I just want to say thank you for outstanding service towing my vehicle. I highly recommend this place. They were very fast, polite and extremely fair pricing. I can reiterate what the others are saying that even on a Saturday this company was exceptional on all levels, just a great experience. Saved me a trip to the car shop. My car trouble was frozen rear wheels from sitting still for a few years in the backyard. The tower asked if I tried using a hammer. I had know idea what he meant. He took his hammer out of the tow truck, gave the wheels three knocks each, and lo! they both turned. It was a jaw-dropping moment for me. Since my goal was to park it in the garage and told him I can't drive a stick shift, he quickly offered to drive it in for me. Some people are just so helpful and kind. I would recommend this company for unfreezing wheels. Made my day and so happy I forgot to ask that angel's name. I know the office man is Jack. Thank you both for your help today 10/3/25.

Ed’s Towing is very professional & courteous. They were prompt from the time I called to being serviced was less than 45 minutes. With a flat tire I couldn’t drive & they were able to save me some money by finding the spare tire (I didn’t know I had one) so I could drive it to the shop to get fixed. It took a few minutes & the car was ready to go. Highly recommend Ed’s Towing
OUTSTANDING!!!! from dispatch to completion, it was 20 minutes - that alone is impressive. But the customer service and care that was extended to get us into our locked car after hours on a Saturday was truly exceptional. Joe is a consummate professional and demonstrated the customer experience that comes along FAR to infrequently. As of the writing of this review, Ed’s towing is entered in all the phones in our house, and will be our first choice!

Waited patiently for my tow truck driver very nice. Really need to have a step stole to climb into cab. I struggled badly. Driver pulled out a shovel to use as a step. Thank you very much.

I really like your service reasonable price and no. First time using it, yes I will be using you guys again if I have any problems. But this time could they make sure they told the car to the right location they did not told my car to the right location and the people had to call me to let me know that the people who supposed to get my car was across the street from them. We agreed to tow my truck from Petro Truck-stop in Fargo to Fargo Freightliner for $230. In the end, they robbed me of $510! They illegally took an extra $280 from me.
The tow driver was aggressive and rude and told me that I have 3 seconds to pay or else he’ll take my truck to their lot and I’ll have to pay $1,000!
I would advise everyone to stay away and look at other tow companies.
Joe was very courteous and calming. Great response, kept in touch with me every so often to keep confidence he was on his way. Quickly picked up the Expedition, deployed dolly for the back end. Conversed nicely during the travel even though it sounded like he was busy, he focused on my needs. You have a very good driver, doing a good job for you! Thanks!
I appreciated the courtesy and efficiency, he brought me a rental from a company in Fargo and when he arrived he unhooked the rental and asked me if I was ready to go instead of just hopping in his truck and leaving which could have ended up with me leaving some of my personal possessions in the truck he towed away, this was really appreciated, and I was on my way within 20 minutes.

Cathy was exceptional and kind on dispatch and Tyler was prompt, professional and great to work with. These factors and an affordable price at the end of the night made an otherwise very difficult night, easier to deal with.
My son's car was towed by a lot, which was understandable, and we were prepared to take care of it. However, the staff at Ed's towing was so hostile and rude to me when I went to pick it up! I had everything in order, all of the paperwork and money that they told me over the phone, and then they tried to charge me for an extra day, and when I was adamant that I wouldn't they yelled at me. It was all a very brutal experience and I would not recommend these people to anyone! I understand that mistakes happen and things get towed, but we can still be pleasant human beings! These people are definitely unhappy in their lives to behave this way.
Eds did a toolbox move for me today from my old shop to the new job. They went out of their way to adapt to my individual needs without me even having to stress the details. Will recommend them to anyone now!
The driver was careful and thorough when he came to pick up my vehicle. I didn’t catch his name, but knew what he was doing and got my car towed out of where it was and got it to where it needed to go. Will definitely use their service again.
The service was excellent. The driver was there within 30 minutes from when I called them. He was very experienced and qualified and had my car loaded and ready to move in a very short time. He was very friendly. The bad situation turned into a rewarding experience. I would definitely contact them again if I need this type os service again.
Completely flat tire. Eds came within 10 minutes of my call (although I was fairly close). He put the spare tire on which after watching was something I could NO WAY do myself. Very nice guy. Charge was $60 which I thought was very reasonable. I had the opportunity to also stop in their office later that day and the receptionist was super friendly - both on the phone and in person.
Taylor was very friendly and helpful. Not only did we need our Suburban towed after it quit on a city street, we needed a utility trailer towed as well. He took both to our home, dropped off the trailer then took the Suburban to a repair shop. We certainly appreciated the assist!!
