Worst place to ever exist they don’t ever want to do business with anyone, the amount of disrespect these people bring out is crazy. DENNIS and ROBERT ARE THE WORST. They will hang up on you, yell, never answer the phone, never helps, always late with the order, no one ever wants to take responsibility and also they love hanging up the phone on you!!! Very very dissatisfied I literally started monitoring and recording each call I do with these guys. I even went about to send it to their manager Scott, but he has yet to do anything and these guys still do what they do to this day always very rude. I’m not one to complain about something but it’s always reoccurring for the past 3+years. I use to call and get parts from here all the time but NO MORE! DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING unless you wanna get disrespected.

This place is useless. Rude consumer service, called them and they said pick up in a hour. When I get there they just trying to transfer you over the phone back and forth until they close. Never ever will buy from them. Wasting my 45 min drive

I bought a part and I was told to pick it up on Tuesday ,I got there and I was told the part was yet to arrived that it will be in on Thursday, that I should come and pick it up by 8am. I got here on Thursday around 10am only to be told they can't find it and I was told there is nothing they can do about it, after driving 40 minutes, so disappointed and they don't even say sorry.

Was advertised as in store shopping. Never found it n when I called n asked about the in store shopping I got a rude grunt n then they hung up. Very nice customer service. Losers

I just call to check for some parts today and the guy I wish I could remember his name asked him if he had some mounting brackets and he just gave me a stressed deep breath and hangs up the phone… horrible service. -5 stars

I went to pickup a part from this place and everything about pickup was different.I was looking for the main entrance but there is none but a door at the back of the building as shown in the picture to pickup part on premises, my Mechanic who helped to purchase the part had to call someone inside to bring the part out for me but there was a little delay, to avoid long waiting there was a notice by the door to call a number if you've waited more than 10mins. I think they deal more with companies, small businesses more than individuals, that my opinion based on my experience in this place.

Absolute trash customer service. I asked about a part I need and the guy over the phone mumbled a question and I asked him to repeat himself and he exhaled real hard into the phone and hung up.

Overall no complaints! As long as you're knowledgeable and polite, they will return the same communication. I see a lot of hateful comments, but I don't think these people take into consideration that this is a large-scale supplier, not a retail store. They deal with shop orders, not some lady that has no idea what she needs. Here is the door with the information you need and a picture as well!

Keystone used to be amazing, and their employees used to be happy and pleasant to deal with, the ordering was easy and simple, but they're getting way too big for their own good and like all good things, they had to change it all. From what it feels like dealing with their employees on the phone for the last few months, nobody is happy there to say it lightly. Hopefully it's just growing pains, but we will see. I just hope they start treating the employees better because without good employees, they don't have anything.

Always my go to place for paint. Lucas and Mike are always helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. I've asked many questions and they have always helped me out.

Their delivery drivers are unsafe. One of their trucks ran a red light in my neighborhood and nearly killed my dog and I while we were crossing the street. The driver had ample time to stop and simply didn’t. Please be more respectful of your community.

Rush there during rush hour. Come to find out they close at 4. Website clearly states 5. So then tried calling. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. I asked an individual that was leaving the building how late open? She said 4 and answer phones until 5. Clearly they need to update their website and make sure all incoming calls in the Q are handled and have voice mail.

Definitely NOT satisfied with the turn around time for my wheel repair. Upon dropping off my wheel, I was informed that my wheel would be ready at the very latest, Thursday of the same week. Unfortunately, I was sadly misinformed to know that my wheel would NOT be ready for pick up until the following week, forcing me to continually drive on a donut for week, during the holiday weekend. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

Lazy, lazy group of people. Don't go there. Only one employee appeared to be working. The rest of the employees were unhelpful and disrespectful.
