We initially scheduled an estimate appointment and were elated that everything in my elderly mom’s home could be removed at the time of the estimate. Ricardo and Alex made everything come together in such a fabulous way. We will definitely use (and recommend to others) Two Men and a Junk Truck again!
Ross and Demar (SP?) were great. They took care not to damage anything and did the job quickly. Both were professional and polite. They can work for me any day.
Quick to respond and schedule. Great that they do next day. The guys were pleasant (Alex & Ricardo). A 3 star rating is for the lack of pricing with dollar amounts on website. It would save them a trip and save the customer. The "we'll give you a free estimate in person" when they come to pick things up, puts the customer in an awkward position because they are surprise about the price and feel bad and obligated especially if they expected the junk to be gone. I was shocked to learn that just one item no matter the size is $250. At a minimum that amount should be noted of the website. We did have them take just one item because we had to get rid of it. It was essentially a queen box spring. It was heavier because it was tempupedic but same dimensions. $ 290. Even giving an estimate at schedule but clarifying the price may change once things were seen in person. At least it would allow the customer to be more informed before scheduling.
Gideon and Dimar (sp?) were great! Very friendly, efficient and fast. It was a relief to have them take unwanted items and their help put me in a good head space to move out! Thanks Guys!
Ricardo and Alex were wonderful! I showed them what had to be taken and we got a quote on site. They got everything taken away out of a basement with no walls or trim touched. They were very friendly and efficient!

Ricardo and Alex were wonderful! Very nice, courteous, and professional. I've had them come out to the house before to remove items and have been satisfied with the service received. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the pricing. Today's job included removing a sofa table and a small corner couch, which was a middle piece to a curved sectional (smaller than a sofa couch), and have them move a eliptical bike to the garage. The cost? Nearly $300 with a coupon for a job that took maybe 20 minutes to do. That's crazy! As a retired person, that's a lot of money. If I could do the work myself, I would but I need to rely on these services to help me out.
Devon and Ricardo did a great job removing a full size bar and were up front and transparent about cost. They were able to remove my full bar in 30 minutes. Would recommend them to anyone.
The two men were Devon & Ricardo. Very pleasant & nice guys who worked with me on pricing & got 2 heavy recliner couches out of basement in 20 minutes! I was amazed & very happy.

We had Two Men and a Junk Truck out today for the first time. There were pros and cons to our experience. They were friendly and arrived within an hour of me calling to schedule an estimate. However, we use junk removal companies at least once a year. I wanted to give this company a shot as we live a couple miles away and I’ve been seeing the trucks around. We have also used their moving company and found them to be reasonably priced. But today I feel we were over charged. For reference, 6 months ago we had a very large pile of junk removed by another company, at least 3x the amount of what we had removed today, and we were charged less from the other company for a much bigger load. I would have said no to their estimate today if I’d been home, but my husband was trying to talk with them while also working and figured that having them haul it away was easier than lining up another company. We won’t be using them again.
Devon K and Alex were easy to work with, they provided an upfront price, explained the cost of everything clearly and did all the work to load our old couch. So happy with their service and the fact that the company was able to provide same day pick up! Thank you for your help, will definitely use again and would recommend these guys!

They were prompt showing up in the morning and very nice and friendly. They removed the items I needed removed very quickly. What a difference a company makes. I had originally scheduled to go with 1800 Got Junk but after a 5 hour delay and poor communication I cancelled. I booked junk removal services with 2 Men and a Junk Truck. The crew Ricardo and Alex were top notch. They showed up on time and communicated clearly exactly how the whole process would go. They got the job done in a flash. I went from a very frustrated person to a very satisfied and happy customer! A complete 180 from my experience with 1800 got junk. I highly recommend going with Two Men and a Junk Truck! And if you can get Ricardo and Alec, that is even a better bonus!!! Thank you!!!!
Outstanding experience with Devon and Matt(?). I’m not 100% sure of his name but these two could not have been more helpful, pleasant to work with and accommodating. They showed up on time, gave a very reasonable estimate for the job and then quickly and efficiently removed the stuff.
