I recently had the unpleasant necessity of my car being towed. My frown was turned upside down from an amazing experience with Sandoval Services Towing from start to finish! I do not remember the name of the helpful young lady on the phone, but she was incredibly courteous. She said it could take up to 45 minutes for the truck to show up. TONY arrived within 15 minutes! He was one of the most conscientious young men I have ever encountered. He had hustle with a smile! Something sorely absent from the youngest working generation. It was obvious how determined he was that I had positive experience with something no one wants to need. AWD was not an issue as he proficiently utilized his on board dolly system. Tony was great, he came to tow my AWD SUV from downtown Minneapolis in about 15 minutes and dropped it off at my mechanic in St. Paul in under an hour. Sent pictures confirming and dropped off the keys, very fast, professional, and reasonably priced.
Our excellent service Provider was Kurtis. He was and fast to respond and patient as we got our kids out of the vehicle. We were stuck on the side of a busy freeway and was able to bring our vehicle to a midas to deal with a totally flat tire. Thanks!
The driver, Tony, was very helpful. He picked up our truck at TGK Automotive, the address was 5125 Minnetonka Blvd, St. Louis Park, MN. He let me know when he had possession of the truck and was heading to the location we had requested it be brought to. He brought it to Maple Grove Auto, 9225 Wellington Ave, Maple Grove, MN. He sent me pictures of the truck when he got it to Maple Grove Auto. He was very helpful and considerate.

We needed a vehicle towed to a local service garage, as the vehicle was completely dead and could no longer be “jumped”. Sandoval Services Towing was assigned as the company to take care of the towing services for us, and wow! Tony, who towed our vehicle, called us in advance to let us know he was en route, and approximately how far out he was. He provided clear instructions to us, informing us that the vehicle needed to be unlocked and where to leave the key if we were not going to be present upon his arrival. Tony ended up arriving much sooner than we were originally quoted for a wait time, so all around we were already very satisfied. Tony was extremely professional, hooked up our vehicle quickly, confirmed towing location, and delivered our vehicle to the service garage with care. 5/5 service all around — I would definitely trust Sandoval Services Towing and Tony for any future towing needs!

Seriously cannot recommend Sandoval Services enough! They were excellent at communicating and keeping me continuously updated. Not only did they call/text and provide me with ETA updates when the tow truck was on its way, but they also sent pictures of my car when it was dropped off at the auto body shop. Tony was super efficient and made the whole process insanely easy for me. I live in an apartment complex in the middle of Minneapolis, and he was quick to get in and quick to get out and drop my car off at an auto body shop. The quality of the service was five stars, and I would recommend them to anyone needing to get their car towed. They are very professional and treat both their customers and the cars with care. Huge shoutout to Tony for saving my day and giving me peace of mind in the midst of a not so fun situation!!!

Tony was also very communicative keeping me updated on his arrival and drop off of my vehicle. It was a scary situation being stuck on the side of the highway. Tony called me about my tow to let me know he was on my way and was very professional letting me know his ETA. I had gone to an appointment in NE Mpls on a Sunday morning with my child, and was very stressed at having car issues requiring a tow, and figuring out how to get to where I needed next. Today was an interesting day in itself. The loaner vehicle that my boyfriend had due to his car being in the shop decided to completely die out (battery). Tony was super helpful and communicated to us effectively. He kept us in the loop on times and did a great job overall. He had a wonderful attitude! I was super impressed by this towing company. My SUV was dead and in a tight spot in my garage and driver Chase Bailey was able to expertly maneuver it out of the garage and on to the truck without a scratch. We used Sandoval Services Towing today to get our daughter's car from Zuppas in Richfield to a Jeep dealership in Hopkins. They were awesome at communicating. Tony, who towed our daughter's car, kept me updated throughout the whole process and was very polite. Tony even called to say he put the keys in the dropbox for us and sent pictures of our vehicle. Steve pushed my car down a parking ramp and towed my car from Minneapolis to Delano. It was hot and extremely difficult job. He was professional and most of all provided great service. Steve came out and helped with my flat tire after I hit a manhole on a stripped road and got a flat. He was polite, prompt and efficient with his service. These folks towed my car to the repair shop today and did a great job. My car is AWD, modified and also has a fiberglass front splitter. They made sure my car arrived safely with zero damage. They were covered by my USAA roadside assistance. They also called to set expectations for the tint they’d be here. They arrived on time and were professional. I’d definitely recommend their services, especially if you have a modified car.
Sandoval Towing was so easy to work with. Had a flat tire at Methodist Hospital. Scheduled a pick up at my location at senior living and then proceeded to the hospital. Chad White was great to work with. Changed my tire with spare. Noticed it was low with air and had something on his truck to air it up. He was so nice throughout the entire ordeal. Definitely will use them again and keep his card for family members here in MPLS.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tony was beyond helpful. He picked up my truck from work, in Minneapolis, and brought it back to my residence in Saint Paul. The transfer case on my truck had gone out and the vehicle could not move on its own, Tony spent more than what I would have consider the required amount of time to help me get this vehicle into my drive way in the most suitable position. It was a quality experience all around.

He showed up right on time, which was a huge relief, and was extremely professional from the start. He carefully and securely loaded my car onto the flatbed truck from PC automatics shop taking the time to make sure everything was properly fastened and safe for the ride.
