Went to Midas for all new tires, they have a credit program that is very helpful. I put 4 tires on the card, paid in full within six months. There will be zero interest taken on. This Midas on central gets the job done and are courteous. The amount of time spent on your vehicle is on par with the industry. They installed and mounted the tires successfully, I am pleased.
Quick in and out for alignment my truck drives straight again. The shop is clean and organized, staff is knowledgeable and good to talk to. Highly recommend this location.
After the oil change was done there was a slight issue. My brother suddenly had minimal power. My brother brought the car back to see if they could diagnose the problem. It was a wire that had come loose. They found it, fixed it and didn't charge him anything!

I fell for the 5 star reviews... Please believe me and the other 1 star reviews! DO NOT GO HERE! They are NOT honest with pricing and tried to scam me.
The worst of it all is, Steve told me I had leaking struts and repairs would cost almost $1,300 but when I got a second opinion from a different place to inspect my vehicle, the struts were fine! There was no leak!
Steve was also rude and condescending and asked me if I "even knew where the cabin air filter is" when I told him I was going to change it myself..
I used the $59.99 Full Synthetic Oil Change promotion but ended up paying about $80! They did not disclose the additional costs until AFTER they completed the service.
I agreed to an air filter service because I was told that the cabin air filter replacement would be "only $10" but then I was later charged $36.99! Very misleading! Again, they lied about pricing and did NOT tell me the extra charges until I went back to the shop to pick up my car.
Dishonest family business and if you read the real 1 star reviews many of the people that had a negative experience are women, elderly, or ethnic minority.
I had high hopes for this location not only because of the old 5 star reviews but because my friend and her family members were regulars and recommended this shop, but it seems that their favorite technician (Andrew) no longer works there.
I told my friend and her family about my experience and they all will no longer be returning customers.
I would NOT recommend Midas on Central and am never going back to this location!

Highly recommend this shop! I was so grateful for the care, the information, how quick they resolved my issues.
They were also very aware of not overcharging or adding more to my bill than necessary. They offered options of my car care based on necessity and my budget. I will take my vehicle here again and again and again. The team there is excellent.
Had an oil change about a month ago and asked for a thorough safety inspection as I was going to be doing a road trip. They were very informative with photos and descriptions on what was most important to get fixed and what could wait. Last night my window got stuck down, and today they helped me trouble shoot and we got it back up without even having to take the door apart or put the car in the shop. They are very helpful and I will continue to go back to them for oil changes and other miscellaneous things. I appreciate you guys!!!!
Midas did fix the collapsed brake line without charge which was nice but I lost another full day of work.
Guess I'm going to have to see.
Spent $1300 for front brakes and within 10 days the front brake was grabbing and smoking. The inconvenience of losing another day of work for a second visit isn't ideal. I'll have to see if they ask for additional money.
Just wow!! My teen driver had an issue she neglected for far too long. Not only did they save my sanity… they fixed her car within hours at a great rate. Went above and beyond in the customer service! Thanks guys’ we will be back.

charged $100 for an alignment that clearly was not performed as well as "charging the AC" in the winter and come time to actually use it surprise surprise completely empty. got it charged elsewhere and they confirmed there was no leak so they just bs'd it nice!

I had to make an unexpected stop in today for some help after a pothole damaged a part on my car. They immediately helped me and fixed the issue so I could make my way home without having to worry any further. Thank you for taking care of me!
I went to get an oil change and alignment about 6 months ago. The guy told me the alignment would be $400 right out of the gate because newer cars need to be calibrated with an alignment. The total for an oil change and an alignment with calibration would be over $600!!! I asked why I needed that because my car doesn't have lane departure warning features, side mirror car detection, or automatic braking but he insisted all newer cars required it! I didn't get the alignment, but ended up getting a free oil change for my next visit due to a promotion.
After that visit, I called different places including the Ford dealership and specifically their service department to ask about the calibration needed for an alignment. To my surprise, I was met with laughter! The Ford mechanic had been there for years and only had to calibrate 1 car for an alignment. Even the receptionist was laughing because my car didn't even have those features. I'm glad I didn't fall for it! I got my free oil change and I'll never be back.
Do not take your car to this place, they don’t know what they are doing they lied about my car status and fixed something unnecessary and their price in insane , the employees are rude , zero customer services. I know other people who complained about the same issue they are not professional . Don’t waste your time and money!

