Called last Monday for all the seats in a certain vehicle, they said they had them and I was so happy! I let them know I was coming from Duluth and could pull them out myself. They said they would put it aside and took my name to put on it. Me my dad and boyfriend all used PTO to come in and get the seats. We get there they give us a number and we end up walking around for 2+ hours. Come to find out they already stacked the car to be shredded. Huge a waste of time and gas, If you value your time and money, if you need parts look ANYWHERE but here.
Was recommended by a local salvage yard for parts for a 95 grand prix. Called and talked to RJ. Great guy to work with by the way........he had parts for me that I could find locally and described them to me over the phone. Great pricing fast shipping, 4 hrs away from me! When parts arrived they were just how he described them over the phone. Will definitely give them a call again! Thanks again!
If you want a place where the workers ignore you and talk down to you, in a combative manner, then this is the place to go.
Owner is a nice guy however the workers could careless about customer service. I live close by and have tried many times to use their service but I finally am giving up and will go to other yards or sadly buy parts online.
This was listed as A condition, it's a C condition door. Someone needs to learn how to grade parts, this is a $100 door that was represented as a $250 door.
Don’t buy anything from these guys. brian was rude to me when I brought a seized up part back to them when we couldn’t get the bolts off to put on my car. Told me to leave and didn’t do anything to help. Very rude and never coming back! Don’t know how Brian can be a sales manager when he treats customers like that. Completely unprofessional
Don't buy from here. I drove 60 miles for a bad deal. I bought a bumper for my SUV and they told me it was in good condition after I paid for it they loaded it for me I was not given opportunity to inspect it before buying it and I assumed that they were good for their word. When I got back home my friend inspected it in the back of the truck and pointed out that all the mounting brackets and bolt holes were broken out and it appeared fine on outside but was actually unable to be installed on my vehicle in that condition. It was ridiculously high priced in unusable condition. They did refund my credit card after I called them and then had to take another day to drive it back to them and about $100 worth of gas to pay for the ride there and back twice just to deal with an unusable part that they shud have never sold in the condition it was in much less said it was good condition. If u do buy here inspect it before you pay. I'm a woman so I feel they take advantage of the fact I didn't know what to look for
Rude staff. My husband (who is also a perfessional mechanic) stopped there for his boss to get a certain part for one of the company trucks. Not only was the staff rude but they made him wait while they flapped their jaws.

Would have gave it five stars but I ordered a part and then they didn't deliver the part on the time they were supposed to so I bought another part and then when I called them back to get a refund the guy said he'd give me my refund and I still haven't received it it's been 3 weeks
Needed to walk the yard. Yougeta safety vest. They print a list of vehicles and they give you a laminated map of the yard. Very easy to find the vehicles and made my search fast...and a success!
Good deals. Treats us well. Willing to get us the part right away no matter the lower costs unlike some other wrecking yards which only care about the high value customers.
Wow great experience, I live in Colorado and was expecting to pay an outrageous amount on wheel and shipping but ended up being less than anyone else with fast shipping. The wheel was also in great shape, not at all what we were expecting!! Thanks Budget Auto!
This is the only place I go when I'm looking for any used part for any of my cars. They test the items and always give us a fair deal! I've never got a bad part here in the 3 years I've been coming here!
Wouldnt even rate it 1 star brought my title in too late for the car I had and never was told why they didnt give me money for the car until I went in 6 months later to ask and they said they didnt pay because they held it in storage. Extremely disappointed
Very knowledgeable people there. Talked to Jeff and he gave me straight forward answers and was very nice. I ended up not buying any parts, but he continued to help me try and find parts.
Very helpful, my nephew's vehicle got damage from deer on the way from Nevada for a family reunion. I went and picked him & family up in Montana with a trailer so they could make the reunion. We got all the parts needed within 24 hrs. and got him back on the road in 2 days.
