Had gotten a truck from them while back; issues here and there with it since bought….. To just now find out when replacing the lower oil unit there are parts just sitting in it… truck is shot unless we wanna pay thousands to repair it
We went to King Auto looking for a second vehicle. We found a good selection of used vehicles in our price range. After a few test drives and respectful negotiating we purchased a Diamond White 2009 Honda Accord EXL. We enjoyed how easy the process was with Zero pressure. Thank you Kristen and Levi. Great place to buy a vehicle. Very experienced people helping you find the right car that fits your needs. Multiple vehicles coming on and off that lot every week(if not every day). must have some very talented people to be accomplishing as much as they do
Sold me a car with engine problems. i brought it back same day with codes from a code reader. They blamed me for the issue then tried to cover up what was wrong with it. I tried getting more help from them but they were dodgy and said it's not their problem since it was sold "as is".
Do not purchase anything from this company. These vultures will take you for every dollar they can. I am watching them take advantage of my aunt in real time right now that is nearly 80 years old. Buyer beware!
Furthermore, to add a response to the response that was given, they only fixed what was wrong after she agreed to pay more money. There was no above and beyond here. There was only faulty products and shady car sales people. My aunt does not have the money for this and does not know a lot about cars. You may not be obligated but you certainly don't have to hide all of the things wrong and then refuse to fix problems or take the product back after the fact. All of this happened over the course of 9 days and you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for taking advantage of an old woman!
Bought a kids wheeler from them of FB. She removed her profile for me to reach back out.
The wheeler ran for 10 minutes then wouldn’t start warm. I asked if I could bring it back for a refund, or just bring it in to have them fix it and they declined.
Ended up having to take it to another shop that took care of it.
Not a good way to do business.
We bought a 2009 Subaru Forester from the good folks at Car King Auto in July 2024, and as I (finally!) write this review in May 2025 I'm about to return to Car King to buy our NEXT used car.
Here's why ...
For starters, the car we bought 10 months ago has turned out to be great, as we expected the day we bought it. So I have to mention that, of course.
But most of all I want to say that the people at Car King were and are great.
When we went to buy the Forester last year, we were able to look at the various cars on the lot with no pressure whatsoever. In fact, it was ANTI-pressure—they were so laid back about it all.
The same was true for the test drive. "Take your time," they told us, and we sure did. Again, no pressure at all—ANTI-pressure.
The car turned out to be just what we were looking for and we got a fair price—along with an experience that renewed my hope in humanity, to be honest.
Plus, we've now had 10 months to further evaluate the car, and it is performing very well. It's been an amazing value.
So ... now that we need to add to our family's "fleet" once again (we now have three kids at home who are driving!), I'm headed right back to Car King. They've earned our trust, because they were and are trustworthy. And that is worth recognizing and visibly pointing out in this day and age.
Bought my car here at the end of February and I love my car I will be coming back for another vehicle in the future everyone was so nice and easy to work with the even offered to help fix my fiances car if we got the part but that part had to be ordered in so glad I shopped here because buying a used vehicle is scary and I had purchased a few lemons this car I bought is amazing from this place will not hesitate to come here again you guys do amazing jobs and very easy to talk to thank you!!!

I needed a battery put in my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Levi said no problem. He did it in 10 mins and it was one that goes under the passenger seat. Very good service and will go there again for my work. Small town service that’s very good. Try them out!!!😁
They were Wonderful when we needed a new pickup due to ours being out of service we pickup an f250 from them they let us take it to get a quick inspection and we're very willing to work with us! We had stopped by and called her to see if we could test drive after hours and she even drove there to let us test drive it!
They were informative, fast with paperwork and even test drove the 4 wheelers I bought right infront of me. The helmet that IS DOT stamped certified was a big bonus and goggles and glove to protect the kids. Made the 2.3 hr drive worth my time and money. They came with a kill button key fob and 2 keys for each machine as well
Great selection of bikes and ATVs. Staff were super friendly and willing to work with us. My son was excited about the dirtbike but even more excited that they give free helmets, goggles and gloves with the purchase of a machine. Highly recommend! We will be back!
Got a great little 4 wheeler for one of our kids. There was an issue with the carb and they fixed it no problem. Thanks for the sale kids are loving it.
Very easy people to work with. Very polite and nice people and have a lot of knowledge of what they are doing and run a very good business. They have very nice vehicles that are properly priced. Never had an issue with anything from them if there was an issues they were 110% easier to work with then some of the places around the area. Will definitely be coming back for future vehicles.
I was shocked at how easy they were to work with! I told them my budget and was told they had something in a similar range asked if I could do a trade and they were more than happy! They went above and beyond to meet me after hours! They met me at there even though the were in the middle of cooking dinner! The price they had the vehicle listed at was different than they had told me previously AND they stuck to their word and honored the price they told me! Being this was the first time buying from a dealer on trade. They were not disappointed I forgot the title n were more than happy I mailed it the next day. I’ve had a couple extremely minor issues with the vehicle of which one was not an issue at sale. N the other was on my way home after the sale (no one could know the headlight was going to go out) but I reached out n they offered to fix it immediately at their expense!
The process was so easy n all 3 people I dealt with were beyond accommodating n helpful! They were very knowledgeable and with in a short couple weeks I had the title in hand as well as registration.
I’ve communicated several times since purchase with them and even sent a few people that way!
After buying the Saturn the gas was at a 1/4 of a tank I stopped at a gas station in dilworth n struck up a conversation n found out 2 others had great things to say too n they had purchased previously as well!
Was worried about doing business with this company as there had been no reviews.
First impression on the phone was a decent woman that seemed to be nice so gave it a shot to find the car we traveled to see was running in the lot before we even arrived (which is a huge red flag especially in the winter and we had never given an eta to arrival time; it was the ONLY car running). Gas tank was empty, running on fumes. When we shut it off, it would not restart.
One man was methed out of his mind and the other was a clueless teenager that knew nothing.
When we politely asked for a new battery and gas to test drive, they said no and the methed out guy started swearing at us (and calling us bad names). The woman said "go buy a car somewhere else". Bad business model. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
