Archie's Towing came by through Progressive Road Side Assistance and towed my vehicle back to my house. I was having an issue with my transmission and was worried about starting the vehicle to put it into neutral. I told the driver, Mike that per Google, we might have to pop open the gear shifter to push the button to shift it to Neutral but Mike reassured me that we don't need to do that. He was so helpful, and knowledgable and we greatly appreciated his help!
He apologized for running behind, but we understood that it gets busy!
I did call the office for an ETA and the dispatcher informed us it wouldn't be much longer, but to call us back if the driver still wasn't there within the time given. Mike did show up right on time per the ETA, and got our car home safe and sound!
I would recommend this company as they were all very nice, and helpful and sincere.

Archie has been great in helping me out on a whim when I needed towing services. The receptionist was fantastic. She was polite and kind. The driver appeared to be having a really bad day. He was rude bordering on confrontational. The driver was kurt swore a lot and muttered something unpleasant while unhooking the car. It was a real mixed bag.
Seriously the best tow experience ever. Blew two tires in a giant pothole. After another company no-showed and then cancelled after forwarding us to voicemail for 6 hours, we called Archie’s. He arrived within 30 minutes and had a great attitude to top it off. Needing a tow always sucks, but Archie’s service, from dispatch to drop off, made it suck a little less.
Perfect towing service. I was stranded at 5am on the side of the highway and they answered on the first attempt and towed my car to my home. Great company, great guy. Definitely recommend!
10/10 came and picked me up so fast. My car was destroyed and even let me ride in the truck with them back to my house. Super sweet and great hospitality.
Highly recommend! Service was quick and he was so helpful! I called same day because my car was dead. He was able to jump and tow it to the dealership for me within a few hours. Gentleman I talked to was VERY polite, got here in under an hour, got my vehicle up and out in seconds, and again was VERY polite and professional. Ill absolutely use this company again and will spread the word
Worst day ended up being the best thing that happened. Hot day car overheated and Called Archie he got to me quick and I wanted to hit a shop and get my car fixed nothing open and not only did he tow me home but had someone who was available to help fix the problem no issues since. But if I do get one I’m calling Archie again
Bad Service. He said he will be here to tow my car in 20 minutes and he was no show. When called to see his whereabouts or if he still coming, he ignores my calls. Even though i specifically told him a have a job to get to and to let me know if he can do it so i can call other towing companies.
Avoid doing business with this guy.
