Purchased a used fuel tank and I can't say enough about the tremendous service and the quality/fit of the part. I worked with Nick in parts and he was able to find me the part I needed and shipped it same day. I had the part a day later. Thanks Nick for taking such good care of me!!

Terrible experience — wish I’d gone somewhere else. I was quoted $150 by Chad for a Comet 102 clutch and bolt for my 1989 Arctic Cat Jag, plus $10 shipping. He told me it would fit… it didn’t. The bolt they sent was wrong, and it took two months to finally get the correct one. When I installed the clutch (like they said I could), it ended up stuck on the sled, and I had to pay another shop $20 just to remove it. That other shop used a 3-arm puller and bent the face of the clutch, which wasn’t directly All Powersports fault, but it only happened because Chad sold me the wrong clutch to begin with. Instead of replacing it, Chad at All Powersports swapped the faces between my original Comet 108 and their bent Comet 102, right in front of me, as if that made it okay. Then he handed me the damaged one back and said he’d now accept a return, but only for in-store credit or another clutch, never cash. After that, Chad told me they’d only offer in-store credit, basically forcing me to pay another $30 for them to “shim” the new clutch so the belt would fit, otherwise I’d be out $160 total. He also told me I’d need to swap the spring from my old clutch, which defeats the point of buying this one in the first place. When I showed up in person, Chad suddenly tried to act friendly, like he was doing me a favor, after all the delays, part swaps, and extra charges. I trusted the 4.5-star rating, but my experience was the complete opposite. Beware if you’re a younger customer, I was talked down to and treated like I didn’t know anything. Overpriced, poor communication, and zero accountability.

Best prices, great staff. They have so many parts it's impressive. Snowmobile parts , utv parts, and pwc parts. Knowledgeable staff. Bought new and used parts on my visit.

Brought some motorcycle tires in and within a few minutes they were done at a very fair price

In for maintenance. They came with a trailer and picked up the bike, did all the routine maintenance, and a full used bike inspection prior to my purchase of this bike. The bike was done in 3 days and ready for pick up. Because this bike was a new bike for me I asked them for an orientation to the bike - which they gladly did for me. Great mechanics who said they will work on almost any year of bike, etc .. some shops won't work on older bikes .. or won't allow customers to bring in their own new tires, etc. ..All Powersports allowed me to bring in my own oil, filter, antifreeze etc. to save me a little money on the maintenance. I'm very happy I discovered All Powersports!

Chad helped me out a ton and was a very honest upfront trustworthy guy. Highly recommend him, great shop too.

Only place that I will bring my snowmobile. Honesty, communication, and quality work.

The owner of the shop, Nick, is a trustworthy and knowledgeable guy. He has helped me fix miscellaneous issues with my 2021 Ducati and always gives me fair prices and gets my bike back up and running in no time. They change tires for cheap and quick too. I trust him and his guys to work on my Ducati over most other moto garages any day.

Don't go here. I brought my Suzuki bandit in hoping for a carb rebuild. After a week or so i got a call saying the carb didn't need to be rebuilt and they just took it apart and cleaned it and was running way better for much cheaper. However after about an hour of having it back the same problem reoccurred and wouldn't turn on. They told me they would pick it up that same week, but I ended up having to call back several times asking what happened because they never showed up. After many weeks and phone calls and frustration they finally came through to pick up the bike. After about a week they call me saying my bike needed a carb rebuild (like I wanted the first time) and it would be 5 or 600 dollars to repair. After they already charged me almost 400 to clean it "to save me money" when it would have been cheaper just to get the rebuild in the first place. Also tried to blame the error on me claiming i was using the wrong gas which they would prove themselves wrong when we made them check. Essentially robbing me of close to $400 and giving me back the same broken bike I gave them a few months ago. I was very kind to them through everything.Don't go here.

If you’re looking for an honest and trusted place, then this is it! I stopped by to have them look at a minor issue I had with my jet ski, they helped me out and refused to charge me anything since it was a minor fix.

We got everything we needed for the snowmobile. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Just wanted to leave a note here that All Powersports is awesome. We brought in our old Snoscoot that had been sitting around for years and All Powersports got it up and running great! They price their work fairly and are friendly and great to work with. Thanks guys! My kids are having a blast cruising around the lake!

I have 3 sleds that are all 2002 models (2 Polaris, 1 Cat). I was in need of a replacement coolant bottle for the Cat because they quit making the part a few years ago. None of the dealers had nor could source them. All Powersports had a used one and they actually had some new ones still in original packaging! I’ve used them before and they always seem to have what I need. If you have older sleds, get to know this place. Great people and great business.

Nick is super nice guy and very honest! They will and do work on boats. I trusted them to install a water pump on my newer Ranger and it was perfect. Call and talk to Nick. Mechanic is a wizard outboard guy, I don't believe a lot of people know this and think this shop is only snowmobiles and PWC.

Brought in my 2007 Arctic Cat 370 for a tuneup just to make sure it was in good shape for the ice fishing season. It ran well during 2020 but figured it couldn’t hurt. Turn around was 4 weeks, which seemed reasonable for their busy season. An error was made on my bill but the owner called me the following day, apologized for the mistake and asked what he could do to make it right. I’ll certainly give them my business again.

Nick does a great job. He can answer my questions and goes out of his way to resolve my problems as well. His follow through is excellent, as well as his pricing.

I purchased a 2003 Waverunner and had All Powersports do some preventative maintenance and fix a few small things. Nick did a great job explaining things to me and going over any areas that are common issues. Turn around time was 4 days, which was better than expected. Does take a while for you to get your motorcycle back if it’s an older motorcycle. Had some issues with how they fixed my 85 shadow but Nick had me bring it back even after I complained on the phone for 15 minutes, He was pretty understanding why I’d be upset and he’s working on it again to correct the issues. It was nice to have an owner address the situation while remaining professional and very very nice!!! All and all really friendly place. Would definitely recommend if you have a classic Motorcycle they really go the extra mile to get those hard to find parts.

I love ridding hard on the weekends and going to All Powersports to keep my 2002 ZR running. Nick is a wealth of knowledge and everyone there is willing to help.

Their prices are pretty good really, but service isn’t great from my experience. When I initially called, they were fast at knowing they have my parts and giving me prices. I placed my order on a Saturday, told I would be called Monday. Never got a call so I called them again on Wednesday. Was told they were locating my parts and I should be set to go that Friday and get a call. Never got a call. Had to call again and was eventually told that my slip was misplaced and that I would get free shipping. Finally got my parts tonight, almost three weeks after my initial call to them, and I was charged for the shipping. It’s not a huge deal/charge, but it is the principle. I know mistakes happen, like a misplaced slip, but I’m still disappointed in my overall experience. Edit: I did have to come and amend my review as they were fast to respond and even refund the shipping. I appreciated them reaching out to me and taking care of the problem. Hopefully the next time I need something it goes smoother.

Needed to upgrade tracks on one of my snowmobiles. I researched online and found the manufacturer and part number desired. I live 10 miles away. Without calling ahead, I walked in their front door and three feet inside of the door sits the exact, brand new track I am looking for. Unbelievable! Their price was reasonable, even compared to online competitors. Better yet, they offered me very fair money for my old track on trade-in. I couldn't be happier with these folks. Both Jim and Nick (Father/ Son) were personable and helpful. Will be doing business with them again.

called these guys for a part on a 97 arctic cat and they told the had a few on hand. Drove an hour to their shop with high expectations to get an used cdi. They had several on hand and we were able to sort through their inventory, which included one that was on a sled they pulled down, which had very nice spark when the guy pulled over the motor. They are great to work with and service was better then expected.
