Good customer service and fast, but very expensive. Quoted $250 on the phone and showed up asking for $350 for a 10 mile tow because apparently if the front tire is blown it cost more $100 than the back tire going out.
The service was fast and friendly. The only downside was the price of the tow , $230 for a 6 mile tow and then he got lost and couldn't find the mechanic shop .
Major shoutout to Oki and All Midwest Towing. He is finishing up a call with our son right now for roadside assistance. He is a lifesaver. We have had AAA for years and tonight they failed us big time. Our son was waiting 4 hours and 20 minutes. I was not with him but looked up towing with good reviews. All Midwest Towing didn’t take it but we don’t care. They were fast, kind, friendly and saved our son from a horrible wait with AAA. We will recommend you always! Thanks!
