I stopped at Tires Xpress last week for a diagnosis and oil change. All my questions were answered, the price was fair and the mechanic, Rick was very helpful. I was told that they are under new management with a new owner
I think I just my new mechanic/garage! Used to take all my cars to a garage in Blaine for years, but decided to them a try given mobility issues & location. Stopped by prepared to make an appointment. I'm sorry I don't recall the gentleman's (possible owner) name but he quickly looked at what I needed and said he could take care of it today. I returned at 2pm as agreed but sent my son. Told him it would take 30 minutes. The price was more than reasonable for rear brake pads. I even got a little extra at no charge. Speed & pricing will make me a returning customer!
Excellent Customer Service! I had my oil changed, it was super quick, easy and affordable. Jeremy was terrific! The team was polite and answered all my questions politely. They were very patient, thorough and detailed with a new car owner. I really appreciate them and I'll be a returning customer!!
This is a great Auto Service Garage, Elizandro and Hassan M., gave my 2009 Chevy Cobalt a new life, they did a great inspection and advised me on what to do I did and was very Satisfied this was back in August 2024.

Went there for 2 slow leaking tires. Was charge for a plug($25) one and the other a patch($45). After a month air tire lights turn on for both agian. I can understand a plug might leak again but a patch with in a month idk. Had my toyota patch 2yrs ago somewhere else and still holding strong.
Took my acura TL 2004 for four flat tires, came out with a new valve stem and charge me 275 close 300 for four tires. They never give receipt. It was a younger male, walmart only charge $18 per tires. Don't recommend anyone go to tire xpress unless you know your stuff
I went in already knowing the condition of my tires and the service guy gave me three options which I was ready to pay for. After he could not patch the tire due to not too much thread, he came up to me, asking for checking fees, which he never told me from the beginning of my visit. Very poor communication and I think that's STEALING.
This people should rectify their closing time online and stop fooling prospective clients. It's 4.36 pm, Saturday, April 27 2024. I drove all the way to this shop on Brooklyn Blvd in Brooklyn Park. Shop is closed and it is not yet 6.00 p.m. which is the closing time on Saturdays. Please make correct accordingly. Thank you for wasting my time.
Got my tires here last month great customer service. Came back for an oil change and hands down the fastest oil change I have ever gotten. They are always so friendly. Thanks guys!
This is my first stop place for diagnosis Whenever I have a car problem, they are the most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with, they have done some minor works for me free of charge like adjusting my auto computer system, or tweeking my malfunctioning power windows, i always bring my car here first before checking out any other mechanics due to their honesty.
They were out of my tire size when I arrived but took tire off to find issue and patched it up and put it back on for me. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Also took my info to call me when they did get my size. Great customer service and friendly people!
The customer service I received here was incredible. Jessie(the girl at the counter) went above and beyond to find me the tires I needed at a price I could afford. The service was fast and my truck has never driven better. I will definitely be coming back in the spring for all season tires. Thank you Joe and all the rest of the guys for making the normally dreadful experience of buying tires, a pleasant one.
Drive 40 minutes there to get two tires. Waited 15 minutes for someone to tell me they did not have my size. “ it was a miscommunication” so they say. Maybe get an inventory list and you won’t have these issues

They broke the bleeder screws on both calibers replaced them with worn ones and didn't greased them now they stick in the winter, Dave say it's not their fault... And didn't attempt to try..
