Went in to look for a wiring harness and had brought one of my own parts in to see if the part I was buying would fit. When I had went in I had placed the part and the tool I brought on the counter and nobody said a word to me about it. Then when I go to leave without the part I was looking for they accused me of stealing and charged me $23.91 to get it back. Also never marked it with a marker which I know is standard procedure for the parts they sell so you could return it. Seems odd you wouldn’t mark your “own” part for returns. The woman at the counter who had checked me in and I know saw the part on my way in proceeded to just stare as this was all happening.
I've got plenty of parts here before but I can't believe now they won't pay people enough to answer the phone at their locations. I was planning on spending money here but I just needed one questions answered on the phone and now it's not worth the trip and you've lost my business because you won't route calls to your locations.
Well, I would give 5 stars but when I went to pick up the axle for a 2019 F150 with my 2012 Toyota Prius they were claiming I couldn't take it home in my car. I pre measured my back seat and since the seats fold down I determined it would easily fit. Since I live over 3 hours away I didn't want to spend extra money on gas driving something larger. So when the worker had to call and ask his manager if I was allowed to haul my axle home I had to pick it up myself and load it. I was saved by another worker who opened the rear door and lifted the front edge of the axle over the carpet edge it was stuck on so they did help. So as long as your pushy on letting them take your stuff with a Prius you can haul items home in them. If you have plenty of money for gas drive your truck and they will load it with a forklift. The axle did work great so it all ended well.
Very quick and efficient with picking up my vehicle and providing the information needed to get the paperwork completed. Very easy on my end, with the only delay being the amount of time from donation until pick up (due to the amount of donations). Would recommend to anyone looking to donate a car through Kars4Kids or any other organization they work with.
This is a great place we traded in our old truck for cash. Looks like maybe they sell parts too. Found an ad for the organization that gets the word out for them called peddle. Peddle had them take the truck right out of our driveway even if it didn't run. So great and the employees there are helpful and friendly.
My review is a good review for Jake, he is upbeat, knowledgeable and super helpful. I never have a problem finding what I need. They're all really great employees, an excellent group. I love U Pull it!
Highway robbery! These idiots charged me for a hinge on center console lid! It doesn't detach Its not even seperate from the part!
I got charged for wire loom and clips on a wiring harness that was complete one piece im surprised they didnt try to charge me per plug on the harness. Oh and thanks for the charge for the nuts and bolts that where in the bottom of the wheel barrel that weren't mine (probably charged a few people for them). Also your people charged me for the backets on a set of fog lights what kind of idiot thinks thats 2 pieces they dont detach and if I bought new they wouldnt charge for 2 seperate pieces thanks though for the joke! Won't be back for the highway robbery you consider "business" its a junkyard you dont sell gold.
Employees were friendly and helpful. Easy to access the scrap cars. The prices were great. I was able to cut my repair bill down by 75% just pulling my own parts.

Hey you guys, I can't get ahold of anyone using your phone system, so I thought I would try this way. I purchased two aluminum rims with tires. I paid 78 dollars, 40 of witch was a core charge (it was a 40% off day). So 78 - 40 is 38 dollars. Not a bad deal for two used walmart tires. When I brought my cores up there to get the 40 dollars back I was charged 43 dollars 3 times. So you guys ended up taking 207 dollars from me when it should have just been 38 dollars. Seriously, I've always heard your prices are out of control, but really. This is highway robbery. So how are you guys going to correct your mistakes?

They value property and money over human welfare.
Avoid this business, they get their money from buying cars off unaware buyers who will let their vehicles go for $300 flat.
It's just not worth supporting a business that thrives off others ignorance.
All that and they act like security towards their property, if I'm buying stuff I shouldn't be harassed for being on the lot.

Love this place!! Went and got some more letters for my crafting. Gifted them some signs so they can see why I come and get buckets full of letters and then took some accidental pics while switching songs most likely today was 40% off everything for the 4th! 19 bucks for that bucket of letters.

She was very helpful and also great to work with. We would definitely use them again and certainly encourage others to contact them for assistance.

The process was very easy. From first contact to getting paid took less than 72 hours. The tow truck picked up my truck around 11:00 am, I arrived at the office around 2:00 and by 2:30 I was on my way back home with cash in hand!
I didn't even need to have a copy of my title.
Instead of issuing me a check, they gave me a receipt which I was instructed to bring to another part of the building. Once there, I had to enter a pin from my receipt in an ATM which then promptly spit out my cash! So convenient.
Overall I was extremely impressed with the whole experience and left a very happy customer!
I'll recommend them to anyone looking to make a little cash getting rid of an unwanted vehicle in the future!

They made it very easy to get a quote for your car by filling out an online form. Dawn was very quick to respond every time I had a question. If you bring your car in vs having it towed, you get an additional $75. For me, it was much easier to have them tow it. I had a 23 year old Toyota Sienna that was hit in a snowstorm. I could've sold it in a private sale for more, but I didn't want to deal with that. I contacted several car recyclers. U Pull R Parts offered a lot more than the other recyclers. I also liked the fact that my car would be like an organ donor. Lots of people would benefit from the parts and then the metal would be recycled.

This place is great like frosted flakes. The had everything I need for my mommas car also they have some super sweet deals. I put all new seats In my moms car for $70 dollars. They will sell you an engine for just over $200 everywhere else wanted close to $800. The only thing that I didn't like is that I couldn't get 1 bolt out and there was a guy that works there with a torch I offered him $20 to cut it and he told me he can't $20 for one Bolt other than that great experience will keep going there in the future
