Great punctual customer service. We had 2 flat tires after hitting a pot hole. They were there within 30 minutes! Very friendly drivers!!! I highly recommend them!
Tony is an awesome guy! Friendly and personable, fast and professional. He showed up in exactly the time quoted and was quicker than any other company I called--just 35 minutes when others were quoting me up to 90.
Tony was really fast to show up. Others were saying 2-4 hours, he was there in 20 mins (yes he was in the area and I got lucky). Very understanding and handled things with care. Was very fair on price. He has seen a lot so when we are having a bad day he is very steady and calm.
Anthony arrived quickly on a hot July 4th Sunday. The fact we had a broken classic car, low to the ground with fewer tow points than anything modern, did not bother him. He was able to safely get our little roadster up on his flatbed and deliver it not only to our home, but also placed perfectly in our garage. Seriously professional work. His card is now on our refrigerator.
My vehicle had broken down in the middle of nowhere. When I say the middle of nowhere I mean the middle of nowhere. No other company would help and the sun was going down. But these guys drove 2 hours, then another 2 hours to bring me home. At 2am we finally got back. Having to deal with the heat, mosquitoes, pitch darkness and a state trooper given me a hard time it was nice to see a company to go that far to help me out. They really have no idea how grateful I am.

Tony provides an amazing service. He is the only tow company I will use and recommend to both friends and customers. Everyone in my family has his card in their glove box because they know he is a reliable guy to call if they are in need. All around nice guy and his humor is unmatched.

Our car wouldn't start and the first service we used couldn't get it to start and didn't have the time to tow. We called Midwest Recovery and they were able to start our car in less than five minutes! In addition this was late on a Saturday night and Midwest Recovery knew exactly which mechanics were still available for a same night fix. Very knowledgeable provider.
I needed my car towed and I received a text message that this company would be towing it within 65 minutes. But they never came. I found out later the owner called me ONE time to tell me he couldn’t tow my car. But when he got my voicemail he couldn’t take 10 seconds to LEAVE THE MESSAGE. shame on you! Terrible company b
