My car broke down with my elderly mom and I stranded in Eden Prairie (intersection of dell and a crossroad I forgot). Lyle picked our car up, was quick and friendly dropping us safely at home (where we towed the car)in St Bonifacius. No one wants to have to utilize this service, but at least we had a kind and professional person helping us out.
Truck died on me at the gas station. Called a couple of tow companies before these guys, no one picked up. The guy over at Sandoval Towing picked up the phone, was out in 10 minutes, up front about costs, towed my vehicle to the repair shop, and also gave me a ride to my place. Awesome service! Even sent pics of them dropping my keys and pics of my truck at the repair shop. Horrible night into a ok night! Steve and Nate were phenomenal!
Tony did and amazing job, towing from my home in robbinsdale to my mechanic in Brooklyn Park. They were quick and very communicative about his intentions and sent plenty of pictures once it was delivered. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you so much for the tow Tony. I recently used Sandoval Services Towing to move my car from the Minneapolis Impound Lot to my Chevy dealership in Wayzata, after the impound lot damaged my car badly. He arrived promptly to when he said he would, walked me through the details, checked the best way to secure my car and delivered it safely to the dealership to get fixed. Tony was very communicative and courteous in performing not 1 but 2 tows for me today. He towed me from speedway to tires plus, but after he left we learned that there were no openings for tire repair for a week. Tony came back later that day and towed me to my car dealership. He is efficient and skilled in his craft.

What a blessing it was that we came across Sandoval services towing! Chad, was very kind and even asked if we were okay before continuing with further questions. By the time we finished the call, arrival time was 10-15 minutes and picked us up at the cross road of highway 7 and shady oak rd in Hopkins MN and delivered our car to our local Toyota dealership in golden valley. WOW! What an amazing service! I was in distress, stranded in Shoreview and Steve saved the day! Not only did he jump my car, but he came in a tow truck in case my vehicle had issues starting. He even helped make sure that I made it to where I was going safely. Talk about great customer service! 10/10 recommend!
Tony picked my car up in Golden Valley and brought it to my mechanic in Minneapolis—about 5 miles away. Tony arrived very quickly. (State Farm estimated 25-55 minutes and he arrived in 10 minutes!) He was professional, efficient, and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a more stress-free towing process!
Five stars for Sandoval Towing Service! I had an issue with my car not starting and contacted my insurance for a tow. Sandoval Towing was dispatched, and from the first phone call, their team was courteous and professional. When Kurt and Jake arrived, they quickly assessed the situation and offered to jump the battery before towing. It worked — my car started right up! Their quick thinking saved me a trip to the dealership and got me back on the road. I’m grateful for their help and highly recommend their service.
We needed a vehicle towed to a local service garage, as the vehicle was completely dead and could no longer be “jumped”. Sandoval Services Towing was assigned as the company to take care of the towing services for us, and wow! Tony, who towed our vehicle, called us in advance to let us know he was en route, and approximately how far out he was. He provided clear instructions to us, informing us that the vehicle needed to be unlocked and where to leave the key if we were not going to be present upon his arrival. Tony ended up arriving much sooner than we were originally quoted for a wait time, so all around we were already very satisfied. Tony was extremely professional, hooked up our vehicle quickly, confirmed towing location, and delivered our vehicle to the service garage with care. 5/5 service all around — I would definitely trust Sandoval Services Towing and Tony for any future towing needs!
Seriously cannot recommend Sandoval Services enough! They were excellent at communicating and keeping me continuously updated. Not only did they call/text and provide me with ETA updates when the tow truck was on its way, but they also sent pictures of my car when it was dropped off at the auto body shop. Tony was super efficient and made the whole process insanely easy for me. I live in an apartment complex in the middle of Minneapolis, and he was quick to get in and quick to get out and drop my car off at an auto body shop. The quality of the service was five stars, and I would recommend them to anyone needing to get their car towed. They are very professional and treat both their customers and the cars with care. Huge shoutout to Tony for saving my day and giving me peace of mind in the midst of a not so fun situation!!!
Tony called me about my tow to let me know he was on my way and was very professional letting me know his ETA. I had gone to an appointment in NE Mpls on a Sunday morning with my child, and was very stressed at having car issues requiring a tow, and figuring out how to get to where I needed next. Knowing he was coming before the ETA my insurance company gave me (by over an hour!) was good peace of mind. Tony also sent me photos when he dropped off my car at the auto shop over in South Mpls and confirmed putting my keys in the Drop box. I appreciated the service. Thank you! Today was an interesting day in itself. The loaner vehicle that my boyfriend had due to his car being in the shop decided to completely die out (battery). Tony was super helpful and communicated to us effectively. He kept us in the loop on times and did a great job overall. He had a wonderful attitude! He picked up the car from 36th ave and towed it to Journey’s body shop in New Hope providing pictures and great communication!
These folks towed my car to the repair shop today and did a great job. My car is AWD, modified and also has a fiberglass front splitter. They made sure my car arrived safely with zero damage. They were covered by my USAA roadside assistance. They also called to set expectations for the tint they’d be here. They arrived on time and were professional. I’d definitely recommend their services, especially if you have a modified car.
