Adrianna Updated me right away on her eta to me. When she arrived she got right to work. Traffic was very busy when she was getting my truck hooked up. Adrianna made sure for me to wait to exit the vehicle once there was a gap in the traffic. Then we safely entered into her truck and we were off to my shop. Thank you for the quick service it was very appreciated

We were very pleased with Omar’s help. He arrived at the time he gave us, he explained his company’s pricing - which was fair and reasonable. Since our electrical system was out, he even attempted to provide us a jump start (so we could roll our windows up). Again, we were very happy with the service and attention we were given by Express Towing.
He towed my son pickup 10 miles from motel to Chevy dealer charged him 1,000.00 dollars called several other tow companies including the tow company that does tow away for them they all told me 2-300 max for the same tow I have 9 tow trucks back home never charged any one like that ever i let all towers know about this guy and all dealer ships wouldn't let him tow my bicycle across the STREET STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!!¡!!
(An Almost 1100$ Tow ) ( 10 miles ) So I call these people & I promptly explain my situation clearly stating my brake system had given out inside a parking garage with 12 ft + clearance or better. Not one person mentions an absurd uncharged of 699$ until he’s already got my truck on his flat bed & out on the street. He then has the audacity to ask for an 18% tip. While telling me that State Farm will pay for it & still withholding the fact that he was going charge me 699$ extra.tow bill Which they will only pay 150$ so just keep that in mind. Had he told me there was a 699$up charge I’d told him to leave & id been calling someone else. Pretty much every other companies said they would done my tow for around 225-400. Overall I feel taken advantage of & disgusted.

This towing company is a blessing! They answered the phone right away, barely any wait time for them to arrive. I had a very rough day and they were VERY KIND & understanding to my situation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to call this tow company in time of need!
Sunday, February 18. Middle of the day, this Adrianna women at random showed up at my parents house and tried to tow my 07 Chevy trailblazer. I corrected her she was at the wrong house and address. All I got was yelling and screaming on how she's right and she showed me her dispatch form. I was very upset at the time so I grabbed her phone from her hand to confirm the information, in knowing I paid my vehicles in full. To find out Adrianna was at the wrong house and wrong trailblazer. Adrianna claiming Im stealing her cellphone, and called the police, yet she did not wait long enough for the police to show up. When I returned her phone to her and asked why she have her children, 3 or more children in the back of her truck on a job that can get dangerous or traumatizing. She claimed to be a single mom. At about 8:30 she called me threatening me her husband was coming to see me. For the future of your company it would be beneficial to let her go.
They had a female driver going 75 80 miles an hour in a 45.. this company is not safe and the next time you laugh at me and flick me off remember you're in a company vehicle. So now who's laughing you redhead
My van was buried in a plow heap of snow in south Mpls. They told me that they were busy but thought they could fit me in. 90 minutes later, they arrived and pulled me out. Thank you so much for the fast service. I had called 2 other companies. First one found out that there would be no mileage and just said we don't do that. The second one said they might be able to fit me in on or after the weekend. What a joke.

I will highly recommend Express Towing and Recovery! I needed a tow through my AAA, but AAA was unable to tow my vehicle for about 3 days, due to lack of finding a special tow truck. AAA instructed me to find another tow company to tow my car and I will be reimbursed by AAA. At which point I started searching and came across EXPRESS TOWING & RECOVERY. I called and got connected Omar, He promised to be there in 10 minutes after taking my information. Exactly 10 he was on site and have my vehicle towed.
After 3 weeks plus, lost the receipt that I needed to submit to my insurance to be reimbursed. I contacted Omar and he was very pleasant and took his time to review past tow records to locate receipt. I could not believe how customer service oriented and swift he was. I was able to submit the copy to my insurance and got fully reimbursed thanks to Omar.
Omar is the best! My friend and I both needed to be towed last summer and we knew that if we called and asked for Omar, everything would be taken care of well. He helped us on two separate occasions and was kind, reasonable and efficient. The only towing company I recommend in the twin cities!
Was assigned roadside assistance with this company through my insurance. Their driver never showed up and when the next day rolled around I gave the benefit of the doubt and asked if he was still planning on coming or if I should make other arrangements. The driver then told me he would come at 10:30 AM. Well he did not come at this time and did not bother to communicate that he was not coming. So after waiting several hours and attempting to call the company and never recieving an answer or call back ,we took the hint that he would not be coming and went ahead and tried to get someone else to assist us. I understand it may be a busy time, but I don't feel it is unreasonable to communicate with people who are waiting on assistance if you are unable to help let them know so they can get someone else. I have work tomorrow and I'm not sure I'm going to have transportation to get there because I wasnt able to get my issue taken care of today.
My son had a tire blow out on the freeway and we called Express. They said 25 minutes to arrive but showed up in 20, they took care of him fast and professionally. Could not of asked for a better interaction. Very happy.
Both the guy on the phone and the one who came to tow my jeep were very helpful, professional and nice. A little expensive but well worth it. Definitely would recommend!!
Ed is absolutely amazing!! I had my exhaust pipe break on my car and the shop I was going to was going to charge me 1200 to fix it. Ed let me know that I was getting charged a ridiculous amount and has gone above and beyond to help me!! I am very very grateful for all of his help as I'm able to drive again and be free from the expensive uber's I had been taking lol!! Definitely a great person to have on your team!!
oofda this winter has been awful and our tow story was a doozy. My wife and I closed on a house the last week of February, and the night after we started moving in we got stuck in some ice and snow in the alley. I tried chipping us out with an ice scraper...and popped a tire....at 10:30 pm. It was bad. Luckily our tow guy Ed was awesome. He was there at the ETA, got us out quickly, let our German Shepherd sit in the cabin with us as we all rode to Parents Auto, and even gave us a lift the few blocks home after that. Really really appreciated that type of help in the middle of a move and a snow storm.
OMAR the BEST! He saved a cherished family vehicle from being devoured in a snow monster emergency. He went so above and beyond and I am forever grateful. I recommend this company full heartedly and if you’re in a crisis, I hope you have the sense to go with these guys so you can sleep at night. Better yet if you get Omar’s help! Sincerely!
Had to pull off the highway quick because vehicle was losing power. Got a tow from Ahmed. Friendly, professional but most importantly for me, was able to get there very quick. I don't know if that's the norm, but it was something like 10 degress outside so I really appreciated not having to wait even an hour for him to get there. I called my insurance company who dispatched him. Maybe 15 min after I got off the phone with them, Ahmed was calling me to let me know he was less then 10 min away. On top of that, he took care of everything with the vehicle - even dropping the key in the drop box for me at the repair shop and texted me to let me know when he was done. This saved me some much appreciated time and headache dealing with the driving back and forth with another vehicle.
The driver is fast, has excellent customer service I would definitely refer him to my family and friends. I hope I don't need to call him again anytime soon but I know if I do, he will do a great job. There are so many untrustworthy companies out there I appreciate knowing my vehicle is in good hands!
