I went to Victory Tire and Auto for the first time for an oil change. customer service was great. Darius was very helpful and patient with me, especially with all of my questions. I was told what the expected wait time would be, and cost immediately. When the tech was running behind, Darius kept me updated and informed. I would definitely return again. :)
I’ve been bringing my 2012 Volvo s60 to victory a few times now and Nate and the staff are amazing and super friendly no matter how much I complain about the prices. They even give my $10 off on my oil change and got me back on the road in less than an hour. I appreciate all you guys do.
Julian and Nate were amazing. I came in for an oil change on my 14 Subaru legacy and they got me in quickly and fully inspected my vehicle and told me everything that was wrong. I usually go jiffy lube and they charge even more for no inspection. I’ll definitely be recommending my family members from now on.

Had a leaky valve cover gasket. Thought it would take 2-3 hours to repair due to other customer repairs. The techs finished the job, along with oil change, in 90 minutes. Have been a customer for over 25 years. Would recommend the team to those seeking an honest auto shop.
They were able to get me in same day without and appointment and have me in and out of their shop in under 1 hour for windshield repair. Very reasonably priced and friendly. Thank you!
0 Star not capable of performing their duties. I brought my Chevy Traverse for a oil change and Battery change. I was charged $534.01. Didn't get a call that the Vehicle was ready, took them 5 hours. Finally I called and they said the Vehicle was ready. Upon picking the vehicle up my check engine light is on, and they returned my vehicle to me. Don't take up what you guys can't manage. They said I should bring back the vehicle for them to Mess it up some more. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VICTORY PLACE BECAUSE YOU'RE GONNA GET RIP OFF.
I’ll start out by saying that we’ve been taking our vehicles to Victory for about 15 years (Mainly Fridley and Chanhassen locations until moving to Maple Grove). We brought our vehicle in for diagnosis and determined that the rear axel seal should be replaced. We agreed to the $1973 to do so. We picked the vehicle up on a Friday evening and didn’t drive it until the following Monday. On the way to work, the dash lights came on and once we hit the freeway, the vehicle began to shake violently. In other words, our vehicle was returned to us with a problem that we didn’t bring it into the shop with. Called them immediately and got the vehicle in for yet another inspection. The manager asked if we had hit something as if we were trying to scheme them or something. Then informs me that he is very sorry and didn’t know how they “missed” this problem and would help by covering “some of the labor”. The manager claimed the fix would (remove and replace rear hub assembly) would typically cost over $1300, but they do it for $562 after taxes. We reluctantly agreed, as this is the vehicle we use to transport our kids and dog and couldn’t be without any longer than the 2 days they already had it.
After getting the vehicle back, we contacted the Fridley location and explained what had occurred. The manager of the Fridley location agreed that the entire situation seemed odd and offered to inspect the vehicle free of charge and even gave us our money back for the $562 we were charged after our initial “fix”. After going to the Fridley location, we realized how terrible the Brooklyn Park location is. The vibe at the BP location just feels very “scammy”, unprofessional and not genuine at all. We most certainly will not be going back to this location and would not recommend it to anyone who’s looking for an honest, straightforward mechanic.
Due to a death in our family, I wanted to be sure our vehicle was safe for our long journey out of state. It was my first time at Victory Automotive Service.
Nate was very professional, and explained everything in detail.
I was very impressed with how thorough the staff was with the inspection. But more than that, with the respect and kindness in how I was treated by Nate and the staff.
With all that is going on in the world today, we need more kindness. It makes such a huge difference in people's lives.

