Very happy with the service I received. Came in for wiper blades and was expecting to install them myself. The salesman had a colleague ring me up while he installed them for me. Happy customer!

Terrible service. Three employees were struggling to help one customer, while four other customers were waiting in line with their purchase items. They have more than one checkout counter. I was 2nd in line for TEN minutes. I left without purchasing my items. One of those employees could have helped the other people in the store. Yet it wasn't happening.
Big name store with the friendly and neighborly feel of the up-north small town of Pine River. Fast and friendly service coupled with a wide variety of brand name parts and all the tools to get the job done at affordable prices.
This is the kind of place where to get good parts, service and good advice. Very knowledgeable staff and you almost always see a friend or two besides, it's a little like a small town coffee shop without the coffee!
Biggest thing about this place is the friendly atmosphere. They're helpful and knowledgeable if you've got an auto or auto issue that maybe isn't as common. Had good luck with their parts.
Bought a exhaust dontut here for $24 and they didn't have the other parts I needed so j went to Napa and the same reaction part number exhaust donut was $8 cheaper and they had all the parts I needed. I like the Auto value in Park Rapids but this one e is horrible. When I returned my part I complained but stayed calm and the counter person got very testy with me because I was getting irritated he asked me the same question 3 times. It was a huge waste of time going there on a busy day

Needed double sided sticky tape for loose plastic air/water deflector on side window. Got quick help from store employee who produced just the right size.
I bought a coupla jack stands here and they're good. They did the job. 35 bucks for a pair and they'll last a lifetime so worth it. The folks that run it are very polite and help you find stuff. If I had more money I'd have bought more.....
Great place to shop. Very friendly environment and layout. I believe the employees are top notch. Big shout out to Tim though! He is always friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you got everything you need.
Well, I went into the store in my Roman sandals and summer shorts with my Hawaiian shirt ( I was wearing no socks and matching underwear.) the counter person was reading the Wall Street Journal and seperating Canadian coin from Taiwan coin while his mother dropped off his lunch in a Roy Rogers lunch box. I asked if they had digital oil filters and left with some used air fresheners! Best trip to an auto parts store EVER!
Knowledgeable and friendly staff, Mike, Tim, and Doug make a great team. Most parts they can get next day if they don't have them in stock. They also have a good selection of paint if needed
First of all, open on Sundays, which is really nice. I was able to go in and get a starter for the Dodge. They had it in stock, didn't have to order it. They have let me return parts in the past even though I lost my receipt. The people who work there are kind and courteous and will help you find what you need to get the job done. Awesome! Really like this store.
