DO NOT USE!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
Scraped up my driveway, the owner of the company was a complete jerk, became defensive very quickly once he heard damage was done, tried to argue that the damage occurred because I had leaves on my drive way!!! Never apologized for his employees poor service, said he would NOT fix the damages or reimburse to make things right. Once he was told everything was recorded, then he tried to conduct himself professionally, but still never apologized or worked out a solution!!! Not to mention the pay out for the vehicle was a joke, gave bare minimum on a car that still was functioning then caused damage to property.
After this horrible incident, used a different service (cash for cars) for a different vehicle that was much older and didn’t run at all and received double pay out than sell a junker!!!!
Video has much better quality, however, Google won’t allow video to be posted that shows driver abruptly breaking once they hear the scraping, but for some reason decides to not stop and check the problem and continues to drag and the vehicle from driveway to street, finally gets out and checks the issue while in the street.
Exceptional service- quick, easy, no hassle, and same day servicing for removing my junk vehicle! I would definitely recommend to family and friends, and be returning should I need services again in the future!

I called this place to get my car junked, the guy asked me how much do I want for my car, I obviously jumped high and said $500 he said no I said how much would u give me he didn’t give me answer I said we can negotiate a price and he said he didn’t negotiate if I wanted $500 keep calling around smh what kind of business says they don’t negotiate I hung up the phone this guy sounds arrogant and immature, didn’t get the impression that I was talking to a grown man more like an 18 year old whos daddy gave him a business I wouldn’t suggest doing any business with them cause they remind me of how businesses use to run before Covid treating people like their nothing -5 stars.
Andy, Josh and Seth helped me out of a bind regarding a well used non running van parked at a business in Richfield. They were professional and quick to remove the van to their recycling business and pay me for their trouble. Good people! Easy to talk to.

Bought my newest car here. A 2017 Mitsubishi lancer. Both the price and service was excellent. I also junked a 2004 Ford Ranger recently with them. These are good people.
Never received payment! Have not been able to get a response from the company. They came and picked up two vehicles in New Germany MN on August 24, 2024. We were not able to be there, but arranged an over the phone estimate prior. The company was suppose to mail a check for the two vehicles due to us moving out of state and it still has not been received. I tried contacting them Oct. 30,2024 Nov 2, 2024 and Feb. 18, 2025 With no response. They have both titles and took the two vehicles but never mailed the checks.

I didn’t bother “shopping around” for other junkers. When I called him he was straight on how he determines price. And true to his word he gave me the max. I hope I never need him again but if I do I’ll be a repeat customer. For those reading this don’t hesitate give him a call.
I recently bought a used engine from these guys and they gave me a bad one after my mechanics told me it was bad Engine. They then had my car towed with the engine installed already, so they can find out themself that it was bad motor . After waiting five days just to hear that it was a bad motor they “Ryan “ The so call supervisor of the facility gives me another bad motor but wants me to install it before I can say it a bad engine. I lost $2,300 on Labor and Long story short they will rip you out your money and they will give you used parts that are bad and they’re knowing that they’re bad! I shopped with abco, AAA, or Ace and all these other used facilities and never had a hard time or a bad engine.

I called them and they got rid of my vehicle within three hours of the call. It was less then a ten minute process after they arrived. They were friendly and timely. I highly recommend them if you want to junk your car.
Pretty easy to get my car picked up, and felt like I was wasting their time the first time when they were out here. First time i was offered a bit more, and the second time the driver said he didn't remember the conversation of how much more he offered. Overall, I do appreciate the help and upholding their word.

My son’s car broke down when he came home to visit for Christmas and it wasn’t fixable. My complex said it had to be moved so we called … people were so nice and friendly and understanding of the situation and set up a time to pick up that day the driver (Seth) was very understanding and patient. This was my son’s first car and he saved up to buy it on his own and was hard to part with but Seth was great and listened!!! Great customer service from start to finish!!!
