What a great experience! The two guys that helped us get back on the road were super helpful and honest. Would definitely recommend if I lived on the area!

Jody was on scene to help us. It was a nightmare of a case too, a truck and camper half in a driveway on super busy road. Very dangerous. Can't say enough about Jody, he was patient but he was also controlled and calm. It was stressful and difficult but he kept a cool head. He also gave up his water to our kids, and it was hot out. That was supposed to be his for the day, but he happily sacrificed for our two boys. Then, to top it off the owners graciously allowed our camper in the lot to be stored safely - for free. Hard to come across service like this now days. I would give them a 100 star rating if I could. God bless Jody, and the owners.

Our truck, towing a camper, broke down on Highway 52. We had a complicated situation that took A LOT of work, time, and skill to get both the truck and camper loaded on the tow truck. Jody got our kids situated in the tow truck with water and chargers to keep them occupied and comfortable while they were waiting for almost an hour. Jody was so kind and patient, pointing out highlights of Cannon Falls as we went through town, as we had never been there before. Jody recommended a great mechanic to bring our truck to, and Siewert’s helped us with our camper while we were waiting for our truck to be fixed. Could not recommend a better company, we are so grateful for their help!

Stay away from Siewerts garage. I called over a year ago to see how much it would be to change the oil on my Toyota Tacoma in which the guy quoted me $125 which is ridiculous. I then went it on 1/6/25 to see if they could have a guy come out and retorque my lug nuts (which takes 2 minutes) from a tire rotation another shop did in the metro, (where I am from). They said they would charge me and would not do it as a courtesy. They are expensive and won’t help you for nothing on a simple task.

I drove from Cottage Grove to Red Wing for a dental appointment on Tuesday Nov 19. During the trip I picked up a piece of metal in my tire, which started a fast leak. I stopped in Hastings and Red Wing to fill the tire with air. I pulled into Siewerts Garage to see if they could help me. They drove me to my appointment on time and fixed the tire and got me back on the road shortly after my appointment. They were a blessing that day! Thanks so much!

Great personnel, knowledgeable, and fast service. They got a truck to me within 10 minutes after my accident, AAA certified. I Wouldn’t use any other tow service a+ guys keep up the good work

First of all, your staffer, is awesome! Unfortunately, even though we know him like a family member now, we don't remember his name! He arrived within 15mn, to the parking lot we were stranded in, and took command of our situation. Made hard work look easy! Made us laugh. From start to finish, he put us at ease. After dropping the vehicle at the local shop, he dropped us at our front door. What could have been a disastrous end to our weekend getaway, was quickly turned around by him. Thank you so much, to a one of a kind guy!

Tried to charge me multiple prices for storage. Never notified me of hold on vehicle being released. Started quoting statutes at me in regards to allowing me any items out of my vehicle, including the entirety of my keyring that left me locked out of everything I own. After some haggling, was allowed my keys and some paperwork, but they watched VERY closely to make sure nothing else was removed. Counter girl was pretty cute. That's the second star.

Lucas just came and worked a miracle. He was able to get myy car key out of the door lock without me having to pay 500 dollars to a locksmith. He was about to give up and the key popped out! Triple aaa does not cover this service but he did it for me anyway thanks so much. Lucas you are awesome!!!

Amazing experience with Siewert’s in Ted Wing / we were stranded in Red Wing in freezing cold weather with a starter that went out on us. Called Seiwerts and they were there in 15 minutes. We had our little dog with us also. He loaded up car and had us to their shop in just a few minutes. The problem was diagnosed and fixed the very next day by Logan / everyone was very nice to us!! They did excellent work and also cautioned us about other issues that need to be fixed in near future/ wished we lived closer (we live in Burnsville) to Seiwerts - very knowledgeable and friendly staff!! Can’t say enough about how much they did for us!!!!

Siewart's is the real deal. Family owned business. They promptly arrived to help jump my van. When it wouldn't start, they towed it to their lot. They answered my calls and were accommodating to my requests. They helped me get back on the road. Thank you! If I find myself in your area needing service, I will call you first!

I wouldn’t recommend this towing company to anyone, unless you love getting treated like garbage by drivers for an overpriced tow. Paid over $200 to have them tow my car 5 miles and have Adam talk down to me and be all around rude. Told the girl on the phone to have driver knock when he got to the pickup address and get the keys, which he (Adam) decided not to do and easily could’ve towed the wrong car, luckily he did get the right one. Told them my brother would be at the drop off location and to park it in the grass by the truck, which the driver responded “that’s suspicious” “well does he know about it”. And he didn’t even get it into the correct spot, instead put it in the driveway in front of the truck. The entire situation with adam was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’m paying $200+ for 5 miles, the car should at the very least be parked in the correct place. On top of everything called me from a Texas phone number and didn’t even tell me who it was until I asked two separate times. There’s no reason a paying customer should get treated the way he treats them. After my review the owner called me saying “he addressed the issue”and that the driver can “come across that way but does good work” and that the dispatcher miscalculated my price so I did get a small refund. Changed from 1 star to 3 because of the issue getting handled, but should have never happened to begin with.

