Jaiden from Aggressive Towing was amazing. He went over the top to make sure we were able to complete our trip home to Winnipeg on a Saturday evening when we got a flat tire. His attitude and never quit approach made all the difference. His knowledge of swollen lug-nuts was extremely helpful!
I would give him a zero star… worst place to deal with if you get your vehicle towed, please make sure to record the whole thing because if they do damage to vehicle most likely they will not pay for it. Make sure you record them the whole time.

On Saturday January 13th 2023 my Jeep Rubicon died leaving the Holiday station on Brandt Dr in Fargo . It wouldn't turn over at all. Tried jumping it but once cables removed it died. We ended up calling Aggressive Towing and figured there would be a wait. The initial call was handled by a very pleasant gal that took my info, informed me they would be able to get me taken care of, and an approximate wait time of 2 hrs. We were contacted by Carter within the 2 hr time frame. I let him know the keys were inside the Holiday and asked if I needed to get there. Carter was amazing! He took care of everything without us having to run over. He got Jeep loaded up, delivered to Certified Auto Repair and promptly called us when finished to let us know he put keys in drop box, accepted our payment and left receipt on seat inside Jeep. What amazing service! We can't thank Carter and Aggressive Towing enough. What an exceptional experience!
Call Ashley at Aggressive Towing and ask for the driver Blaine. He knows what he’s doing and very good at it. He’s had to hook on to a vehicle that was dangling over a steep embankment. One time while helping a pickup pulling a camper that was broke down on I29 came close to getting hit by a truck but he continues to put himself in danger to help others
Blaine is one of the hardest working tow hands in the business, he always shows up, and does a great job, every time! He’s also very friendly and easy to work with. I always recommend Blaine and Aggresssive Towing when someone I know needs some assistance.

I stupidly ran out of gas right outside of Fargo. I called and spoke to Ashley and she sent a driver named Carter to tow my car and he was great! He reassured me it happens more often than I'd think lol. Made me feel better. He was quick to respond and get me on my way.

I had such a great experience. I told them my issue, and within 10 minutes, Cole had called me and was at my location. The service was fast, easy, and done right! I highly recommend. Cole was personable, funny, and super easy to work with! I will definitely be using in again when needed!
My teen son had to leave his vehicle on the side of hwy 10 last night due to the weather causing him to drift into the ditch. The sheriff's department told him his car would be fine as long as he had it picked up before tonight. When my son went to get his car around 3 pm today they had towed and impounded his vehicle. He had been waiting for a tow through our insurance all day, it went from free to costing $650. This is so not ok to do! Then he picks it up and it appears to have been hit or backed into but they have no idea how that happened, or a reason it had been towed other than it was in the ditch.
I've seen vehicles in the ditch for 2 days with a violation sticker before they get towed, and his was there less than 24hrs.
Went above and beyond!!!!!!! Not only were they able to jump start the r.v. (other company was unable to figure it out) but the tow truck driver also searched the frozen tundra of North Dakota (local area) in order to help me locate my dog. And he found him!! Very thankful to this company. 10/10 would recommend!
I have used this company twice now once with Blake and the second with Carter. Both men were amazing and answered my questions as ridiculous as they were. They made me feel comfortable with them especially Carter. He towed my car and I to a tire shop and was very polite and respectful I will continue to use these guys while I'm in the area. The initial jump of my battery was good. Quite expensive but good service in a timely fashion. On the other hand, service from the office was the opposite. Taking over a week to simply get a photo or invoice of the receipt to file for insurance.
I have dealt with aggressive towing on multiple different occasions and will continue to use them. They are professional and get the job done no matter the challenges that might arise. Thank you and keep it up.
I've had cheaper lockout service, but not faster or more professional. I needed a door popped during off hours on a weekend, they were there in 30min. I wasted that much time calling other places who didn't even answer the phone.
If you actually need roadside assistance and aren't willing to waste a couple hours to save $15, just call these guys and get it taken care of.
Called AAA to get my car pulled out ice that had melted around my car while I was out of town for business. No problem we have aggressive towing on the way, they should be there within the next hour by 1:50am. An hour goes by, no call from Agressivd, so I call twice. No answer. After sitting and waiting for three hours I canceled my call and tow through AAA for Aggressive Towing. Every time one of the AAA reps would call the driver would delay my time by 20-30 minutes. This happened three times! Finally I was able to get help from Harry’s Towing! Safe yourself the hassle of you need help in the middle of the night, DO NOT USE OR ASK AGGRESSIVE TOWING!!! They will leave you stranded.
Aggressive Towing was very professional & got a tow truck out as quickly as possible & the dispatch operator was so helpful in getting it covered by my insurance, Thank you.. The tow truck operator ( I think it was Toby or Cody). Was AMAZING, he made me feel confident that he knew exactly what he needed to do to get my van out of a difficult situation. He got my vehicle pulled out & pulled me to the end of my street/alley & then he blocked traffic so I was able to get safely out to the street & on my way. He was very friendly & helpful. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH, for making my night a little bit easier. Blessings to you all. I would recommend Aggressive Towing in a heartbeat.
AAA trying to hire these guys was a total mess. Our truck needed towed 80 miles north, AAA put out the call, Aggressive accepted it and was supposed to be there within the hour. An hour and a half later, I called AAA because no truck. Then an Aggressive driver finally called back 45 minutes later saying never got the call from AAA, and asked where it was going. I told him 80 miles north, he said he would be there in 45 minutes. 45 minutes after that, the Aggressive driver calls me and says his boss doesn't want him driving out of town and they're cancelling the tow. Then he says that the boss didn't know it was out of town when he took the call (remember, this was the call they supposedly never got earlier in the night). So I call AAA and they said the whole system is electronic and they have all of the records of the situation from the beginning. They can see where Aggressive took the first call and there was no way for them to take the call without knowing it was going out of town. After over 3 hours, it was after 10:00 pm and AAA couldn't find another driver until morning. Dealing with Aggressive cost us 150.00 in hotel and food that night, and a few hours at work the next morning.
If you can't do something than say it, but there is nothing more unprofessional or irritating than a company that lies to your face. We won't be using them again.
Managed to get my car stuck in my driveway while it was -6 out. Called at 9am, they were at my place by 10. Driver was friendly, funny, and fast! The woman who answered the phone (Kelsey, I think!) was also friendly and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience to a stressful situation. Thanks guys!!
The gal on the phone was very friendly and the tow truck driver was very accommodating. He had suggestions on service stations in the area that would best fit the repair I needed. It was funny I heard the commercial yesterday.
So today my vehicle decided it wanted to lock the wheels up on the off ramp by main ave onto the interstate. I called aggressive because i had worked with them before for other things. Today Jesse was my tow truck driver. He was fast, helpful, and very pleasant. He also gave me a ride back with my vehicle to my place. Ill recommend Aggressive Towing to anyone. Very fast, pleasant, and a reasonable price!
