This company was so nice and kind. He got my jeep from lindstrom to new Richmond,wi, even in the below zero weather. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. It's nice to have local honest businesses we can depend on!!
If you need a tow out of a ditch in the Chisago Lakes area, like my wife once did, Peterson came in the time of need and did a great job. Our SUV spun out of control after hitting a washboard area on a gravel road not far from our house. Once it left the road it rolled in the ditch popping out all the windows. Thankfully, she and our son walked away from the vehicle unharmed. A testament to wearing seat belts and cars deploying airbags. It was a relief Peterson Towing handled the vehicle upon arriving.
My brakes went out while driving on the Thursday evening before memorial weekend. Peterson’s was available after hours to tow away my vehicle. The owner was honest and only fixed what it needed at a reasonable price, quickly after the holiday. I was very pleased and would definitely go back!?

Highly recommend! I blew a tire on my flatbed trailer right in Lindstrom on highway 8. Did not have a spare. Called these guys and they were out to help in less than 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Took my rim back, put a used tire on it, brought it back, reinstalled, and I was back on the road in less than 90 minutes. Amazing friendly service. (btw I'm getting a spare for the trailer :) )

They towed my baby semi. In a snow storm. I though I lost it..but no Cheryl kemponich. And randy had it towed. In a blizzard. Parked in her driveway. After fuel gelled up.no one home left a note ?. But apparently they don't read or like semi. Trucks !! ! 460 dollars later.

My father had great 1st experience. Quick pick up and turn around. Price high but on par with industry average. Repair not done correctly and tractor wouldn't start. They came right back picked it up, 4 weeks ago. Still no word on when it will return. Already paid for repair and nothing to remove snow with for a month.
Got back today. Repairs seem done well. Just long time waiting. Overall, satisfied and if you arent in a hurry they will ensure it is done properly.
Ask before,how much it is going to cost.My fault for not asking.Was not towed by a tow truck.Was pulled out by a 4×4 truck ten feet ,then owner was on his way.Was charged way to much.They have a business,which I understand,but was taken advantage of.

I cannot say enough good things about Peterson's. I unfortunately hit a deer at 6:30 in the morning in Lindstrom, I called Peterson's and the owner himself came out quickly and got my car, he took it back to his shop and was nice enough to take a look at it that day for me. He worked along with my insurance company and then towed it again to the collision shop to be fixed. Everyone I encountered at Peterson's was extremely friendly and professional. I felt that the bill was more than a fair price, much more reasonable than the cities. Thanks so much.

I was in an accident needed my car towed. The owner of Peterson's came out to tow my car. I had some very expensive items in my car. When I came to get my car everything was gone. He lied right to my face. Said never seen them, when the stuff was right there on a shelf. What a liar!!
His wife is the rudes person!! She shouldn't work with people!! Both are terrible people!!
Called for a tow then called back to tell him before he left not to show up and the person on the phone was very rude and a complete jerk about the situation. If I could give no stars I would.
