The tow truck driver was extremely fast and friendly. I called other companies and they told me 1-2 hours. He got there in 20 min. I would highly recommend.
Driver showed up to tow my vehicle after I called and cancelled. When I told him someone else was coming to get it, he told me he hoped I would be "punished today with bad karma.". Uh...okay dude! One star cause I can't give em zero. So eat it, pal.
The guy I spoke with has the worst customer service. I called to get a quote and verify that he can tow my SUV, at first it was a YES and than it was a NO. I asked the question as to why he couldn't tow my vehicle and was quick to say because landrovers are difficult than hangs up on ME. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Ide give this company zero stars if I could.
My 20 yr old daughter had a situation come up with her car being towed and I had no idea who to call to better understand the situation and what my daughters responsibilities were. She was not receiving the answers she needed etc.
I called Minneapolis Towing company for some general towing questions to figure out our next steps. They took the time to answer my questions and provide direction needed (with no gain for them at all). Thank you so much for your assistance!
