Terrible customer service. They put me on hold for 25 minutes because they couldn't give a straight answer about the transmission. I called to check the price for a 2012 Passat and got mixed messages. when the online price is originally 249.99. If they put you on hold, you're better off just going in person. garbage

Awful customer service!!!!!!!!! My fiance and 2.5 year old were there and the battery died in his truck. He was there to pick up parts. Fiance asked if a worker could jump his truck, worker said no and went into the building and proceeded to lock the door. I called to speak to someone about what was happening and it took close to 3 minutes to answer and then female individual on phone seemed nice as I was explaining our situation and asked if they could help and her attitude changed drastically and said they can't do that for liability reasons. No offer to help or even to ask if he wanted a new battery since they are, after all, a parts place. Definitely do not recommend!!! Rude rude rude. Locking the doors?!? My 2.5 year old was with him

Bought an engine and went back to load it up. Two guys who don’t speak English dropped it off the forklift 4ft high when trying to load it. They giggled. 5.2l ram 1500 5spd. Don’t buy it. I got my money back.funniest part was they got upset with us when they dropped the motor I just payed for……. I called the owner he said he would heavily discount it and that was $75 to him. And no warranty, when they dropped it. They don’t care here. People are there for a check. You can also see the guy smiling when he picks the engine back up. Plus I don’t know if you can tell but look at that very secure chain. DONT GO HERE.

Busy place but very efficient. I am impressed. Also lifetime warranty on select parts! Combined with reasonable prices this seems hard to beat in the reused parts market.

Drive shaft I went to get had two bad Universal joints. Not even a little bad they were locked up. Cannot believe it was put on the shelf as a good part to start with. Make sure to check your parts if you buy from here.

So far whenever I need a part this place has came through. Staff are courteous and helpful most of the time but I get it, the times I've been there they were pretty busy but they came through. Prices are what to be expected.

The worst place in the world.Can’t even 1 star rate !!!!Guys before you buy parts from them, check out the review!!! I don't even want to call or have a business with Abco in the near future. If you don't start respecting customers, you'll lose business,because the business starts with respect for customers and not with deception. Management should work on problems, not just sit and respond to feedback

Years ago I bought a battery and it worked awesome and it really helped me out. I'm a single dad with 3 kids so I really try to save money so I thought when I needed tires they would be a good option. Well I bought tires and headed over to discount to get them installed only to get laughed at by them because one tire had a lawn mower tire plug in it and two of them had cracks in the bead and abbco doesn't take returns so I had to take the 300 dollar loss and that really hurt. I guess it's my fault but I don't know anything about tires and I didn't think about them being so bad I couldn't even use them. Fast forward months later to now I need a battery and money is tight once again so I try them again...I must be dumb I call and ask if they have my battery and they go oh yea we have quite a few...so I drive there just to be told no we don't have any then I have my friend call again just to double check and once again they say oh yea we have some so I turn around to try the other store only to be told again oh no we dont. The workers don't care at all. I just wished this placed worked out for me because it's hard out here.just wish I could have got some of my money back or at least a battery....dang

My previous review I warned of a bad experience. The company reached out to me directly, and I truly felt like they wanted to fix the issues they’re experiencing. I believe they are trying their best. And will do what they can to fix their issues. Tons of parts in stock there if you need it..

ordered bumper they said it would be on hold for me l have a 300 mile trip one way called the morning I was on the way they said it was there waiting for me l arrived 3 hours later at Brooklyn Park location and they acted like there was no order ,finally they realized who I was told me someone else picked up bumper for me which was not true I had just called 3 hours ago, someone should be looking for a new job this is the worst I have ever been treated and they acted like it was my fault just wanted me to leave, very poor business I'm out 200 in gas and 600 miles yes I'm not happy

Very friendly staff. Prices are decent. Do their best to make sure you get what you are looking for.

Very patient and willing to work with us. We had a short notice situation, and the leadership here had excellent customer service. They were willing to work with our unfortunate circumstances and at the end of it, we left happy and with our situation perfectly resolved. Highly recommended. Absolutely choose A-abco first. I paid for my order on Monday January 29, 2023 and till waiting for the order to be delivered. Follow up today on the order, only to be told that they messed up my order and the manager will fix it and have my order deliver on Monday February 5, 2024. Greatly disappointed.

