Showed up in 45min like they said. Hauled my truck 125miles and put it in my garage. The driver parked it with the ball joint back in its position. Great service. I would use them every time
This state trooper works with u should be summoned. Never gives warning. 2k dollars for 5 miles towing insane. It seems you give him a little coin . Stop overcharging ain't worth it,u will be happy but nature never leaves you. Just from Rest area to your place is 5 miles 2k. They didn't tow They drove the truck how can you disconnect a truck from trailer and u say u towed. I will sue you that's theft.

Very nice driver and communicated extremelywell, also great dispatcher easy to talk to. Called on a Saturday evening and they showed up within 30mins. And had very reasonable prices. Hopefully never have to use them again. But if solve, they will be my first choice.
I had an extremely negative experience with this towing company. I parked my semi-truck at a rest area where I’m permitted to stay for up to 10 or even 24 hours. I was away for less than two hours to grab some food and pick up parts for my truck, but when I returned, my truck was missing.
I contacted 911 to inquire about the situation, and the police had no information regarding the tow. They did not authorize it. Afterward, I reached out to the state trooper, who also could not provide details but eventually discovered that this company had towed my truck. When I called them, they informed me that they were closed, despite towing my truck at 4 PM and closing at 5 PM.
The following morning, when I visited to ask who authorized the tow, they were unable to give me a clear answer. They claimed to have received a call from the state trooper but refused to provide the officer's name. Ultimately, I had to pay $1,126.42 to retrieve my truck.
The manner in which I was treated was wholly unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt that I was discriminated against based on my race. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
They moved a large toolbox for me and would definitely recommend TC Transport and Recovery. Felt very confident in their skill set, equipment and professionalism. Between the loading, securement and transport, everything was well done. They went above and beyond my asks for the job, sent a supervisor to help during the process. Nice job.
Had my Tesla model X towed in because the main battery died and left the car dead. Get the car back and has damage on rear driverside qtr and mirror. Its been a month and no help just Tesla of Rogers blaming Twin Cities Transport & Recovery. Twin Cities Transport & Recovery blaming Tesla. This is the worst service experience I have ever had and had to eat a $2800 body shop bill that was not my fault.
Zero Stars if possible. These people are crooks who work with the state trooper patrol to steal people's money. It is a racket and they have the state troopers in their pockets to quickly call and get cars towed before the owners can even call their roadside assistance company. My son's car (which I own) was safely away from the road in the ditch and these people worked with their crooked state trooper friend to tow it to impound where I had to pay $701.51 for a five mile tow. Will not recommend even to my worst enemies.
Not sure if this is the correct location. I needed a tow last Saturday. The clutch went out in my sports car right in front of Lunds in Wayzata. It was horrible. It took about 30 minutes for the driver to show up. He was the most careful person. It was a flatbed and he made sure the car’s body was not scraped pulling it up onto the flatbed it took him an extra 1/2 hour to do that. It was amazing! Nice man. I really appreciated his extra carefulness and would highly,recommend using your service.
