Setup with a bad pickup contractor, had the lien release from 15 years ago and they wouldn’t accept that because vehicle info wasn’t on it, before payoff cards were a thing. Disappointing process, and the website said cash or check and they’re offering Venmo, Cashapp like a Craigslist deal. I would go through a different company next time.

Sold a car, and it was pretty easy, and everything went well after the initial setup. They don't have anything to do with the setup part as thats a different company. Most likely a brooker is the initial setup party, but once it was directed to them, they were very good at communicating, fast, and professional!
The process for selling my car was really easy. I was offered a reasonable value. My only gripes is that they are only open when I was working so getting the car to them was a bit of a hassle. They gave me a 4 hour window, but had truck issues. No one called, but when I did they were quick to remedy the situation. Overall satisfied with my experience.