This place is the real deal. They have everything. Great parts, great service!

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Went to the spring lake park location to get a window for a car. They told me to go to the fridley location. I get there and hand them the paper and they told me to wait for the part. I start seeing customers that arrived after me get their parts faster than I did. I finally said something to somebody after an hour of waiting. One lady started yelling at me, that I need to talk to somebody else because I was talking to the part dispatcher, and I told her I already did and I’ve been waiting for an hour. They re printed the slip and the dispatcher was personally gonna get it. Not even 2 minutes later the guy I handed my paper to came to me with the paper I gave him all wrinkled like he took it out the trash, and said this part is a no go. I told him the guy went to go look for it and he said yeah I printed this twice it’s a no go. What would have happened if I just waited there, would they ever come to say they don’t have the part? I’m never giving this place my business again, Horrible customer service

Had good and bad experiences here. Seems like it’s usually a very long wait for your parts. Very nice employees, fair pricing, but body parts tend to be scratched a lot or dented worse than the description says.

I'm a mobile mechanic serving the twin cities & metro area, I purchased a used engine. Pleasant experience. Had exactly what I needed, Engine purred like a kitten!! I've used Aabco in the past & Will use them in the future!! THANKS GUYS!

Try to order a radio online. They said they needed a credit card gave the credit card number told them I wouldn’t buy it till I saw a picture they sent a picture of a broken radio. I said I didn’t want it and they still charged my card when my credit card company dispute it, they returned all money but three dollars. It’s a scam if they charge everybody three dollars who doesn’t buy something they don’t even have to sell anything. It’s terrible company.

Got a gas tank and got back to the shop only to find it wasn't the correct tank. Went back to return it and get a refund, but they were able to find the correct gas tank in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and helpful even with how busy they were.

Horrible customer service!! Cancelled order with NO contact or explanation. We had to call to check the delivery status and found the part was never shipped.

Was waiting in line for 15 minutes, when it was my turn. I went up to the counter and put down the battery that I brought for a core charge, the really really obese guy with glasses, must have a god-awful life. He proceeded to try to tell me, that everybody else was in front of me and that they've been waiting. I corrected him, along with the second and third person in line that were behind me. Then his attitude got as big as he was. They didn't have the battery I needed anyway. So I was treated disrespectfully for no reason other than obese guy having a bad day. big

Quality used parts. I like the new improvement made to improve customer service experience.

They do not take card payment over the phone or on their website. I had to drive a long distance to just pay with the same card makes no sense. Now after they sold and delivered a BAD engine I had to once again drive there 1 hour one way just to have my mechanic exchange it, didn’t even ask for the card and the mechanic had the engine and the receipt. What a nightmare. No discount no apologies. Bad business!!!!

Our salesman Tom, was amazing! We got the part we needed quickly, and any issues we ran into, Tom got us thru it immediately and with such courtesy. The prices are great too, the service we received was exceptional! We will definitely be using them again for all of our parts!

Employees are nice But man I gotta make this review tho. We called for a part and was told it was ready to go so I head there, when I got in I was told to wait so I did. I was waiting over an hour other customers were getting frustrated for waiting too long. Like I said employees are very nice but just expect to wait a really long time

Bad experience. On Monday my auto body shop called ahead for a part and was quoted $136. On Tuesday I called to confirm and was told they had two of the parts, but gave me different and higher prices for the part. On Wednesday I drove over to pick up the part. There were 8 employees standing around. I explained what I was looking for to one of them only to be told he couldn't help me. I then talked to a woman who said they had the part, then said they didn't. The whole time she acted like she didn't understand what I was asking for and no one had any recollection of either my call or the auto body shop's call. She said that two parts were listed on the computer but not actually in stock. So... I left work early and drove for 35 minutes in rush hour traffic to be treated in a rude manner and to learn that this parts store did not have the part that they told both me and the auto body shop that they had just one and two days before.