I gotta say finding a good auto repair shop is a challenge but the guys here at Victory make it easy, the quick professional job they provided on my 2012 Mazda CX9 was amazing. There wasn't a thing missed when checking for additional problems with my vehicle, they will make sure you're back on the road quickly and safely that's for sure so stop on in and they'll take care you.
I brought my 2013 Subaru crosstrek into victory auto service because my engine was shaking. Nate and Julian was able to get my car in the shop and had it looked at right away. The technician Tyler said I had put too much oil in the Engine which was causing the shake. They were able to drain the oil and get it back to the level it suppose to be at. I’d definitely recommend victory auto anytime. Thanks guys.
My vehicle needed two bulbs and The manager Julian was super professional I didn't have to wait they took care of my services immediately and showed kindness professionalism and patience. I've been coming to the shop for the last several years and had minor to major issues with my suv. The repairs were done promptly at a reasonable price and I didn't feel as if I was taking advantage. So to sum it up if you want your vehicle done promptly with professionalism and a reasonable price and you don't want to be taken advantage of this is the shop that I will recommend hands down. I took my car for inspection and after two weeks from the inspection I got water pump leakage which has caused a serious engine knock I regret trusting my vehicle to this place and please be careful on this victory auto and Glass- Brooklyn park. They are horrible!

This company in Brooklyn Park is a scam! Will over charge you if they think you know nothing. After running a diagnostic on my vehicle not finding the exact problem, but gave me a total of $760 to replace a pipe. I came in the following Monday with a relative that knows about some parts and Mathew completely lowered the price to $400 and basically tried to blame another worker for the different prices smh. Ruunnnn!!!!!!
This place has been a lifesaver for me. I was extremely stressed about my car issues, but they walked me through everything I needed to have done. Unlike many other places I've been to, they didn't overcharge me. They understood that I needed my car repaired quickly, as it is my only means of transportation for work and taking care of my kids. It was a relief to find such considerate people who didn't treat my situation as just another car repair. I felt like they genuinely cared about my concerns and worked with me to ensure both my needs and my car's needs were met.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a service that truly cares about their clients rather than just seeing them as another paycheck.
I went into Victory auto service in Brooklyn Park. Matthew helped me get my Nissan Altima back on the road same day. It was misfiring and they replaced one of my ignition coils and gave me a 5 year 50k mile warranty on it.
Don’t trust this shop, specially if someone trying to buy a car and he wants to get it inspected over there.
They make up some issues and lies about problems that not exist to under value the vehicle.
The guy that wanted to buy my car seemed know all the staff and they all work together.
End up giving me a report with too many things, even the prices were unreasonable to fix them, and when I asked to spot the problems and the leaks they start tweaking.
One of the things they said that the water pump is leaking, I asked him to show me the leak he said the engine is too hot so as soon as it leaks it will evaporate , I showed him that the coolant level is fine how come, he kept saying the same thing ( the engine is too hot so as soon as it leaks it will evaporate)
Someone lies about that I believe they would lie about other things too
I came in for a vehicle inspection for the ride shares, I was helped by Nate he was very friendly and helpful, even showed appreciation for my car. Bonus points to you Nate. I only needed windshield wipers, and they were expertly replaced before I got the car! Fast service, clean neat office, and reasonable price. I will definitely be back. 5 star service
People at Victory Auto are very honest, and are not out to recommend parts and labor you don't need. They will not scam you like some other repair garages. I believe they have one of the best warranty's in the business, and they stand behind all their work. I would highly recommend using Victory Auto for all your car repairs.
I will forever swear that this is one of the best places to go to have your vehicle fixed/updated!! I reached out to them, was able to get an appointment same day, and services were completed within a few hours! I have never had such great service, and the employees were genuine and honest with what they found on my vehicle. A big shout out to Nate that helped me hands on with my vehicle and got me to where my car was drive able with no issues. I will be coming back for future repairs!!!
I had a great experience at Victory Auto Service & Glass! They were able to take me in right away to replace my tires, which were in really bad shape for the snow. Had an inspection done on my vehicle for Lyft. Was notified that I needed new tires. The team was able to order the right tires and install them the next day right away. Nate was exceptional!
I’ve used Victory for many years and most recently they helped me replace my instrument panel and match odometer in my old rusty Ford F150. Works perfectly and they were able to get the part installed and working faster than expected with a fair price. Thanks team!
