I needed to buy a few body parts for my older model RAV4. I’ve never purchased these types of items before, but the staff at the company made it so smooth and easy. The prices are reasonable as well. Not only that but it’s a great place to scope out (or get recommendations) for places or people who will install the parts for you if you can’t do it yourself. Ordered a slip on rocker panel that came in a box with zero packaging in it and was all bent up. Even if it wasn't bent, it wouldn't fit properly. Part was cheap enough that I'll cut it to size and use it but pretty disappointing out of the box.
Both people I spoke to were wonderfully upbeat and pleasant to speak with. Very efficient and helpful. I own a small dealership and will definitely be working with these guys again. Thanks John!

This place is awesome! I picked up a bumper and Nicholas was so helpful! They had doughnut day , I was offered a doughnut and some coffee. Nicholas also went above and beyond to help me with the issues I was having with my car. Thank you so much.
I called around all morning for a side mirror I could get the same day. I called EVERYBODY (except. Toyota dealerships, ain't nobody got time for that), even Fridley and U Pull R Parts. Nothing. Before I found these guys, the best I could find was $70 by 2:30pm. $70. This was not a Toyota part, just some generic. Finally, I call these guys. You can only call the 800 number which is not local, but they said, yep, we have one for $25, pick up today in Minneapolis. I still thought, "no way they have it," until I got there and they got it out, then helped me find some other parts I needed (they do not do engine parts, just collision). I was amazed. Way cheaper than even Walmart. Part appears to be new and fits perfectly.
Nicholas was 5 star staying late to complete our order.
He gave us great service with a smile although we kept him 45 minutes late.

This business is awesome! I pulled in front of their door with a flat tire. Went in, told them the situation and they helped me problem solve. When waiting for the tow truck one of their employees brought me out a bottle of water and asked if so needed a ride somewhere. They are so nice! Highly recommend and they have my business going forward!
I just had an awesome experience at APO! Normally I would pick up a bumper cover and have to get the paint delivered our stop elsewhere.
Today I bought the bumper cover, paint, clear coat, and even the installation hardware at APO.
So convenient and the customer service was top shelf.
