Had a small accident with a dog. Highway patrol called and had a tow truck dispatched to my location. While on site the driver quoted 450-475.00 to tow my vehicle from Cannon Falls to Rochester 37 miles once we arrive to the auto body shop the driver says oh I guess it’s more than I thought and requested payment of 880.00. Shady to say the least. I will never use this company again. Any potential customers in the future please consider your other options before calling these guys.

Horrible place tows vehicles away parked outside their own house when they don't have a drive way. No notification of needing to move vehicle when it's not snowing bull also still up to the same bs of no one in office

Horrible. Their hours are 8-4:30, we showed up around 12. Lady on the phone claims someone will be there at 1. We call again around 1, it'll be another 20 minutes. We drove an hour to pick up our car that was on the side of road because it didn't work, county had them tow it. I'm seriously not happy.
