Junk Masters removed a large deck, lots of rock from under the deck, deck footings, rock from garden beds as well as old flagstone and concrete pavers. They did a phenomenal job! The two youn men that arrived to remove old tree debre from our yard were very personable and efficient at getting the job accomplished. They even raked the lawn removing any small remnants that was left. I was very happy with the work they accomplished and would highly recommend them for future work.

The team at Junk Masters did a great job. They were very communicative from the beginning to the very end. My boiler was 500 lbs, and they informed me it would take 2 separate teams to dismantle and remove it. They were able to start and finish on the same day, and they were very careful to cleanup the mess that boiler left behind. I would highly recommend them!
Junk Masters did a fantastic job. They provided some different options that others did not offer. Most notably, an hourly rate for labor to move some of my remaining items. They were prompt to arrive and completed the job cheerfully on a very hot day. So glad to have the job completed!

They sent four guys out to remove our hot tub and haul it away. They were all so polite and made sure not to damage anything in the process. They also took time to clean up really well and make sure I was satisfied before I paid. From the initial person on the phone to the guys they sent out...they were awesome, and I would highly recommend them.

I reached out around 10:45 am for a quote. Pick up was the same day less than 4 hours later. They showed up, confirmed pricing, cleared the things needed moving and were back on the road within 15 minutes. Priced very reasonably and super efficient. Would highly recommend and use again as needed.

The guys were awesome! I called an and they were out, gave me a very reasonable quote, and had my treated lumber removed within an hour. They were very friendly and took care of a big headache. Had I know it would have been this seamless I would have done it much sooner. Highly recommend!
Junk Masters was amazing! They cleared out a large, unfinished addition at my parents' house that was packed with construction material and decades of accumulated, random junk. We were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours of when we first called. The team kept us regularly updated about their expected arrival time, and they arrived within the stated window. The two men who arrived and did the job – William S and William W - were outstanding! They clearly communicated their pricing, they gave us an upfront quote, and they explained any modifications needed to the quote (such as extra recycling fees for some electronic equipment) as the project proceeded. The final cost was very reasonable, given the magnitude of the job. The two Williams were extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. They allowed us to be present during the cleanout and were so kind to my mom and me. As the cleanout proceeded, my mom and I needed to look through some of the piles for things we needed to keep, and the two men kindly worked around us. Before loading anything in their truck, they made sure to confirm with us that we wanted them to take it vs leave it for us. They were very patient and understanding with us during a difficult situation. I hope these two men are well compensated for the excellent work they do, and I am pretty sure they deserve a raise ! Our overall experience with Junk Masters was excellent, and I would definitely use Junk Masters again. I highly recommend them!
Prompt, professional, and efficient service. I received a very reasonable and accurate estimate, and they hauled everything away immediately after I accepted the price. I had a large amount of heavy concrete and debris, and the cost was only about $50–60 more than renting a dumpster, without me having to lift a thing. I highly recommend them. I also have clients who use JunkMasters, and for standard junk removal, their prices are extremely affordable.

Great service. I called at 7am and a truck arrived by 11:00am to give me a quote. The servicemen, Ralph and Bryce, were polite, efficient, and quick. They gave me a quote up front based on an eyeball estimate, which they told me could go up or down slightly depending on the final amount of stuff gathered. They cleaned out my basement and a yard full of junk plus some extra odds and ends in no time. It was so fast I asked them to go ahead and take a pile of brush and branches from a recently trimmed tree; they gave me a quote for the additional amount and took that pile as well. Great service; well worth the price!

I received a timely email and text with the arrival window the day before service, along with a call 15 minutes before arrival. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We're remodeling our laundry room and walk-in closet and had already removed the old nail-riddled plywood cabinets and shelving, stacking the materials for pickup. The crew handled the removal with great care, making sure not to damage anything in the home. There was quite a bit of awkward material, and they had to make multiple trips to the truck. The crew was super friendly, and the price was incredibly fair—great value for the service provided.
I needed an old refrigerator removed from the basement of a home. Junk Masters was able to do it the same day, but I needed to schedule it for the next day. Excellent experience from start to finish! The movers Ralph and Shane were awesome - very friendly, professional and up to the job. The price was fair and there was no bait-and-switch from the original quote. Really couldn't ask for a better experience, honestly. Not one negative thing to mention. Highly recommend.
Derick & Avery were great! Very nice and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. They carried an old 1950s stove (that wasn't safe to be used as an oven) up 14 steps and out the door to the truck. I was impressed. I'll be honest.

Junk Masters removed an RV for me that had been sitting for over 15 years. It was a daunting project but they made it easy. They have efficient scheduling and transparent pricing - which is really important with a big project like this. Had a great experience with Shane and Brandon who helped us clear a bunch of tree brush out of our backyard! I submitted a booking request at 8p on Saturday and by noon on Sunday the tress were gone! Overall great communication from the company, Shane and Brandon were on time and did a great job of explaining their pricing system to provide the quote. The job was completed in under an hour from start to finish! I highly recommend junk masters and would be happy working with them again in the future!

We had a hot tub for 17 years and it cracked. We didn’t know what to do so it sat for over 2 years taking up space. Then I googled and found JunkMasters. What a delightful service! I sent them the pictures of the tub and the dimensions. They gave a very reasonable quote and said they would send 2 guys to cut it up and haul it away. It was hard work and I’m so glad I didn’t have to do it myself. Now we have a beautiful new sitting area where one was a useless space. The guys had it done in about an hour! So great! I already have another job for which I will be utilizing this wonderful service.
