The shop in my town closed, so I found CAR Tire & Auto Center via recommendations from local friends. I was very impressed with their knowledge, customer service, and professionalism. They are half a block away from the Sakatah Trail, so in good weather the trail can be walked while waiting for the vehicle service to be completed.
I’m very impressed by the level of customer service. One of their technicians came in on his day off to continue diagnosing the issues my truck was having. I also appreciate the level of communication during the diagnosis and repair process!
I had to get my tires replaced, they were able to get me in within a days notice. They were very communicative with other problems they found. 10/10 recommend
Was having some issues with my Ford Pass working correctly and was told it was my Battery. Stopped by Carriage Auto Repair at the end of the day and asked if they could change my battery out not only did they have the battery I needed but installed it without delay. Matt and the tech’s at CAR are top notch and I will be back!

This place was recommended to me by a previous customer. I got great service got my car in right away for an oil change and even though they were super busy. They changed a bulb, and inspected the vehicle. I had the car back in about 2 hours! Super fast. Great prices too. I would highly recommend - if you like great service and good prices.

When our van broke down after hours, we had it towed to Carriage Auto Repair. They have awesome secure after-hours lock box. They were very prompt and called us right away in the morning. It was really refreshing to be able to talk to a mechanic who had a great tone of voice, respectful words and was eager to help! Really amazing customer service and of course the actual work they completed on our van, we were back in the road the same day!

Staff was very professional and even gave me a ride back to my house when I dropped off my car. Jesse did a great job on my car. Matt and Scott offered good customer service. I'm gonna be honest I work out of state and these people did the best job I've ever seen they found the main problem to my oil leak and had my truck ready the next day didn't over charge me did a really good job would definitely recommend these people

Fantastic company. Customer service is excellent. I brought my car in to have the brakes checked because I was hearing scrapping. After a full inspection, of which they took pictures and documented them, they informed me that I did not need to have my brakes replaced at this time they were in good condition. They explained to me why I might be hearing the scrapping noise as well. Now any other auto repair would have replaced my brakes pads as well as the rotors, just to bilk money out of me.
I will definitely be taking my car back to Carriage Auto Repair.
