Could definitely have WAY better customer service reps that answer the phone. Called for specific parts needed out of certain years for various parts of a vehicle that I did my own research on. Pretty Condescending know it all kinda fella. God forbid he put his pride aside and let a mechanic tell him what they need. Will not recommend to the shop.

The prices are 100% in line with those big u pull yards except for the fact that you DONT have to go pull the parts, a tiny down side these guys are busy so once you call them it may take an hour or two for them to call you back saying they got the part ready for pickup. But factor in the drive to them other yards the waiting in line to be checked going in and wait in line to be checked even more going out.
I’ll stay with my local folks right here as long as they have the part I’m in need of….

Friendly and helpful owner - over the phone and in person. Very large selection of cars. Was able to get info over the phone, and a mechanic helped me find the best part in the yard from the available stock of vehicles. I was looking for a car door, and found three vehicles to choose from. The mechanic pulled the door as I watched. Super friendly. He grounds are a bit intimidating at first with stock everywhere, but their inventory system must be good, since they all seemed to know what they had for parts, and where the matching vehicles are. Will definitely do business with them again, and feel good about recommending them to others.
They are piece of S, they do not know what they are doing, Mark, is the guy, never deal with him, he will cheat you and avoid your calls. they are useless people in this car part, I would warn everyone who is considering used part, never ever deal with these guys.
Good prices for them pulling the parts, I also was in a mess with a part that broke on my car that they only made for 2 years, it was $300 new and the closest junkyard one was in iowa and they ordered it from there for me at a good price and I picked it up in redwing
Went looked at a motor, called couple days later to tell them to pull it and needed it by end of month. Called numerous times to see how progress was going and seemed like no one knew anything about it. Called again and talked to someone and they said it'd be at least 3-4 months to get back too it as they were taking in more vehicles when they can't even fit anymore in there. Too bad as I would have bought that motor but can't wait that long
I bought a pickup there about 13 - 14 yrs., still driving it, it's just like the day i bought it...well it has put on a small amount of rust. The salesman that helped me purchase it was great, he no longer works there. About a year ago, i was checking out a used car, the salsman was very eager to sell it to me, but couldn't guve me straight up answers to my questions about the car, that made me see a red flag. I chose not to buy it, the next day it was hauled away to a auction because it had a bad trany. Went into the sales (parts) dept., told the tech a problem i was having, he assured me what part i needed, which was very spendy, i chose to wait doing anything, and took it to another shop. The other shop fixed it, and didn't need any new parts. It was an easy fix problem. I gave that shop a good tip just for being honest with me. That's when i stopped going to this dealership, to much dishonesty, no real care for its customers.
