  I called foe a tow. She said it would be 1 hour. After 1.5 hours of waiting I called back and she said it will be another 1/2 hour maybe. I cancelled the tow and called Frankie's who said it will be 20 minutes. Avoid Kelly's Towing. Terrible service. The worst.

  Just got a tow from Kelly's - was picked up by a guy named Tom (Thomas?) from Long Lake to Montrose. I am totally impressed with the level of courtesy, patience, and professional attitude me and the Mrs received from him. If that's the level of professional service that's expected with this company, I'll call them any and every time I'm in need. Bravo, for real!

  Thought I needed a tow for my car that wouldn’t start for the last two days. The driver Joe came right on time and tried to start it again and of course it worked perfectly fine. He was very understanding and waited for me to drive it around the block to make sure nothing was wrong with it. I really appreciated the help and will definitely be using this company in the future if need be!

  My car battery died this afternoon and after looking at a few places online, I decided to call Kelly's. The person I spoke to was super nice and I appreciated that he only asked me for the necessary information (a name, phone number and my location) before saying he would send someone right out. A few minutes later I got a call from Zeke letting me know that he was on his way and how long it would be. I really appreciated the second call. No other company has done that before and it really made me feel like they help was on the way. When Zeke arrived, he hooked up the jumper and my car started right away on the first try. My car has a high CCA requirement so it was a relief to me that the jumper he brought was strong enough to do the job. Zeke was polite and efficient through the whole process and I will definitely use Kelly's Towing again if I should ever need them.

  Had a car that wouldnt start after using a trickle charger. Thought we needed to take it to the shop so West Hennepin Auto + Tire referred us to Kellys for a tow. Turns out our trickle charger wasnt working and it just needed a jump. Kelly's guy was polite, helpful, educated us about battery stuff, and the prices of both towing and a jump seemed very reasonable.
