Damaged our car horrible dispatchers that defend the techs that destroys your car… look somewhere else they overprice because they know people are desperate charge you the same amount for extracting and towing… call multiple companies to find the cheapest price and calculate the miles with your map so they don’t screw you over
I needed a tow truck/flat bed less then 10 miles! Keep in mind same service. I called and a guy told me 200 a lady told me 280 what? I told her a guy said 200 didn’t care, ok lost a customer. Get your prices right!
I had a great experience with this company. I had never used them until I needed a tow today. The drivers were professional and very nice. Much better than Fiest that’s for sure. Amazing job guys and I will definitely be recommending you to my peers
I received the worst service I have ever encountered. They failed to communicate all the pricing details because they "assumed" that I should already know this information. When I called to inquire, they hung up on me and never answered my calls. Additionally, the person they hired to pick up my car was rude and unprofessional over the phone. Would not recommend them to anyone!!
Very efficient, friendly, honest and professional!!!! I had been putting off getting my car junked and they had the car gone in an hour from when I initially called them about it. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Wanted to give a big 5 Star review. Car broke down earlier this week and had two different tow services which both never came. Tried MPLS Tow Service and they got my vehicle in less than an hour after I called them to inquire. Great communication and good rates IMO. Appreciate the help!

When asked for price of my longer tow the driver said he didn't know and didn't give me an estimate, when I got to my destination it was $860, a rip off.

My truck overheated on the side of the road on the way to work and I had to have it towed to my local dealership. The lady that answered the phone was very patient and knowledgeable. I waited less than 20 minutes for my tow truck driver to arrive and he was friendly, professional and extremely fast. I saved their number in my phone for all my future towing needs.
The only time I got a tow and felt like they cared about me car as if it was theirs! My car was very low and I was afraid it would get damaged but they are very professional and took proper precautions to loading and unloading it. I would call them first every time!
Super fast, friendly service that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Nobody enjoys having car troubles, but from the friendly staff that answered my call to my tow truck driver, the experience was above my expectations.
Called them to tow vehicle, driver arrives and jumps my battery and it successfully starts and as he leaves my car dies again. So I call them back immediately and for them to provide any further service they would charge the exact same amount ($142 to tow 0.7 miles), charged me that without towing just for the jump and 10 minutes maximum of their time. They also bid me $125 for the services and then charged more upon arrival. Steer clear of this business, terrible service, use the next towing service.
So impressed with the timing of the service. They said 30 min ETA and showed up in 18. The person who came for my car was also very friendly, which I appreciated because my day has been so stressful. I initially ordered a tow truck through my insurance plan and they said 120 min. Then more than 2.5 hrs later, another 120 min ETA. Then 10. Then 30. Then cancelled, then reassigned. Should have just called Minneapolis Towing in the morning because I waited 7 hrs until I got so fed up.
Eric was super friendly and honest about timing and pricing! We needed help towing a car for 2 homeless women to the auto shop, he had the best price and was very informative. He got there at the perfect God-appointed time. Thanks, Eric! You're awesome!
Tire blew on the freeway. Googled “towing service” and gave this business a call. Before I knew it, I had someone there to help and bring me and my (flat tire) car home, safely.
I had a gentlemen named Zon (hope I am spelling that correctly) and he was incredibly prompt, informative through the process, and personable.
The entire process was stress free, including the payment (you pay at the end and my charges were incredibly reasonable).
Zon let me know he just started with the company and loves it and at the end of the transaction I took his business card and hope in the future (as I know there will be an incident in my future), I get Zon again, he was awesome!

Fast, friendly service, even at 1:30am, when the other tow places I called told me they couldn't arrive until morning, Minneapolis towing was there in just 15 minutes. While no one ever wants to need a tow truck, Minneapolis towing made it fast and easy.
I was eating some KFC chicken while driving, long story short— with chicken grease all over the steering wheel, my car slipped and I went into a ditch. I called Minneapolis Towing, they came fast, and I got to stop and grab some more chicken on the way home. 2 thumbs up!!!
A few months ago I ran over a curb that bent my rim on my passenger tire. Fast forward to last week, I was driving and my rim actually rubbed against my tire that it eventually popped. I was really scared and had no idea what to do and came across Minneapolos Towing Service. The guy on the phone new exactly what had happened and reassured me that someone would be to my rescue in a few minutes.
The driver showed up and was so genuine and understood that i was scared and worried about the price. He was able to drive me home and once I saw my bill, I was relieved that it was not as much as I thought! I highly recommend them for multiple reasons; customer service, trustworthy, reliable, friendly, cost saving and fast!

Very reliable at affordable price. My Car broke down at 3 am in the midst of snow, I was looking for the towing service and these guys were the one who answered and were on time for the rescue unlike others who left us hanging. Definitely recommend everyone to go with Minneapolis towing service. They were very friendly and made my family feel safe.
Amazing towing company, trucks were very clean an driver are very knowledgeable, my car went into a ditch and wheel flew off, tow truck driver was there with in 15 minutes got my car out of ditch very fast an on to his tow truck. Offered me a ride home as well just a very pleasant experience from the company will only use this company for all my towing needs.
Setting up the tow over the phone was very straight forward and the rep was helpful and informative. You get called to pay after the job is complete. If you are present you may get promoted to select a tip option via Square.
It was an amazing service from the employees. Great company and on time service. I recommend everyone using this service whenever they need towing, lock outs, tyre change, etc.
After hitting a gi-normous pothole, they did a good job getting our specialty car off the side of the interstate and to the destination. Tow guy was very personable. Only problem was...destination was less the 1 mile away and our tow bill was $500!!!
