I was traveling today on a 3 hr trip. About halfway through i ran into water pump and over heating issues. The staff at auto repair had me back on the road in about 2 hrs. I also had my yellow lab with and they took us in like we were family! It was the coldest day we have had this winter so it was very much appreciated. Pro Auto's staff was courteous and amazing!!! Thank you soo much for your help today!

Pro Auto came to my rescue when I got stranded at jubilee foods in mound. They not only told my car to their shop but they brought me a loaner car to use. They quickly analyzed the situation and solve the problem. I'm very thankful to have them as my auto repair shop. I would recommend them to anybody.

New tires same day, extremely quick quotes on tire options with very thorough explanations of other things I need to take care of that was caught during inspection. The mechanic was personable and did a good job both with the oil change and with picking up and dropping off my van. This was my first encounter with Pro Auto, and in general it was a good experience. The only small glitch was that I wasn't notified when my appointment was delayed and I had to call them.

I was out of town and was referred to them. They were able to take me right in and I received a loaner car! They were professional and was able to complete the service I needed to get back home!

DO NOT GO HERE. My car stalled out by the Dairy Queen on a Saturday night so nobody was towing and my dad had to come out and tow my car over to there because we had no other choice. We dropped it off and waited. They said that a bunch of stuff had to be fixed like spark plugs and brake lines among other things, things that worked perfectly fine, they said that the ignition switch was broken and that was why it wasn’t starting, which pissed both me and my dad off because it would turn over but not start. They replaced it and it still wouldn’t start. We ended up renting a trailer and bringing it over to a family friend who’s a mechanic and he said that the problem was a faulty wire, he fixed it and it works perfectly fine now. I got charged 500 dollars for them to do nothing. I honestly would rather tow it along the backroads for the extra 2 hours it would’ve taken then go here ever again

Last year, the services provided resulted in significant damage to my Jeep. Despite being informed that all fluids would be flushed, the vehicle overheated just three days post-service. Subsequent inspection revealed that the coolant had not been addressed as requested. Furthermore, Pro Auto representatives contacted my friend via personal communication, requesting the removal of his review. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

The team at Pro Auto Repair did an exceptional job for me. I brought in my Winnebago Sprinter to beef up the suspension. The team was professional, timely and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend anyone owning a small RV to bring it in to Pro Auto!

They did a good job of diagnosing and repairing the car. It took a bit long than expected because the first part they installed was defective. Such things can't always be avoided, but you might want to try a different supplier.

Absolutely a fantastic shop. From the owners and all the staff they took care of my classic car. They gave me a very thoroughl list of what my car needed and did excellent work on the repairs and under stood all my concerns and answered all my questions. I wish I could have given them 10 stars.

I believe that the employees are well informed and do an outstanding job. It was painless working with the front desk as they knew what was needed. Brian,I believe is his name was very helpful getting me to and from their office. I would recommend them for work on any vehicle out of warranty.

Had service done again with Pro Auto, this time on my newest vehicle. Minor repairs but between scheduling the appointment to the mechanics, the professionalism was amazing! Had a quick conversation with the owner and you can tell she cares about her customers. I will always make the drive for a repair shop who is honest and that I trust!

I brought my vehicle into this shop not know what was wrong with it. They told me they would do an inspection and call me. When they called me they told me they did a full inspection and they found a bad LEFT wheel baring, and front rotors/ brakes that needed replaced. I gave them permission to fix both under the condition it was under 1000. The gentleman on the phone went over the cost of each part with me and we talked about a price that was in my budget. I asked if I could bring my own parts because I can get them at cost, and he told me if I did that, they would just charge me more for labor. Regardless I wasn’t supposed to pay more than 900-1000. When he called me to tell me my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up he proceeded to tell me they replaced my RIGHT wheel baring, and did my brakes/rotors. I came to pick my car up on the weekend and they weren’t open, I asked the guy why they did my right wheel baring when they told me I needed my left done as well as why they were charging me 1450 for these services when on the phone we agreed to a different price. He said “well do you have proof of this convo? Cause I don’t recall having that conversation” I needed to go out of state for work on Monday- and since the shop was closed I had no choice but to pay and ask for a receipt and come back during business hours. He told me I would need to come in on Monday for an itemized receipt. I drove my car off the lot to go run errands and realized something was still wrong with my vehicle. I brought it back the next day and told them something they did was incorrect. They did another inspection and told me my left caliper was stuck down and my brake pad is completely rubbed gone and I need a LEFT wheel barring. So they let me drive my car off the lot with a stuck caliper and bad wheel barring. I called them out for replacing the wrong side and letting me drive my car off the lot like that, they proceeded to tell me it’s my fault and there’s nothing they can do to help me unless I pay for new brakes and a wheel baring. So I went and picked my car up and drove away- they warned me not to drive my vehicle and if I drove it off the lot it’s my problem and they won’t help. I drove it to my house and called a tow truck to come get it because it wasn’t safe to drive. I brought it to another shop who told me I need a left wheel baring and my front brakes weren’t bled properly and I need new calipers now. This entire situation is absolutely unprofessional. I will never recommend this shop to anybody ever. They assumed I was a dumb girl who didn’t know anything about vehicles And when I called him out for trying to overcharge me and treat me like an ignorant woman, he told me this was absolutely not the case, and acted like it was absurd of me to accuse him of such a thing when in reality, that’s exactly what happened

I wanted to edit this as it has been multiple years later and they are still doing great. I have spent thousands here and every time I bring one of my vehicles in they are professional, kind, efficient, and accurate. As long as I live in the area I will always bring my vehicles here. They always have the vehicle done on time and are committed to make sure it is done correctly the first time. Thanks to the whole team!

The best part about Pro Auto Repair was how FAST they were able to get our vehicle into their shop! They towed our vehicle in too! They had our vehicle back on the road long before any other shop could even help us! This was our first time there and we were very satisfied with their communication, their service & the prices! We definitely will go back!

They were able to get me in same day, and were very thorough with their report! They found some other issues that were in need of attention, and took photo documentation of everything so I felt confident the repairs were necessary. Pleasant/comfortable waiting area with coffee and snacks. ?

There scheduling system very impressive. I was able to get a appointment the next day. Arrived 10 mins early checked it, they took the car on the dot and brought it back on the dot. I swapped both side of my inner/outer tie rods and lower ball joints myself. They did a alignment and it was a success. Very good job worth the extra $ and the drive. I live in Hutchinson and would rather go here every time.

I have an old car that hadn't been driven in many years. They were wonderful to work with and they did a great job of getting the car up and running. Nice place.

Pro Auto in Norwood is a great shop to get your auto needs taken care of! Corey was able to come get me with a flatbed truck when I had a slashed tire and was able to get a new set of odd sized tires installed next day. Plus, I got a loaner car while I waited! Definitely recommended.

Pro Auto is great about getting my vehicles scheduled for regular maintenance quickly, and has been able to provide fantastic service! They have also been there for me in emergencies when the tow truck has had to drop off my vehicle after hours. It was stress free to have them call me in the morning letting me know when they could shuffle my vehicle into their workload. I appreciate having them so close to where I live!
