call that someone was on the way. After waiting over two hours, I called back to ask for a time estimate. The person who took my call said they would check with the driver(s) and call me back right away. That call never came. Never got my car jump started and had to phone another tow service instead. Rather disappointing to have wasted several hours of my time with no apology or explanation.
Amazing customer service. I had a tire blow out on the highway, Tim showed up minutes after my call and did everything in his power to ensure that I got home safely. And it was absolutely a downpour of rain! Great guy, fantastic service.

Made me wait two hours, and then didn't show up or call me, or even answer their phones. It's 20 degrees out and I sat and dumbly waited the entire time. This was my first time truck expierience, and I'll never make the mistake of calling Boelle again.
