Employee's were very nice and they found my online order with no problems and didn't have to wait in line at all. Very nice store with a large selection of automotive parts and products. Definitely would recommend!
Van issues. Dude with a beard was super helpful. We didn’t make a purchase, because the issue couldn’t be fixed, but he put in a lot of work helping us diagnose the issue. A huge help! Thanks!

I stopped in to get tire shine and an interior detail cleaner. The gentleman that helped me was great, he walked out from behind the counter and walked me through options, helped me sign up for their rewards program (no app yet) and got me in and out quick. A great experience, I would definitely recommend this store.

Totally recommend this store they are so friendly and helpful! Great customer service!! Got my alternator and battery checked today and loved how they didn't make me feel bad about not knowing anything about vehicles. Great job today guys!
Walked in looking for a 45degree fitting for a fuel pump from the supply line. They didn't have one but the young counter person checked the store from top to bottom just to make sure. Then he got on the computer to see if any other store had one. The answer was still a no. Then back on the computer n told me he could order me one n it would be around 2-3 days to get here. Well I knew where I could get one in the morning so I thanked him for such a valiant effort n went about my business.
I bought some parts to fix my exhaust system. I had to return to the store for the right part. When checking out, the part came up to be different price. I used my $5 reward and they cancelled that out and ended up charging me more. I guess I will be looking at Auto Zone from now on, even if they are a little more. They don't hassle me if I have a return.
It was great ?, I went to pick up a few things, and I was a little short on my card, so I asked if they could hold it aside so I could run to the bank. At 1st I didn't they were going to do it, but they said they would. I go back in and they had my stuff in a basket for me, lol. That was pretty cool of them, and they very nice ppl.
My car was running bad. The guy behind the counter came outside in very cold temps, hooked up the computer thing and went threw the meanings of the lights. Very helpful. Because of him, I got home safe.
Great parts at a great price! Tired of getting bad quality parts at Autozone. Then this is your place for good quality parts at a fair price no bait and switch here. They don't show you a cheap price on the website and then show you a higher price when you get to the store like Autozone dose. The employees are well trained and they even carry stuff out to your car. This blew my mind. Great customer service is king.
The store manager - Matt I think - has been here a while and he has found a way to consistently hire people who know cars. It's the only place in Fargo-Moorhead I go for parts because of this. I've gone into other places where I could ask for blinker fluid & they'd look it up because they don't know any better but not at this store.
A very nice place all i needed was brake lites the gentelman got them and proceeded to put them on for me so than i decided to get wiper blades he grabbed the oil can and came out and put them on also.
This is my go to spot for auto parts. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and have been able to answer every question I've thrown at them. And they are not just behind the counter, they are right there to help you find what you are looking for out on the floor. Always impressed!
Never been treated bad only down fall is the lines sometimes and the occasional i dont want to be here look from the workers .they have always been helpfull
Went there because my brother always told me if I needed help they would install headlights and wipers. I just had a hip replacement 4 weeks ago. I bought the best ones and they did not know how to put them in and said we don't do that if you have to remove car fender parts. I removed one for them without removing any other parts and he unplugged the other and said he couldn't get the boot off. I told him it just pulls off and explained how to do it. He refused to help so I had to do it myself in 35 degree weather. I was in pain and stiff from the cold when I got back in my car 15 min later. He also tried to sell me spark plug grease instead of bulb grease saying it was the same. I even asked if someone else knew how to do it and no one volunteered. I've had much better experience at other stores but I will never go back to this one.
The help here is exceptional the service is great they're very knowledgeable and what they don't know be sure to ask for Lauren he'll clear it up for you. Can't say enough about Lauren or his knowledge of the store parts and how to decipher your problem and all out guy will do the best you can for anybody as far as I know great manager
They were well-staffed the employees were friendly and helpful you can also borrow tools temporarily to fix or install. They have ample parking spaces and they're located on the Frontage Road
Nick at O'Reillys was very knowledgeable and friendly when helping me with my car troubles. Usually it can be a bit daunting when a woman walks into an auto shop alone, but he was very inclusive and treated me with respect, which was very refreshing to experience. 5/5 will go here again