Cody was Awesome!!! He showed up within minutes of calling and had truck on bed and ready to go in no time. Best towing experience ever!!! Highly recommend them!!!

Cody with Siewert's was very polite and professional. He delivered my vehicle safely to my home unloaded it were I wanted it. He answered any questions I had. If anyone gets Cody I think you will be just as pleased as I was with his service. .

Really great service. I've had them tow me about 3 times now when AAA's website hasn't worked. They'll tow at any hour of the day. Really great people for mechanics, always nice and helpful and do a good job of explaining what's wrong with my car to someone who couldn't even find the cylinder. Prices aren't cheap but they aren't pricier than anywhere else so. Recommend to anybody

Called triple A for a tow, they sent Siewert's. Triple A gave them the wrong address to bring the vehicle to, so they dropped it at the wrong address- but, it wasn't their fault, and they sent the driver back. Then, his truck broke down! So, they sent him to get another truck. Through all the issues, they were friendly, and made sure it was taken care of. Some companies might have said, "well that's the address we were given"- and either charged you again or left it. These guys saw it thru, and were professional the entire time. Highly recommend!

I needed a tow of a vehicle that had a broken tie rod. I called Siewert's and Angel answered. She was very friendly and professional, and answered all my questions. Even though they are based out of Red Wing, they had a truck in Prescott, and they were out to me with a flat bed in less than a half hour. Cody was the truck driver, and he was also friendly and professional. He had my vehicle loaded and unloaded very quickly, and was able to place it exactly where I needed it. Their customer service is top notch, and they were very easy for me to work with.

Siewart's Towing has turned my day around on two separate occasions. In both cases I was in a pinch and in both cases Siewart's did not disappoint, over-delivering on their promise. Both drivers were extremely professional, courteous, and beyond helpful. They arrived earlier than their estimated time and completed my services in an exceptional amount of time. I highly recommend Siewart's Towing for any of their services offered -- they will not disappoint.

I can't thank Siewert's enough. My serpentine belt shredded a few miles out of Red Wing. The tow was there in half the time AAA quoted. The repair was done in a fraction of the time quoted. Service was friendly and efficient. Thanks Logan! Price was not just less than I anticipated, but I think they charged me for less labor time than it actually took. I'll be servicing my van here from now on

The technician that helped my on Sunday October 18th was Ken. He was very polite, respectful and had my tire changed in 10 mins or less. Had terrible experience from another company that left me waiting HOURS, and when I called Siewerts Towing they were there within 15 minutes. The customer service woman was super sweet and helpful. Very professional company! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They were provided through a AAA roadside call. I needed my car transported to my house from mechanics. They not only showed up 15 minutes early, but Ken was a delight to work with. I insisted he just limp the vehicle up onto the flatbed(the engine still kind of ran) to make it easier and he insisted it was no problem to hook up cables and do it safely for the car. That kind of professionalism feels good. Would definitely recommend them.

So I totaled my car in an accident right outside of Cannon Falls. They were there in a short amount of time and gave me a ride and even dropped me off at a restaurant to wait for my ride. Had to pick up my stuff left in my car on a later date and they were very accommodating. Thing is I left my sunglasses in the car and I called back and asked them if they could get my sunglasses out and leave them at the office. Mission accomplished and I got my sunglasses back. Very nice people to deal with and would recommend them.

Fast, friendly service! We were having car trouble VERY early on a Sunday morning outside Cannon Falls. AAA called Jay from Siewert's out to tow us home. He was helpful and friendly to deal with, and just overall made a good experience out of something that could have been really stressful. Thanks again for your help!

Don't let the Stewart's (NOT AAA) dispatch fool you- the driver who helped me was positive, timely, polite, and efficient- even at the bitter end of a long MN winter event. I had a horrible feeling from the dispatcher (she was extremely rude, short and cut me off multiple times), but the driver truly redeemed my experience. He was able to recommend a few different options and helped me choose the best for my situation. Ignore the phone call and it would be a five star experience! In reply- the call was through Triple AAA originally, but I did call Siewarts directly for an update after a three hour delay (snow storm, so I get the delay but not the horrible exchange from your dispatch). So, I am honestly relaying Stewart's service, not AAA. But I appreciate knowing you've responded so that now you may address your staff!

Best towing experience ever in cottage grove! Dustin was very helpful and kind. I’ve never met a nicer person actually willing to take the time to help me out. I’m so glad I always get this garage to help me out through AAA. highly recommended

Had a great experience with these guys and namely Dustin. We had a minor accident that disabled my vehicle quite a ways from home. Siewert's got to the location promptly and transported me and the vehicle back to Rochester. Dustin was the driver and he was professional and personable the entire time. He even made sure I got home safely after we got my vehicle to the repair shop. Thanks for the great service!

I was in a rollover accident a few days ago.... I was incompacotated and Given no option where to have my vehicle towed. They charged $615 for the tow... and then another $85 to have them sell the car for parts. I talked to several other companies who said this is very steep. However, The staff was very friendly, and helped my family obtain all of my personal belongings. We just wish that they would have been more fair in the pricing
