We bought a Volkswagen Touareg for my daughter. With Leslyn a few days of driving on it it was leaking coolant pretty quickly.
I contacted the guys at Evansville. They had me bring it back in for a peek. Not only did they fix the issue, but they replace the water pump proactively as well.
I offered to pay for the water pump and labor associated, and they refused.
I live quite a stretch from them, their reputation for integrity is why, I made the trip. My wife was giving me a hard time about driving 45+ miles to pick up a used car. Now we are both super grateful we did.

Financed a vehicle from them that lasted less then 40,000 miles before the engine crapped out. It was a 2014 Hyundai elantra with 80,000 miles on it. Cost around $7,500 very disappointed over this was hoping it would of lasted alot longer.

Car needed all new fluids, and all new tires. He said that he 2 put new tires on it but didn't.
I paid 10 thousand dollars for a car, and already have to put 1200 dollars of repairs into it. (Haven't even owned it a full week)
Kept going on about how the radio cost him too much to replace so he wasn't going to move on price.

Terrible service. They sold me a car that i had to stick $1700 into within the first 3 months of owning it. They told me if i had any issues to call them and they would help me out, yet nobody would do a thing for me. No returned calls no help with fixing it. I would not reccomend doing any business with this dealership!
Stalled near Evansville yesterday and the guys at this Auto shop went above and beyond to get us back on the road to Minneapolis. I would definitely recommend them any time!
