Terry was very nice! Needed a new rim for my tire and went to check here in Mankato. Although they didn’t have my specific rim in stock at their location he gave me the address of a place that did! Saved me a lot of time! He was very kind and helpful!
Never knew I was going to have to pull my own parts here..never said on phone. Extra charge for a guy to help me. Part broke when it was put on. Big waste of time and money!
If you need a part, they will know where you can find it! They got the tools and then knowledge to help you get a good deal on a used part. All I needed this time was a G for the GMC in my car and I was led right to it!
Stopped looking for a specific part, they said they'd pull the part later in the day. Here it is almost 3 weeks later, still haven't heard from them. I went somewhere else two weeks ago and had my part in 45 minutes.....I won't use them again.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. When we called to see if they had the part we needed they said, “yes, we have it.” We drive 2-1/2 hours to get here from Sioux Falls, SD. When we arrived they only told us we had to walk around and look cuz they don’t know if they have the part. We walk around and don’t find anything. Such horrible customer service. Waste of time.
This business is unsafe for anyone in the area. Most of the time you can't even drive in there on the single lane driveway. There are cars, trucks, trailers and wreckers that clog the road in front of the business. If the place ever catches fire the whole neighborhood will go up in flames.
I needed the most obscure part for my pickup. I was pointed toward some vehicles and found my part in seconds. Couldn't be happier. Then price was very reasonable.
The owner dennis approched me and accused me of stealing. Kept using profanities while speaking with me and was very rude. I do not recommend going here. Unless you want to be ripped off.
The owner Dennis is very rude, accuses people of stealing when he did not happen to have any proof. Terrible service and overpriced. I reccomend you go somewhere else unless you want to sell your Catilytic converter for $1
Ordered a used engine with supposedly 141000 miles on it. Front valve cover and throttle body were broken. The oil pan was dented, and the entire engine was saturated in oil like it has been leaking for some time. I called to see if they would adjust the cost to cover gaskets and swapping parts. I was told they waived the core charge and couldn't do anything. They should have been up front about the condition of the engine.
Loved the experience very helpful even came out to look for something off of another vehicle will for sure keep doing business with them and spread the word

The people there were kind, courteous and professional. For years I was looking for a part and they were the 1st ones to correct me and let me know I was asking for the wrong part. After understanding what I needed I found they had the part and I was able to pick it up the same day. Will definitely be returning
