My bike broke down and I tried using my roadside assistance. Cars Towing initially accepted the job and then canceled it.
I ended up sitting on the side of the road for 3 hours until I was able to convince my insurance provider to contact a different service.
If you're not going to do the job, don't say you will.
Our almost new truck and RV were wrecked in Cloquet, Minnesota, 600 miles from our home in Kansas. The accident was traumatic, what with the awful impact, our pets being traumatized and feeling like we were at a complete loss. However, like a superhero out of a comic book, CARS Towing shows up and solves our biggest problem – – towing that large amount of property off of the road so that the citizens of Cloquet could have a normal traffic flow. Also, we were able to go to our hotel room that night, knowing that our property was secure in the hands of cars towing. Thanks guys! You’re the best!

Last Saturday, my son was driving home from the cabin and his car coasted to a stop. I was 2 hours away - so could not help much - but did a quick search and made a call - Cars Towing was out in just a few minutes to tow to a local shop (which also turned out great). My experience with Cars Towing was great. My loaded trailer had a bearing problem on the highway. They loaded my trailer on their flatbed and took it to their shop to repair it. The people I dealt with from the tow truck driver, owner, front desk people were all great. Also the price for tow and repair was very reasonable. I usually don't write reviews but would highly recommend them.

So I bought a classic 76 rambler camper and hit a bump that forced the jack into the ground popping the camper off the hitch... Needless to say it hit a guard rail and went down a large steep ditch. Cars was able to pull it up the side of the hill without rolling the camper. It was an absolute show of experience. Can beat cars prices or experience. If you are looking for a competent tow company help with your prize possessions with out damaging it.... Then give these guys a call. Will the driver is such a pro he could see how this 10000 lb camper would react while being pulled up a ditch as steep as it is. I honestly won't call anybody other than these guys for my personal and business needs
I absolutely LOVE Cars Towing! Not only have I had my vehicle towed and jumped several times by them thru my Verizon Roadside Assistance App, which I highly recommend- It's so worth it if your vehicle is not trustworthy! But I also had to surrender my other car as it had been impounded-my fault as I didn't pick it up in time from an auto place (turns out engine was blown) point is, is that they made the process very painless and even allowed me to get my stuff out of the car even a couple weeks later! Very pleasant guys, very accommodating! Very helpful getting my other car going when they were called for help! I'll recommend them any day!
I got Cars Towing through AAA roadside assistance and they did a great job of showing up quickly with the right truck to tow a vehicle with a damaged transmission. The driver was very knowledgeable and careful with the vehicle. I plan to use them in the future.
Emailed them about getting my car brought to dealer for service as was leaking coolant, driver showed up on time and did an awesome job loading it correctly as my car sits very low. Dropped car off for me there snd brought the keys inside. Highly recommend if ever need a tow very professional and friendly, price is reasonable also!
I ran out of gas on the side of the highway. Travis arrived within the expected time frame and saved me, allowing me to arrive at the next gas station to refill my tank. I trust these guys with my roadside needs.
I can’t say enough good things about the service we received from this towing company, especially Travis. Our car had low air pressure, and my wife needed to get to the hospital for work early that morning. It was -8°F, but Travis went above and beyond to help us out.
He was incredibly pleasant to work with, communicated clearly, and quickly located our car in the parking lot. Despite the freezing temperatures, he worked efficiently to fix the air pressure, ensuring everything was ready to go.

Excellent experience all around. I had them tow my new camper to my storage about 90 minutes away and bring an old camper back. The whole process was professional and great communication. Nate was very friendly and helpful with the delivery. I would definitely work with Cars again for any towing needs.

