Matt at Bad Boyz has been so responsive to our towing needs. He is friendly, approachable and understanding of my lack of knowledge of getting a car moved from point A to point B when it doesn't run. He is careful and appreciates safety.
My grandson rolled his car and the responding officer called these guys to tow him, without speaking to parent first, as he was a minor. Car was not blocking traffic and not in immediate need of being moved. They wanted $1,000 to take to his house which was within a few miles. Ended up paying $700 next day to get out of impound lot. Way to screw over a 16 year old who has been working 2 jobs to pay for the car on his own. Highly recommend calling DL towing out of Detroit Lakes or Solum out of Lake Park if in need of a tow.
Ended up in the median during a winter storm, and Bad Boyz Towing saved the day. Matt was on scene within 15 minutes and had me back on the road quickly. Extremely fair pricing and friendly service. Call them for all your towing/recovery needs!
We just had a flat tire in hwy 10. Snowy, icy roads, and cars driving past us at 70 mph. We were missing a part for our jack so we called bad boyz. He arrived quickly and worked diligently to get our tire changed. He charged a fair price. With the weather conditions it was quite dangerous. We had our little kids in the vehicle and he saved us by getting that tire changed!! Grateful!
Bad Boyz is hands down the best for all the towing needs. This is the 2nd time I have needed a tow and won't even think of calling anyone else.
Matt came out to our location and towed a 1 ton truck and a car trailor with a tractor loaded on it. Don't know anyone else that can help out in a super timely manner and do an amazing job. My full trust is here with Bad Boyz Towing big or small. There is no other greater to call. Excellent service both times. 1st time was almost 10 years ago, and today, when I needed a tow, I didn't even consider other places. Cannot recommend enough
Had to pickup a car for a family member. Matt was very nice and even helped my load the car, since I only had a come along and chain. Thank you, much appreciated.
Matt saved the day for me! Trailer slid down a hill. With some engineering Matt got it up to flat land. He said after that he enjoys jobs like that. Hahah very thankful.
Best towing experience I've had! Unfortunately, my vehicle was stolen but but the guy who run this place was amazing! I live about 4 hours away so I thought it was going to be hard to get my car. Thankfully he was willing to work with me and stay open because I would have never made it before closing time. His customer service is absolutely wonderful & I felt like he was very understanding of my situation & did his best to help. 100 percent recommend this business!
My husband's car had issues ND needed to be towed to a local dealership.Matt was on time and very professional. Super nice to deal with. Would highly recommend for any Towing needs

Crazy overpriced. He wanted more than I initially paid for the car to get it out. And super expensive price per day that it sat. After deciding I wasn't going to be able to get the car back I asked how much for my belongings. Just to get my things from the car was another arm and leg. Basically as much as it would be to get the car out. He was quite rude over the phone until I got him laughing a bit.. then I did my best to haggle the price and finally came to an agreement for my belongings. He definitely got the better end of that deal. Still mindblown at the extreme pricing. Only reason he's getting 2 stars is because he was nice when I was there in person, joking with me and telling stories. But he didn't offer any kind of help when he saw me pouring sweat, struggling with heavier items in my car. Hope I never have to deal with him again. Ugly experience.

Excellent service. Responded quickly and came preapred. Not only were they great and trustworthy to work with but they went above and beyond. When they noticed my NICU badge on my shirt, he said this one was on him. Bad Boys Towing will always be who I call if I am ever in need again.

Matt at Bad Boyz has towed several vehicles for me and has always been a delight to work with. He is easy to get a hold of, convenient, and will try to work around your needs. He has hauled everything for me from large trucks to a tiny S2000. Matt is the first person I call when I need something towed or hauled.
