Ed’s Towing is top notch and I would highly recommend. Very prompt, punctual and professional. I’ve recently had Taylor tow my truck twice and he was great! Talk about a crap situation, but my tow company and tow operator were phenomenal!!!!
My car broke down at a store and I wasn't sure what to do. We figured it needed a tow so we called Ed's Towing. We have never used them, so we weren't sure what to expect. After this this experience, we will always go with Ed's towing from now on! Friendly staff, prompt service, and a great rate to tow, less than what we were quoted. Thank you again!

I appreciate the help! My car wasn't starting so I had it towed to a shop. My tow guy even tried jumpstarting my car free of charge and though it didn't get it started, I really do appreciate the effort. Clear communication, quick job, and fair prices! Will be using again if need be.

Let's see, if I remember correctly.... it was a Sunday. Cold like normal for North Dakota, and I had just cleared snow with my Bobcat Toolcat 5600 All-Wheel Drive and I was heading to the next location. In the middle of the block, just 40 feet west of downtown Broadway, my beloved Bobcat Toolcat, came to rest. No movement, no hydraulics, no love. I called another Bobcat aficionado and he instructed me to call ED'S TOWING. Holy crap, was I happy I did!! They answered the phone, gave detailed instructions, asked amazing questions, and within ONE HOUR, my Bobcat Toolcat 5600 was at the repair shop. On a Sunday, and it cost less than $200. Yes, please. Thank you VERY MUCH.
We were stranded at my Granddaughters school with a dead battery. They answered the phone with kindness, they dispatched a young man right away. He had my car running in minutes Kindness and smiles. So happy.

Got here fast and worked even faster for my after-hour lock-out of my truck. Our key fob has been iffy lately, and locked us out after starting up the truck to warm up, 5AM called and had my keys back by 5:30! It was $75 for after-hour lock out, but very reasonable considering it was 5AM and negative degrees outside. Luckily didn’t need towing, and they did a great and fast job of unlocking our truck.
Saved me a trip to the car shop. My car trouble was frozen rear wheels from sitting still for a few years in the backyard. The tower asked if I tried using a hammer. I had know idea what he meant. He took his hammer out of the tow truck, gave the wheels three knocks each, and lo! they both turned. It was a jaw-dropping moment for me. Since my goal was to park it in the garage and told him I can't drive a stick shift, he quickly offered to drive it in for me. Some people are just so helpful and kind. I would recommend this company for unfreezing wheels. Made my day and so happy I forgot to ask that angel's name. I know the office man is Jack. Thank you both for your help today 10/3/25. Addendum 11/3/25 The service fee for the towing trip to the car shop was fully paid. I was supposed to get a credit back as only home service was done, instead of a full trip. It has been a month today, I still do not see any refund for the overpayment. Addendum #2 So last Sunday the 9th, I decided I could email and inquire about the refund. Jen at Ed's towing replied on the samy day and sent the refund. It was credited back to my account today 11/11/25. Such prompt assistance! Much appreciated.

My experience with Ed’s towing was great. From the phone call the tire truck driver. Very friendly, curious and fast. Other towing companies didn’t even pick up their phone. I would use recommend and use again
I just want to say thank you for outstanding service towing my vehicle. I highly recommend this place. They were very fast, polite and extremely fair pricing. I can reiterate what the others are saying that even on a Saturday this company was exceptional on all levels, just a great experience. If I ever need a towing service again, this will be the place that I will call.

Ed’s Towing is very professional & courteous. They were prompt from the time I called to being serviced was less than 45 minutes. With a flat tire I couldn’t drive & they were able to save me some money by finding the spare tire (I didn’t know I had one) so I could drive it to the shop to get fixed. It took a few minutes & the car was ready to go. Highly recommend Ed’s Towing
OUTSTANDING!!!! from dispatch to completion, it was 20 minutes - that alone is impressive. But the customer service and care that was extended to get us into our locked car after hours on a Saturday was truly exceptional. Joe is a consummate professional and demonstrated the customer experience that comes along FAR to infrequently. As of the writing of this review, Ed’s towing is entered in all the phones in our house, and will be our first choice!
The driver was amazing. He could tell that I was stressed, so we talked all the way to the dealership and even while I waited for my ride. Reasonable price and overall amazing service.
Joe was very courteous and calming. Great response, kept in touch with me every so often to keep confidence he was on his way. Quickly picked up the Expedition, deployed dolly for the back end. Eds did a toolbox move for me today from my old shop to the new job. They went out of their way to adapt to my individual needs without me even having to stress the details. Will recommend them to anyone now!
Taylor was very friendly and helpful. Not only did we need our Suburban towed after it quit on a city street, we needed a utility trailer towed as well. He took both to our home, dropped off the trailer then took the Suburban to a repair shop. We certainly appreciated the assist!!
