The receptionist was fantastic. She was polite and kind. The driver appeared to be having a really bad day. He was rude bordering on confrontational. The driver was kurt swore a lot and muttered something unpleasant while unhooking the car. It was a real mixed bag.
Seriously the best tow experience ever. Blew two tires in a giant pothole. After another company no-showed and then cancelled after forwarding us to voicemail for 6 hours, we called Archie’s. He arrived within 30 minutes and had a great attitude to top it off. Needing a tow always sucks, but Archie’s service, from dispatch to drop off, made it suck a little less.
Perfect towing service. I was stranded at 5am on the side of the highway and they answered on the first attempt and towed my car to my home. Great company, great guy. Definitely recommend!

Worst day ended up being the best thing that happened. Hot day car overheated and Called Archie he got to me quick and I wanted to hit a shop and get my car fixed nothing open and not only did he tow me home but had someone who was available to help fix the problem no issues since. But if I do get one I’m calling Archie again