Super friendly and very quick! Made sure we were safe while waiting and safely home. Even went above and beyond and checked under the hood to see if there was a noticeable problem!
There were triflin, tried to jack- up the price to release my vehicle by 163 dollars for calling on A Friday. I called the cops and reported auto theft in progress. They left me in the sticks in -17°F weather with A broken down vehicle after they were told by AAA to pick me up.
My cars engine exploded on the freeway, in Duluth going up Thompson Hill. and I called for a tow.
After talking to Travis, giving the information of where I am, he told me someone should be there soon.
I got a call less than 3 minutes later, from the operator, Robert. I told him where I am at, (on the exit ramp going into Proctor) and he was there literally less than 2 minutes.
With a pleasant ride back, it was nice riding in the cab with Robert, talkative and friendly!
And I had him bring it down to an ABC1 Stop in Mooselake, which he already knew the owner!!

Horrible experience with this company. They are a contractor for Chevrolet roadside assistance (OnStar). They were dispatched to tow my vehicle, their driver promptly called to let me know he was on the way and gave me an estimated time of arrival. This company then canceled because they received other tow requests that were closer than mine. I spoke with the owner or supervisor in their dispatch center and he stated he canceled the tow because "it didn't pay enough and he found two other closer tows." I've been waiting 6+ hours for a tow now. I would never call this company for a tow if they are completely unreliable....they never even called to tell me they canceled! Horrific customer service.
Dan provided amazing service on Easter after we were stranded roadside thanks to a gauged tire from a deep MN pothole. He arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable about our car type, and gave great service, conversation and local info. Thank you so much for hoping us!
It's 5 stars from me. They answered the phone on the first time. Prompt service and they checked in on us several times. Awesome and professional all the way. I highly recommend. Robert, who was our driver was very friendly and did an amazing job.
Excellent service. My midnight phone call was immediately answered giving information regarding local repair services availability time-frames, insurance procedures and dispatching a tow truck. Tow truck arrived in short time. Driver was exceptional - very careful, thoughtful, and helpful. If all tow truck drivers were like this man it would put your mind at ease in time of need.
What an amazing speedy service! My car quit working in a drive thru window and I was so embarrassed and frantic. First person I called was a friend. They came in a few minutes and we tried for like 30 minutes to get the stupid car going. They had to leave and I quickly googled a tow company cause I couldn’t just sit in a bank window… I googled “cheap tow company near me” and this place showed up so I Called and the nice person listened to my situation and put a possible jump maybe tow on the notes for the driver. Within like 10 minutes a man name Will arrived and gave me a jump and he was so fast and friendly! What an awesome guy! He was polite and did the job well and he made my day so much better. I was frantic and thinking beyond scenarios but they were reassuring with their services & were so polite. Thank you to the guy on the phone (I can’t remember your name) and my hero Will for coming so fast. I HIGHLY recommend them! Fair pricing too. I thought I needed a tow but really needed a jump so thank you for coming prepared for either situation. And I was satisfied. Thank you.
Travis and cars towing were amazing! Our RV decided to overheat on our way home to the cities. And they took care of it for us. They even went the distance on making sure it was able to drive home. Couldn’t recommend you guys more.
We used Cars Towing through AAA! They were fantastic. I don’t remember our tower’s name, but he gave our 10-month-old a little teddy bear with a Cars Towing shirt and really made his day. The tower was super pleasant and helpful! He really put us at ease in a stressful situation.
The owner took the initiative to check with the police about an impounded vehicle. His hunch was right! The bike in the vehicle was stolen, and it got returned to its owner because of his above-and-beyond effort!
Can not say enough about how professional, friendly and easy to work with this company is. We had them tow our RV. He was always in communication with us every step of the way. He even took the extra time to take a couple pictures for our 3 year old who was very excited about the big tow truck. With how great the service was I almost wish I had more things to tow.... almost. Hard to find such good service anymore it was very refreshing.
While working bridge construction in a remote spot, I locked my keys in my car along with my phone. Using a borrowed phone, I called my insurance agency to request roadside assistance. Even with vague information on my location, and no way to contact me, Car's got a service guy out to me within an hour and was able to get my car unlocked in about 10 minutes! I'm sorry I can't remember the guys name, but he was great! Friendly, courteous and patiently determined to get that door unlocked! LOL. Being 2 hours from home and my spare key set, you can imagine my relief. Can't thank you enough! Great service!!!
