After my 18' trailer dropped out of hitch going thru stop sign by N. Memorial Hospital, Greg swooped in to my rescue with a smile on his face and put the trailer back on the hitch within 5 minutes and did not charge me a cent! He left a lasting impression and I will definitely contact him in the future.
