owever, there was a problem. The bulb wouldn’t twist into the socket how the old bulb had. I then believed I had purchased the wrong type of bulb! I went back into the store to ask terry if I could exchange my very recently purchased lightbulb for a different model. He said that wouldn’t be an issue but wanted to look something up first. This intuition by terry saved me a lot of time (and potentially money). He asked me to bring in the old bulb which I had attempted to change out for my new one. Upon doing so, he explained to me that I was attempting to pull out my high beam and insert the low beam. After we had a laugh at my rookie mistake, I was quickly able to change out the correct bulb in the correct socket. And boom, my light was working again. I quickly ran back inside to let Terry know all was well and to thank him for his exceptional service. I told him I’d be writing a glowing review and I’m a man of my word. So Terry, if you’re seeing this, thank you once again. God bless 🙏

Very nice, good variety. Very helpful Really a great team. Judy, the manager is great and always comes through I have a commercial account and service is important, they always have what I need and they keep my trucks making money! I wish I could give more stars.

I just stopped in to get a car battery charger and was privileged to receive a thorough orientation from knowledgeable and pleasant Assistant Manager Hassan to car battery jump starters, trickle chargers, and standard chargers and the functional differences between them and advantages and disadvantages of each model. Excellent face-to-face customer service from Hassan at the Champlin store far surpasses the impersonal order-online experience we have unfortunately settled for.

People always think that since I’m a woman I don’t know what I’m doing here so they’re always trying to help me and sell me on things but little do they know I probably know more than them. Great store haha

Oriellys sells low quality aftermarket parts cheaply manufacturered parts and tools. The Manager of the store is proffesional but his weekend employees are not. One employee was extremely rude to me at check out for a light bulb transaction.

Jerry helped me out with my car, fixed the issue right away even offered to pay him for his service and he declined. The people who work at this O’Riely are super helpful and very knowledgeable and supportive.

They usually have the car related maintenance items I need. Not the cheapest place, but convenient and local. Employees are generally helpful and will point you to the right place to find what you are looking for.

Jerry is delightfully helpful. 10/10 He has an upbeat, enthusiastic, friendly customer service attitude. He is knowledgeable and provides insightful recommendations. - as a petite woman that displays fairly obvious car-ignorance, I expect to feel pressured or convinced to unnecessarily/overly purchase automotive items BUT not once, at all did I anything remotely similar. - I felt respected and fully assisted. 10/10 Also, very well organized and clean establishment

Hessan was so kind about talking me through everything I needed to know for replacing my alternator. He explained things to me in a way I could understand and helped me come up with a price that worked for my budget. I will be going back for all my car part needs from now on because of Hessan.

First time coming here to recycle some used oils and looking to buy something as well. The young guy at the counter was pretty chill but the old man was grouchy and grumpy. He couldn't even take in a couple of used oil containers (5qt) saying it was trash. Apparently to him, plastic containers are trash and not recyclable. Thinking twice again if i was going to buy something but looking at his attitudes, i just left without buying anything. Need a better customer services than that. Just an advice, if you're that old and grouchy, shouldn't work in customer services related fields. I shoulda just go to Autozone just down the block (1mile away). They're way more friendly when im coming in unlike this place. So gloomy and awfully depressing.

They had my filter and oil. Parts counter personnel do not listen or think at all. They had to turn the screen so I could show them how to select my truck. I also asked to see if they had any 5w40 in back as the shelf’s wasn’t restocked and empty. They don’t sell that oil so again turned screen so I could show her what oil they do sell. They did have it in back. I don’t know if this is the new standard for Oriely but they need to add least reach them basic oil info and there computer system. I prefer the extra customer service and grab my filter rather then having me memorize a number and go see if it’s on the shelf.

Judy was amazing! She helped me get the parts I needed and even printed a page that showed me where the belt needed to be fed through. Would go hear again for auto part needs.

Just visited to get replacement headlights. Everyone was very helpful helping me find what I needed. Their customer service was on point. Charlotte and I think his name might have been Joe (sorry if that's wrong!) were just fantastic. Thank you for all of your help. I'll definitely stop back in the future. 🙂

Had what i needed. I knew it was there. Line of 6 people waiting for noone at register for 15 min. This is while the older lady talked on the phone in back the whole time and younger girl struggled to figure out this altenator testing in back. I asked her to prioritize the standing in line customers first. She did, but had no idea what i was asking for or where it was. I waited for 15 min longer. 30 min total for old lady to come out and tell her right where it was. Then instead of rinhing me up, argued it wasnt thr one i was asking for. I know the bottle of pentosin coolant. Tried telling me it was oil. Not good experience. Enough just to avoid this place in future.

Went in to get new wiper blades for our cars. Staff was extremely helpful and given we had a new car and had already broken one set of blades while trying to replace them, i asked our staff person if they installed them. They do if they have time and can easily do it. Two minutes later, I was being shown how to do it and how i had errors in my previous attempt. We love our O'Reillys for the friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Everyone has mastered the art of customer service & are all very knowledgeable about the products they carry as well as offering tips or advice when needed & for me, I was grateful for their help installing a headlight bulb when I needed.

Absolutely love this O'Reillys. They always have the parts I need and are willing to help me out. What amazing patience they have, sometimes I'm human and get upset but they remain calm. 5 stars all day.

I went to O' Reilly's in Champlin and walked away feeling good about by visit. I was unsure if I really needed to replace my engine air filter, as recommended by Mida's. Joel waited on me and was informative, kind, polite and so helpful. He even took the time to show me how to check it myself. I was pleased with my experience and will always go back there for my automotive needs, thanks to Joel. Huge thank you to Joel for being so kind. Pam Fairbanks

I think its the closest parts store to my house and its one of the main reasons i shop here. They have a good selection and some decent regular employees that know there stuff. The prices are a lot more competitive with online places too which is nice if you cant or dont want to wait for online shipping.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. No hassle, no crazy push for updates or bad advice. Bonny was fantastic, holding great casual conversation while working diligently on my order. Other locations could learn from this one.

Supposedly a classy place. Has Phillips booze as rail! Had Old Fashioned that was $13 and tiny. Should have gone to Jax Cafe and got my Knob Creek Old fashion twice the size for $7. Most likely won't return.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Told me if I couldn't get there within 20 min he couldn't do a return for me! Then put me on hold for !4 min! and never returned! Tried calling back and wouldn't answer the phone!!! Horrible service! O'Reillys, THAT is my last straw! Should I just bring my CONSISTENT business else where? Please Learn how to practice and conduct business professionally. Maybe think about having workshops, secret shoppers, and seminars for award costomer service...

I've stopped in this store a few times and everything is good in every way, though I have a problem with one employee who was incredibly unpleasant; Dick. I took a trip to O'Reilly to drop off my used oil and filter. Now I've never dropped off oil before so I asked a few questions like "Where do I put this oil filter?", "Do I dump the oil into this container?", "Do you charge a fee?", e.t.c. and Dick was. Not. Happy. With me asking questions. He was impatient to get rid of me and kept answering my questions with that "Tch! What do YOU think?" tone, as if my questions were ridiculous, or something. He was in a hurry to get me out of his sight, despite me literally being the only customer in the store. The name "Dick" suits him well. But its all good other than that, so I rated this a 4/5, on the basis that a whole store that is otherwise pretty good shouldn't be given a bad name over one miserable employee.
