The new staff are not any good, and the prices are higher than orileys. However they always have the part you need.

Guy there was very helpfull,!

Pretty disappointing when you need a vehicle key battery and their hours are until 3pm and the kights are off and no one is there. This isnt the 1st time this has happened where we needed something and they are closed prior to their hours and nothing is even posted on the door.

Nice guys and friendly service.

Parts fast and excellent help desk personnel..

Kasson NAPA is the worst. I will not go back in there. Rather go online then give NAPA here another penny. I was treated terrible while there today just because it was close to closing time. You can see all my other reviews I am very fair when reviewing.

The Napa associate was knowledgeable on auto body repair and helped me with my purchases.

Really horrible service the people who work there know nothing about cars or parts gave wrong filter number for oil filter then charged more after I had to drive back and exchange it over 86 cents and they never have the part you need

Didnt have what we needed and had bad services. Waited for over 15 mins for someone to come to the counter to help us when there was no one else in the store.

Had the parts I need to get the job done.

I am a multi business owner that spend Thousands of dollars at NAPA. Today for first time I was treated awfull by Kyle. I gave him a paint code to mix. When I get there wrong color. I told him there is a mistake here. Grab me the paint code book . I look and find the right color and he was not willing to fix his mistake or return me the money I had pre paid. It was a mistake from his part and was not willing to fix it. It is very sad that because a employee like him ,that store will loose my business. I wish someone to address that situation. I have never ever but today had to pay for someone else’s mistake.
