Called to get seat bolts as I am going to have to cut mine to remove my seats. I would have considered entire seats while I'm there, but the lady I talked to wasn't interested in my money and basically told me to take my money elsewhere.
Duly noted lady. I will take my money elsewhere. Now and in the future.
I'll go to a proper junkyard where I can remove the bolts myself. Would't want anyone there to break a nail, now would we?
Now I'm going to have to take a day off work to get bolts instead of being able to grab them on lunch. This will be remembered and I hope some karma comes your way. Good thing we got all those parts there that you deem not worth your time.
My recommendation to others, go elsewhere. Even if they have what you need, give your money to someone else.

Vulgar and Rude, the guy on the phone was not helpful, used foul language and that behavior is not what I would expect from a business. You will have better luck elsewhere and better service as well
If I could give a lower star than 1 I would have. I was told by a friend who has bought parts here that the guy has a bunch of older Ford pickups so I called him. He said, "if I had any frickin vehicles with that part on it I'd sell it to you". I can't believe this place is in business!
My friend who is from Africa & I called this place today and the guy said,”I can’t even understand you,” & hung up on my friend (due to his accent). When we arrived there he would not help us and insinuated we were going to rob the place. Racist much?
These people were horrible! Should have read the horrible reviews before we drove an hour!! Would not recommend! Glad they wasted time pulling that engine!! I will not be purchasing it.
I was trying to sell them my old car which was "totaled" from an accident (it was still running and mechanically sound and just needed some body work). They guy laughed at me for wanting $500 for it and said the best he could do was $50. I took it to Rader's on Front St and they were more than happy to give me $500 for it and almost seemed surprised that that was all I wanted for it. The guys at Rader's are also very friendly and personable and I will be taking my business to them over Southside any day.
Brought a car there before so I figured I would try again . The guy was very rude on the phone . I’d rather let the car rust to death before I bring it to them . I’ll never do business with them !
They had a transmission for my kids truck and said they would pull it out and call me when they got it out! They sold it to someone else instead!!! Horrible customer service!
Never calls back when he says he would if he has the part or not. Very rude on phone. Very very over priced on parts your better off getting a new part. Probably easier and faster than this joke of a place anyway.
If you are in need of any parts for your vehicle, check them out. they were very helpful and fast to get the part for me. There prices are very reasonable. Friendly to do business with
So I call my local junkyard to see if I can junk my old vehichle, a man answers allows me to explain that I need my vehicle towed and to be slavaged.. he than proceeds to ask if my husband is available.. (mind you I never even mentioned I was married). He than refuses for any longer speak with me on the phone but only to the "man" of the home. Offers less than half of the junking value and, all in all.. rudely hung up on my husband for trying to barter. Would not recommend this company to anyone in the New Ulm/South West MN area. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE.