After being betrayed by Bo and getting scammed, my friend recommended this shop to me, and I can’t express how happy I am now. Every time they provide a service, they take the time to drive my car to identify any issues. They even send me pictures while they work on it, which makes me feel very satisfied. I regret not discovering them sooner, and I really appreciate their service. Thank you!
Oil change quick. Other problem fixed after getting the okay from me. Complimentary coffee helped the time pass nicely. Nice fellas helping ya out in the front. Overall nice experience.
I did not end up having my car repaired here because my insurance wanted to move it elsewhere, but I am very thankful that Midas allowed my car to stay on their property for a short time while I was getting this sorted out and even generously did a quick assessment of the damage. John was also very patient and helpful to me while talking to him over the phone.
I went to get an oil change a while back and they did a great job with the change. They also were very honest and gave me some upfront answers about what I needed to get looked at on my car and what could wait. I really appreciated that, it felt very customer first vs trying to get as much money from me at that visit as they could. I felt like I was treated well and with Integrity.
I changed the engine oil and had the front wheel alignment done. After the service, I had a few questions about the work that was done. The staff were very professional and, most importantly, friendly and considerate. Huge thanks to them for that!!

UPDATE 12/7 Midas checked the air machine and is now fixed. I appreciated their quick response to my issue and their messaging me about my concern.
The oil change pricing is competitive with online coupons and includes tire rotation. It's always easy to get in for service and love the free soda/coffee. I did leave yesterday with my tire pressure sensors saying it was 28 or 29 psi for each 2 year old tire so drove a few miles to Discount Tire to indeed find out they were not the required 32 or 33 psi. I also know they said the washer fluid was topped off per the inspection report but just looked and was not topped off. I did need to go back today for my punch card and mentioned the psi observation to them, which they said would look into.. I know there have been staff changes the last few years and am really hoping this was just a one time incident.
I recently got an oil change for the first time here and I will absolutely be back! I was able to book a time online easily and was in and out in a little under an hour. The staff were amazing and gave me a huge discount. They did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and made recommendations for future repairs (including photos and easy to understand explanations), but didn't pressure me to make a decision on the spot. The waiting room is comfortable with complimentary beverages and short little cute videos playing on the tv that entertained my toddler.
Amazing people! I had a 33x13.50r20 that I needed set on the bead and 2 tire shops weren’t able to seat it and discount tire turned me away without trying as they wanted me to buy a new tire! John was amazing! He got it on my wheel in 5 minutes and was great to deal with! Will definitely go here any time I need anything tire related!

Called in for a 5pm appt, flawless service both on the vehicle side and the customer service side, from the tech Cory Schintz at the desk. Very knowledgeable man, considerate of my time and willing to work with me and other customers while I was waiting to make this oil change the best possible experience I’ve ever had at any Midas, or any other shop period. Newly remodeled lobby with variety of snacks provided, went above and beyond to explain the difference in oil types, different style of tires and to make sure my vehicles needs were met and exceeded on and off the road. I was even running a few min late, and they had no issue helping me get settled in while they took care of everything. Seriously, thank you so much for some of the best service I’ve ever had anywhere!!! Car service or otherwise! 100% deserves a raise for his passion about cars and customer service!
My daughter has never had a problem here, so I tried it. First time they told me that a strut was bad and to take it to the shop that installed the struts. So I did and they found that it wasn't the strut it was a rusted motor mount! Shame on me. Second time, was several years later and with my husband's car. First I noticed when I was greeted at the door I was told to sit down while they do the inspection. A man who came in behind me was told to have a seat and help himself to beverages, coffee and something about what was playing on TV. Mildly irritating but it's a auto shop, and most are not known for being a female friendly. I brought the car in for an oil change and diagnose the rumble from the right front tire. Then the estimate comes out. Struts, sway bar link, tires and it's leaking oil so it needs to be degreased and a dye added to determine where the leak is coming from. Cost about $2500 in parts and labor. I had to pull money out of my 401k because I can't afford a car payment so I need to keep this car going. Two weeks later, I brought it in for the work. The degreasing was done as I was picking it up, and the mechanic said to me "it's probably leaking from the oil pan, or the block". Again mildly irritated because I've had a car with a cracked block, there were oil puddles under the car daily and I have nothing on my garage floor. I just nodded and left in the car. Oh wow, I knew those things needed to be done because now this car rides nice again. But when I turned right, again the rumbling noise. I figured it was wheel bearings or something like that. I brought it back and sure enough it was bearings needed to be repacked. That was repaired and it was mentioned that the leak was in the rack and pinion. He'd give me an estimate but I never got it. I didn't care, I knew I got the idiot woman deal. Three months later, the Service Engine Soon light came on. I took it down to Turbo Tim's and they did an inspection and sent me the pictures of the underneath the car. Seems bottom of the engine is still clean, no oil or blue dye anywhere. No leaks were found. Including rack and pinion. Stay away if you're female especially if you have gray hair.
