do not recommend!!!! on these sites, they hide damage to cars by photographing them in a dark room, they gave me a car with broken glass, but it is not visible in the photo! Car was deemed a total loss and towed to Copart thru Geico. Customer service was great and they made the whole process easier.
My only qualm is that my car was towed two days before Geico said it would be…. This resulted in me having to go and get the rest of my personal belongings while my car was in Coparts lot. My Rayban sunglasses? Gone. My license and a few special credit cards I keep in my car? Gone. Witnesses who had given me business cards to offer their services as a witness? Gone.
I’m definitely in the wrong for not grabbing all of my things after the accident, but with so much happening in that moment I was a little disappointed that my belongings weren’t how I left them.
Actually ended up with a great vehicle at a super low price. Expect to pay Lot in fees and bad customer service but if you look hard enough there is a great deal out there. Just be careful and go see the car first.
Adam went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank him enough, really helped me out with my schedule and viewings. I’ve been in a couple times and they were both excellent. I’d also like to mention Susie. She treated me very well, is extremely easy to talk to and helped with my novice experience. Couldn’t be happier. They both really make the place feel homey and comfortable, by far my favorite Copart location.(:
Will never buy another car that is located at Fridley sublot. If your employees have the audacity to yell and scream at customers over nothing. They don't need me supporting them
Unbelievable. Unorganized, understaffed, and just downright disrespectful. They literally gave me keys to a car in a lot that was supposedly restricted. Then called the police unwarranted. I buy and sell cars frequently and luckily there are way better places that you can go to do so.
I was picking up a vehicle and the rep Susie was not friendly at the beginning and not wearing face mask.
When it came to pick up the vehicle, there were missing keys. I ask her to look again and she said no keys with retaliated face. Only after I escalated the situation, that for $19000 vehicle they must keep the key well, another gentleman found the key. It was in the office.
I was leaving and stopped at the door and said Susie, I think you should apologise for what happened.
You should see her at that moment! She lifted her head from the desck and made big rounded eyes like she newer herd the word " appologise" and said in bossy way "NO"! It was so rude!
So people, just be aware of the level of service at this location and the possibility to get your car without a key.
Avoid buying anything from here if possible!! I purchased 3 cars from here and buy hundreds every year for my business. The three I got here supposedly were "run and drive" cars. Upon pick up all three were missing keys. y was told that "our members frequently steal the keys and we can't guarantee keys"! I said it was unacceptable that all three were missing and they would do nothing to assist or even worse prevent it from happening again! They simply don't care! Each key cost over $300 to have replaced and reprogrammed along with the hassle of doing so! Unbelievable approach to a serious issue.
