I just had my first experience with Pro-Tech Auto Repair. I was really happy with the customer service and my repair. The staff was friendly and I’m grateful they were able to get me in so quickly, with a very efficient turn around time. Pricing was fair and much cheaper than a larger dealership. I will definitely call them in the future if I’m in a bind and I would recommend them to my family and friends. I got my back breaks and rotors replaced.

Very happy with Jessi she was very helpful in diagnosing the issues with my old BMW. Would be happy to work with again.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating by doing an oil change with oil and a filter that I provided, while being very reasonably priced for the labor. I also asked to look under the car when it was on the lift and they were more than willing to let me go into the shop area and do that. It was great being able to support a small local business; all the while feeling confident with their work. I will definitely be going back for other service needs in the future.

Would re-review with 5 stars again if I could; just had an oil pressure switch go out covering my engine bay and driveway in oil. Dropped it off with no appointment, yet I did not have to wait long for an inspection video and had my car back within a couple days. Price felt reasonable, have yet to have an issue with a service here.

I was having new tires put on at Westside Tire and they recommended Pro-Tech for my alignment I needed as well. Both shops did a great job coordinating services with each other and very happy with the work done.

They have a very friendly environment for the customers and prompt response on services.

I'm very sad I had to remove my 5 star review. I've been bringing my cars here for about 5 + years the service was always outstanding until this last time I brought my car here, they told me at minimum my car needed a new timing chain but most likely a new engine and it wasn't worth the cost to fix it, I should junk it, took it to another mechanic just to get a second opinion and all I needed was a new ignition coil and spark plugs I almost junked my car over a $336. fix. So now you see why I had to change my 5 stars to 1 and unfortunately I can not trust them to be honest and fair anymore so I won't be bringing any of my cars back.

Thank you, Pro-Tech! My car battery died yesterday afternoon. I had to pay to get it jumped. I called Allen & Jessi to see if they could squeeze me in late in the day vs. having to go to some chain auto store. Pro-Tech got me in and out in under an hour. I've been going to them for a few years from a referral. They put a lot of effort into their process from start to finish. If you live in the area, go there. Thank you, Pro-Tech team!

Great team and great service. They explained everything clearly, were honest about what my car needed, and provided a thorough inspection that really helped. While they were working on my car the technician accidentally broke a radiator tab and they immediately let me know and replaced it at no cost. If you’re over 21 they’ll even set you up with a loaner car while they work on yours. Highly recommend!

The service I was provided was as expected they did an inspection of a car I wanted to purchase. The customer service was very lacking. No greeting when I came in, no smiles at all. When they finished the inspection then just expected me to pay and be on my way. I had to ask for someone to walk me through the inspection so I could get a good idea of if the car was worth purchasing. They do good work, but I got a bad experience.

If you live anywhere near Pro-Tech I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their prices are fair, service outstanding and never an upsell. They tell you what's wrong, suggest service you should consider but never push you to do more than is needed. They give you the pros and cons and let you decide. Wish I had found this place 20 years ago.

I was very impressed with my experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. I do not have a lot of knowledge about cars, and worry about upselling and being taken advantage of. I never felt that way with pro-tech. The price was reasonable for all that they did, and they made me feel very comfortable that they were doing only what was necessary. I would definitely recommend them!

I had ProTech auto repair flyer by mail a few days ago and because of the convenient location I decided to try regular servicing with this company and they really did a fantastic job. With complimentary loaner vehicle, free inspection report, they completed service on time. They also charge reasonable prices, I must admit that I saved almost 70% of the money that I spend with the Audi dealer.

This was the easiest and most professional service I have received from any repair center. I was informed the whole time they had my car. They were able to come in under the first estimate! They are the best !

They the repaired my vehicle is a prompt professional manner. They informed me of other things they noticed that could be maintained, repaired in the future, never once pressuring me into any unnecessary repairs. My son Brett recommended Pro-Tech & I believe he was referred to Pro-Tech by Jack Richardt. I have always tried to do my own repairs because of what I have learned from my mechanic brother, but he is much older now & can't help me as much. It is SO nice to have a somewhat local repair shop that I can rely on when the repairs are more than I can handle. I will be bringing my business trucks to Tom. Service was smooth. Communication was excellent. I brought my plow truck and within 24 hours they had the issue diagnosed and was able to make the repair and I was back in business quickly. What else could you want!

Strongly recommend!! I am very impressed by the professionalism, honesty and good quality from Pro-Tech Auto Repair. My dealer said my car needs a new catalytic converter. It is very expensive and I was shopping around for it. When I called Pro-Tech, instead of going to the replacement directly, they understood it’s a pricey job and kindly reminded me to get a second opinion to find out what the real issue could be. I was offered free evaluation from their shop. They found the issue and fixed it without the need to replace with a new catalytic converter. And the car feels so smoothly to drive now. Instead of spending thousands of dollars, the car was fixed with 1/10 prices from the original dealer’s estimate. We are so much appreciated. We will for sure come back for more services in the future.

Nice people. Family owned business. Do good quality work quickly. More expensive then I expected but that seems to be the norm now. Busy place so parking is slightly challenging. You get a loaner car while they do their work which is not charged for separately. Make sure you put gas in it before you return it.
