We switched to using LaPage a few years ago and are happy we did. They are very customer focused and are pleasant to interact with.

When there was a billing issue regarding a vacation hold, Kristine was exceptionally helpful, and very kind. I am glad that we have LePage and Sons as our waste removal. I love it that they are local to us, as well.

Switched to LePage and Sons easy to sign up and get a hold of. Friendly and great to work with ditch overpriced Waste Management and support family owned local companies!! Great people!!

Great Residential service and customer service. I’ve been using there service for 2 years and when a the big name companies started servicing our area I was ready to jump ship. Sam at LePage addressed all my concerns and has made me a customer for life. If you live in the Isanti area I highly recommend LePage & Sons. They also do weekly yard waste pick up for residential, not an option with the bigger companies in my area.

Great service! I’ve been a customer for 2.5 years but I considered switching to a competitor that was new to my neighborhood and was offering a great price. I called and spoke to Heather and she was able to offer me an even better deal and made the changes to my account immediately and made the whole thing so easy for me.

My family moved recently and needed to set up trash service. We asked our neighbors if they were happy with their provider and they all recommended Lepage. I was so impressed with their pricing, customer service, and responsiveness. I used their texting feature to communicate that we forgot to put our garbage out one Monday morning (we’d just had a baby) and a friendly response was received almost immediately that they would put in a work order to have one of the drivers return to get it and they even waived the $25 fee for doing so. Customer service is so important and they definitely earned our business. Highly HIGHLY recommend this company they are fantastic.

We recently switched over to LaPage from a LARGE corporate giant. Was so nice to actually talk to a person and not "tell us why you are calling?" and then go through ten further AI directed questions. They are "REAL people" Thank you for being you and offering customer service.

Just signed on for our new home and had payment issues. But the customer service was fast, helpful and easily just credited to our account. We’re looking forward to using this business.

We will be moving out of state and have some old furniture we don't want to move. They were very polite and nice on the phone, and did a great job helping us decide how we want to get rid of the furniture. All we gotta do is put it by the curb.

Just wanted to share this. We had not put our garbage down thinking it was gonna be a day late after Presidents day holiday. But our driver Matt came up our pretty long driveway and grabbed the can and made sure it was taken care of. What a great guy and talk about dedication to the team. We really appreciate knowing that these are the guys in our neighborhood. Thx again 🇺🇲💪

Kristine took my call requesting info about any possible price reduction. She answered every question thoroughly and delighted me with a discount for which I qualified. And she couldn't have been more pleasant. The LePage service and employees are five-star.

I would like to THANK my driver Bill for going above and beyond for service at my home. I forgot to bring my container out to the curb on my scheduled service date. Bill saw my overflowing container in my garage and grabbed it and brought it to the curb. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Carry, our garbage truck driver, did an excellent job today. He went way above and beyond to properly pick up my overfilled garbage can, and he did it the right way.He Could have easily did the easy thing and just leave it. I’m the one who overfilled it.I truly appreciate that kind of old-school work ethic and old-school customer service. So happy we switched to LePage! Not only is the price reasonable but their drivers go above and beyond! Thank you to our driver Randy Squires, for going out of his way and getting out of his truck to grab some extra bags we had and couldn’t fit. That meant a lot!!! He didn’t have to do that.

I made the switch to LePage & Sons a year ago. They have been great to work with. Their drivers are friendly and courteous, and their inside staff is friendly and quick to reply. Will continue to keep my trash and recycling with LePage. Great local hauler!

Kristine was great to work with. She updated my payment information and then without prompting, reviewed my account and changed the billing to reflect a more appropriate price. I wish the company didn't make it necessary to do that, but then she sent me a contract to secure the newer lower payment for 3 years.

LePage has been amazing. Heather very kind and always helpful with my calls. NICK my driver has brought my recycling down for me multiple times especially with my slippery driveway in the winter time. I'm grateful for people who go above and beyond. I had Lepage and Sons picking up my garbage for about 2 years. The service seems to be fair with drivers being the ones who make that experience ok. The office staff on the other hand are quite rude and short. That is something I will not deal with. I decided to move on with another company due to lower costs. The office lady was very upset and yelled that I have a 30 day contract after discontinuing. They left my cans on my yard for over a month and they have been completely unwilling to negotiate. Don't deal with these people You will be sorry. Check for cheaper companies. They do a much better job at picking up your garbage.

I changed over to LePage & Son from one of the other large service providers in the Columbus area due to their constant rate increases (every 6-months). Thanks to Bri Willman; it was the easiest transition I've ever had. It was seamless making the transition from one to the other, now I'm saving money every month while having the exact same service!

Great company! Was looking for reliable trash service and lepage has knocked it out of the park!! Their drivers are very polite and courteous, their pricing is great and competitive as well, and not to mention they offer compost removal.. would highly recommend!

We used them at our previous address otherwise we wouldn't have known that they serviced our new town. We were very happy with them and thrilled they can service us again! Heather was very quick to respond to my inquiry and questions. The sign up process was slick. Very friendly and reasonable prices - no hidden anything. Happy to be back w/ the LePage family!

I called LaPage looking for current pricing. The woman I spoke with over the phone told me the special and mentioned that she would send me a 3-yr contract that needed to be signed before the start of service. Well I never signed it, but a LaPage box truck just showed up attempting to drop off a trash cart. Thankfully I was home when they stopped or id have to deal with canceling a service I never committed to.

7/24/25 Noon. We use the roll-off services for dumpsters. Quite a few size choices. Friendly people. You pick a day, but don't know the time of delivery. Reasonable pricing based on what you put in it and which county it is going to be used in. Credit card required, but an invoice will come via email and the option too pay on-line. The phone number is also text able. No reply when texting so I call anyway.
