They are very helpful! I come here to buy expensive parts often at O’Reliley and I always look for parts at O’Reilly more than other store . Sometimes they don’t have in stock but they tell you the location of where they have in stock or ship option O’Reilly the place where I spend too much money on I could buy another a couple of used car lol

David is just the best. He's always so knowledgeable and friendly, he really makes you feel like familiar! One time I needed and alternator for my car but they didnt have it in stock, so David grabs his little tool pouch throws on a brave face just to go out and pull his part out and puts it in my car! Right there in the parking lot in -15 degree weather!! Truly an autopart angel!

Randall was of great help! Not only did he notice that I needed help, but he looked up the part numbers I needed, and went in back to go get them for me. I was out the door in about 10 minutes thanks to him.

I’ve generally had good experiences with O’Reilly, but this time was disappointing. I brought in a battery to be charged and received a yellow sticker for it. I wasn’t given a call to let me know the battery was ready for pick-up, nor was I told a pick-up deadline. A few days later, I went to retrieve the battery with my yellow sticker, but they couldn’t find it. One employee mentioned, “If it’s been over 7 days, then it’s gone now; it on your sticker.” I explained that I hadn’t been informed of any 7-day policy and that I hadn’t check/read the sticker because the person informed me when I come pick up the battery I need the sticker. He suggested I call the manager. When I spoke to the manager, he said, “I just recently took over this store, and we have new staff who may not be familiar with the 7-day policy. Unfortunately, I can’t do anything about it because it’s gone.” I expressed that I felt this was partly the store’s responsibility since the policy wasn’t clearly communicated. I was hoping the manager might offer a small gesture to make up for the situation, but nothing was offered.” I am very disappointed and will not bring my business to O’Reilly anymore.

Really helpful, i just bought a new used car. O had no idea, how to get it in reverse. They helped with that, seafoam, and some new wipers, and i was out the door.

Man what a great experience I had at this location. David is an unbelievable employee. This guy is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with my car troubles. I hardly ever leave reviews but I felt so inclined to leave one about this location and for David in particular for the extremely great customer service he gave me. Give that guy a raise seriously

The location was pretty useless, & the staff member I asked to help didnt know anything about cars. I asked if they could hook up the diagnostic thing, to see what exact codes were misfiring; which is super helpful to know where you need to take it. After the staff member hooked it up, I was told all 3 codes were general codes for one part. & also told that O'Reilly's took their actual diagnostic handhelds away, because they kept getting stolen (I dont know by who, since they're back behind the counter, usually in a unseen place exactly for the reason... to not be seen and stolen). I was really surprised by them not having them anymore or being able to fully assist customers with getting them what is needed. In all the years that I have gone to ANY O'Reilly store location, this was never the case; & the staff members were always very knowledgeable about most general vehicles, & would even offer help finding the part needed. So unfortunately, my trip to this O'Reilly was a waste of time, & I got no direction on the issue for my code misfires. I really truly hope they get their necessary equipment returned to them for use; I know a large portion of people that stop in there with vehicle issues would greatly appreciate it.

Staff are a little blase, but better than any other auto parts store around. Better selection than the AutoZone down the road.

Went to O'Reilly with some car trouble to diagnose and David went above and beyond and basically fixed it for me. Well, not basically: he did fix it. With one part that cost $9. Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Should have come here in the first place! Two other O'Reillys turned me down to change a headlight bulb for me (and Napa and AutoZone don't even offer it) but here they did it for me no questions, even when I'd bought the bulb at a different store! So appreciative and will definitely come here first from now on. Also really appreciated a salesperson who didn't make assumptions about gender identity.

Winston is the best, he gave me great insight Re: my Lexus. He is expert in the Lexus vehicle. Not only did he help me with my brake light, he gave me advice about my headlights and some gas cap issue I am having. Great O'Reilly to stop at for expert assistance!

