I had been waiting 7 hours today to finally get a tow truck for my car. First one was from Roadside Assistance with Progressive and they didn’t show up on time, yet kept revising ETA 45 mins after one another. The other two companies denied and canceled my request due to high traffic in Burnsville area. I shoot my last shot with Brooks Towing, and Brian showed up like promised. Finally get my car to the shop safe, secured and quick. Amazing service regardless of having a fully loaded and really rough day, still joyfully joking around and got the work done. They will be my first whenever I need a tow truck and definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Cheers to Brian.
I was witness to Brooks Towing dragging my buddies G35X (AWD car) up their flatbed ramp in PARK. Operator had no clue how to use the vehicles key fob and caused significant damage to my friends car by dragging it from the steering mechanism.
After going back and forth with their attorney a while, Brandon (the owner), agreed to a settlement of $80 and 2 hrs of shop labor. A complete spit in the face when the quoted repair bill from several mechanics is well beyond $2,000.
Unfortunately, due to this persistent disrespectful and blame shifting nature of Brandon’s character when asked to take accountability for his employees errors, it appears this will have to be litigated in court.
I will update this review with the case file number as this goes on, so that any potential customers may see the progress and outcome of said case.
I have not been asked by anybody to make this review, and I am doing so entirely of my own volition as a witness to their operators actions, it is merely the circumstances of this situation that have prompted me to warn future folks about Brandon, and Brooks Towing’s ability to take accountability for damages they have caused.
You won’t find any better company than Brooks Towing! Brandon is very dependable and knowledgeable. Brandon and his father have had my business for 30 years, they’re the best!
Brooks Towing was great to work with! Our Jeep's fuel line was chewed through by mice and we ended up breaking down on the freeway. We submitted a request through State Farm to get a tow and Brooks Towing picked our claim up within 20min. Our vehicle wasn't actually picked up for several hours after (which is normal) but Brooks Towing communicated on the timeline on when our vehicle would be in their custody.
Unfortunately, once they had picked our vehicle up, a coolant hose blew on their tow truck. They were very sincere and apologetic about the situation and advised they would try to get our vehicle to our requested dealership ASAP (mind you it was a wisconsin dealership). They kept in touch with us the entire time. We ended up making the mutual agreement to have them bring it to our dealership the following day since it was already very late for the driver. (We all need sleep).
We received a picture the following morning that our Jeep was safely delivered to our dealership!
If we have any issues and we are in the twin cities, we will definitely reach out to Brooks towing. Thank you for your help!
I had to get my car towed yesterday. Brooks was the second company that was called after the first company failed to complete the job (my car couldn't go into neutral). Brooks was able to tow my car despite that issue without causing any damage to my car. The communicated well with me and my insurance.
I had a flat tire and was pulled over on the side of Cedar Ave in Eagan. Way too busy of a road to feel comfortable trying to change the tire right there. Roadside Assistance through my insurance company connected me with Brooks Towing. I called them with questions and they were super friendly. Their auto texts kept me informed as to when my car was picked up, etc. I would definitely recommend them!
My son lost his keys for his vehicle & his car was in the airport parking ramp. The first tow company would not help us after they found out there was no keys but when Roadside Assistance hooked us up with Brooks Towing, they were willing to come out to take a look to see how they could help us. On top of the stress with the vehicle being stranded there, my dog was very sick and in the hospital & we were told he probably wouldn’t make it, when I saw the tow truck pull up with all the dog pictures on the truck, I felt like it was meant to be. Brandon was so willing to help us and he got the vehicle hooked up & towed out in minutes. I can’t thank him enough for helping us on that stressful day. Thank you Brandon!! I would 1000% recommend this company!!
Have State Farm roadside assistance. They contacted Brooks Towing for my classic car that broke down. They were out within just over an hour of the initial call which is by far the fastest response I’ve ever had. They contacted right away with their ETA. Since the tow with dolly would be faster than the flatbed, we decided to do that. The driver was professional, friendly, and prompt. And they had an awesome wrap on the truck (it had their dogs on the side, I can’t leave that part out :) very happy.
Had to have my car towed and Jordan made the experience so pleasant. Great communication, awesome professionalism, and positive attitude. Couldn’t have had a better experience.
I used Brooks Towing today after my car died on the freeway. Jordan kept me in the loop as there were several crashes before I called. The communication was wonderful and my car is now at the shop. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for the fast, friendly, customer minded service last week! Taking my vehicle to the shop from our office here was a big help without the big “emergency fee” on short notice- so much appreciated, you all are awesome, Will recommend for sure! ETA was correct and at the same time, communication was spot on. Clean rig. Nice family run business. Willing to listen for feedback for my lowered Chevelle SS. I will definitely request Brooks towing going forward.
I have used them twice and both times had a great service. Lady who came to pick up my car was very friendly and professional. I had used couple towing companies, Brooks so far is the best. Great Job!!!
Excellent service! I appreciate everything they did to help me when my car stalled on the highway today. They over communicated through text the arrival time of the tow truck. Easy to pay through a link they sent, and was sent a receipt! Very easy and convenient!

I had a great experience with Brooks Towing. My daughter texted me at the crack of dawn letting me know that she was stalled on the side of a busy highway an hour away from me. The folks at Brooks Towing were very responsive and very friendly, helping me regain my calm as we put a plan in place to get her car picked up and delivered to the service shop. I couldn't be happier with my customer experience. Great job!
Jordan was great. I had kind of a stressful situation but she was calm, understanding, and so helpful and communicative during the entire process of getting the tow scheduled. There was good communication from her while waiting for the tow as well. I felt prices were very reasonable, in addition.
My car died at work and we couldn't get it to jump start so I had to get it towed home. The whole time Brooks towing was communicating back and forth with me while I was at work and waiting for them. They kept me informed the whole time on their ETA. I LOVE IT. I had a great experience with them and will definitely used them again in the future.

A different towing company didn’t show up for an appointment to pick up my car. I called Brooks Towing since I was now in a bind and needed to get to work. They came right over and picked up my car, and I was able to get to work while they took my car to the dealership/service and got my car checked in for me. I really appreciate the effort and service here. I would highly recommend this towing company. Thank you very much.
I needed a longer toe of my disabled vehicle, from Bloomington to River Falls, and Brooks did a great job. They did the messing about with my insurance company, so I didn’t have any worries. They were friendly and punctual as well. Definitely recommend.
Unbelievable service. Jordan was great with communication, mechanics service and personal guest service.!!! After meeting her for 7 min ( to jump car), I wanted to be friends.!!! She was amazing and brought all the qualities that “ larger companies “ don’t have anymore. Highly highly recommend.

Jordan towed my car this morning, when others wouldn’t “due to the weather”. She was very, very friendly, quick and careful. She even said hi to our pup. Towing isn’t quite a service you want to need again, but I will not hesitate to call them in the future.
