Tried to return a defective battery with the time stamp clearly on it. They refused. They want a receipt from 11 months ago even though the battery was clearly labeled. I would go to the place right next door. I spoke with the national office and they called the manager. He proceeded to lie about the situation. I will never shop here again.
My 1st time ever bringing in used oil where they didn't also take the plastic jugs (old oil jugs) I brought it in with. Also, I had to fill out my name and address just to recycle the used oil.
I love this O'Reilly location. I should have given a positive review sooner, but I don't do much of that review stuff. But credit where credit is due. I got great help from a Jacob, and followed up to get an ordered part from Ken. These guys are like a cheat code, for doing your own repairs. I have seen Ken in there for a couple decades, and he is so very knowledgeable. It's almost like he works there as a hobby to help people with questions. The more info you get from Ken, the more delighted he is. I'm very thankful! These guys are wise, and friendly!
Have stopped at this location several times for parts. I always end up dealing with the same person (female assistant manager) she always says they don't Carry parts I need (break line, fuel line, several different connectors) Any time I say I will check with Autozone she tells me she already did and they also don't carry the parts. However everything I reach out to autozone or even a different O'Reilly they always have the parts. Even though this location is close to home I will no longer be shopping at this location.
Went in looking for a particular type of oil. Place was busy, but employee finished helping some else and asked if I needed help finding something. Employee was helpful and knowledgeable.
These guys usually have what you need or can have it the same day or the next day. There is usually at least one seasoned sharp guy on hand with some trainees/understaff so the parts knowledge is good.
Generally have the part I need in stock and if not will often have by end of day or next am,call befor going if ya have a less common vehicle to be sure they have..prices tend to be somewhat higher in at francis than in elk River,but if you live close time&travel=$ so...helpful knowledgeable staff
Arvid hooks us up. Ken is always very friendly and helpful. As expected some of the new hires have learning to do but try their best. They can usually make hydraulic hoses on the spot. Maybe not the cheapest or best for every part but when they are, they are also very helpful. Will continue to shop here.
Some Steve guy with a huge beard helped us. We could tell he knew what he was talking about. Very professional and helpful. Thank you for the great service!
although they may have the parts need there customer service could use improvement whenever I need to go this store I get the feeling here's your part pay for it and get out , and recently I had to find the part number on my own before they could tell me if they had the part I needed , I like O'Reillys just not the St Francis store
I absolutely love O'Reilly Auto Parts. They get the job done for me and it's always pleasant dealing with the employees. They sure know how to connect with customers. I've been a customer for over 15 years and I'll continue to be until I die. I highly recommend getting your parts here. I surely do.
Well I was able to get the parts that would work for what we needed to do. I really miss the days when you could go into a parts house and say this is what's happened do you have the parts to fix it. It's not just O'Reily it's all Auto Parts Stores. We were able to go back and find the parts we needed and the truck is fixed. Heaven for bid it you don't know what your doing
Ken is great! We're both prior military and they give a military discount! Had a problem with a part he exchanged it quickly and I was back on the road.
havnt had a problem yet. i go in. i get asked if i need help all the time. have been helped with everything i need and questions pretty much get answered. so check it out.
First time i went there since they moved and the parkinglot was a mess and it ripped my brake line off my car. Now i went there today to get a brake line (different car and and 2 years later). Brought in the endi,g and told him how long. They told me it didnt come in the lengths i need. I explained that i just bought the other side line last week at the cambridge location and explained the fittings i needed. He told me they dont have it. I looked riggt at the pieces and told him once again what i needed. I got a stupid look and an apology that they cant do it. I went back to cambridge where the kid i expected to have no idea on brake lines, figured it out in 2 minutes.