I should've read the reviews before I go to this store. Reene is the worest person and the bigest lier in that store and followed by Alberto. I place an order at the store in the morning and I've been told it will be by the store close to noon. I decide to go to the store around 4 pm because they are not answering my call to confirm if the package arrived. By the time I arrived I waited at least 7 minute to get served and Alberto start pulling the account information, and I can see on the screen that the item delivered around 12 pm. He starting walking around back and forth and kills 5 minutes and he told me the item not arrived. Since I know that the item arrived the store I refuses to accept his respond and told him to confirm with the ware house. He went back to the back and talked to Renee and come up with another lie by saying the deliver is on the way. Renee come out start checking with every employee and calling to the warehouse and not willing to check the manifest when she been advided by the phone. During all these time I've been told that the item is on the way and not arrived simultaneously by Renee and Alberto. I request my money back after they kept me waiting 35 minutes at the store and it tooks another 15 minutes to do that process because of Steve and the other employee didn't catch his name (he is tall and square beard style) want to do another search for the part. After I've been in the store for almost an hour the guy with square bear cut found the item and Reene act like she didn't know what's going on and start yell at me to cover her own weekness and problem. She also rude and have no a good customer service skill. The funy part is she didn't even apologized for kept me for almost an hour to pick my order which it was at the store all the time. Instead she start quarreling while I was leaving the store upset which I've 100 percent right to be upset after all this things happen to me. In this situation the person who found my order apologized to me, which he didn't do wrong to me but he representing the company on her behalf. I don't know how she work om that company because she don't have any business skill becuase while I was waiting in that store she was telling Steve out loud to lie to the customer on the phone while there is so many customers including my self because she forgot to order on time. There is no way I'll go back to that store and also I'm going to address this issue to the head office as well

Nice store, good location & the employees really have it together. They no what yr talking about 1st time around. They's no comin' back 2/3 more times for the same issue you in with. Just haven't had that type of service at auto parts store for some time now... Keep it up the great was much appreciated . Thank you for yr passing on yr knowledge. (Way to go employees, you got an A+ from me..)

The place is great. Workers are respectful and knowledgeable. The inside store was clean and squared away. I never had any problems but the only downsides were the types of parts you can get immediately. Which again, not their fault or any stores. Specific problems require for specific parts. There's hundreds of cars so it's obvious they won't have every single part. That's with every autoshop though.

These folks were awesome!! Truck had a bad squeal on the highway, pulled off figured it was my driver's side wheel bearing went out, no shop could do a quick 1 hr job to get me back on the road for almost a week, O'Reilly's at this location had the part and the tools and let me replace it across the alley took me 1.5 hrs but I got it done, saved me a ton of cash, Thank You all again, as I got home safe.

Always very helpful. They have free tools to help you with specialty jobs (there's a small retainer fee that you get back when you return the tool). This service is saved me in number of times.

Very nice people and place, today I went there to replace my car head lights and I didn't know how to do this myself for a minor disability, the gentleman who was helping me to buy them for my Nissan Versa volunteered to help me replacing them. He did with a big smile. Thank you so much I really appreciate what you did for me and I love O'REILLY

Great Customer Service, I came for an alternator check, got the best service from “Renee” she helped me out from start to finish. Had a great actitud throughout , expressed her experience with certain batteries that helped me choose the right product for me. Will be returning for sure!

Overall great store as every experience walking into an o'reilly Has been period of course pricing could always be better but if you want it like right now instead of ordering it of course you gonna pay more. Staff is usually always knowledgeable on everything that your needing if not they find somebody who's capable. Overall good experience for getting it today

Went in, employees weren't wearing masks. I didn't even go in. They don't respect customers and are also breaking the law. I took my business to NAPA. They have better parts anyway.

I love this store! These guys are so helpful and are willing to educate me on the best or semi best products for my SUV. Recently my battery died! I came and discussed battery options (budget wise) Dean was so helpful and even installed it for me. Thank Dean and O'reillys.

I had a great experience here. Nelson was the gentleman helping me, he replaced my windshield wipers and my airfilter. Great customer service from him. Will definitely recommend them.

The Assistant Manager Michael was AWESOME! He helped me find the right light bulb for my truck, and he even helped with the installation! I was in and out in 10 minutes! It was a wonderful experience! Great guys here!!!

well I gotta say that the staff at this store was not only respectful, helpful, and courteous, they are also very patient as well! LoL, I found that out the hard way when the gears suddenly wouldn't shift into 1st on my bike and I ended up getting kinda stuck at this location for hours trying to diagnose and fix the problem myself. lets just say it was not my favorite memory of this past spring season and I don't wish to re-live it again. I can say that the staff was definitely understanding and couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately Motorcycles are not any commercial chain auto parts stores specialty but these guys do carry quite a bit more for bikes than any of your other commercial chain stores and if they have it at another location they can usually get it to the store your at within 1-4 hours or guaranteed by the next day if its past like 5pm I believe. Rude and very not helpful staff here! Told me to get my car over here they would wait for me before closing limped my car here only for them to shut down when they knew I was on my way! I had no intention of trying to get my car over here but they offered and then shut down on me!

Alexis went above and beyond to meet my needs as a customer. He has a very relaxed, friendly vibe which is a customer service pro! Hopefully his management or bosses value him as their employee!!
