I own a 2015 Toyota Sienna van that had some damage to the right side due to a side swiping. Since the internal latching mechanism to my door needed fixing, we decided that we would just purchase a new passenger front door. We looked on eBay and found a door being sold by Certified Auto Recyclers and verified that the door would fit our van. What ensued was a nightmare. I will never deal with this company again. Their listing claimed that the door would fit a 2015-2020 Toyota Sienna van. They did acknowledge that there were some small dents but that the door had everything except the side view mirror. After the door arrived, we unpacked it and did find a few dents in the door panel. Upon our attempt to install the new door, we discovered that the door would not fully close. We removed the door and laid down the replacement door next to our original door. In almost every measurement, we found that the replacement door was approximately 1/2 inch off in almost every direction. The curvature of the window portion was also much larger than the curvature of the original door. We contacted eBay to see about obtaining a refund and were told that we would need to return the door no later than July 21st. The company received the door back on the July 16th. We were also told that we could message the company directly through eBay, which we did. Originally the company claimed that there was no way our van was a 2015, stated that it must be a 2014, and requested the VIN#. We provided that number as requested. The company then claimed that the "accident" had flattened out our door, which it had not. The damage was the internal latch mechanism and some paint transfer with minor denting to the door panel. We were told that we would have to pay the shipping to return the door and that after three days our credit card would be refunded for the purchase amount. After receiving the door, Certified Auto Recyclers requested a review from eBay then denied our refund based on the door not being returned within the allowable time frame. At no time during our message correspondence with the company did they indicate that we would already outside the window for returns. This was even after the person responding to the messages looked up the original order information. We were also told that shipping had cost about $350. We appealed the refund denial and were promptly denied again as a final decision in which we had no other appeal recourses. We believe that the company misrepresented the door and suspect that they knew the curvature of the window was larger than the window for a 2015. Instead of stating upfront that we would not receive a refund, the company let us return the passenger door, at a cost to us of about $1564. Now the company has the door back and they can turn around and sell it again to some other trusting consumer, leaving us out approximately $2500. We are considering filing a lawsuit against the company to try and recover some if not all of our costs. Do not buy from this company unless you can verify for yourself by visual inspection that their products actually fit.
The larger of the two doors is the one sold to us by Certified Auto Recyclers. The smaller door was the original door off of our Toyota Sienna van.
Their sales team are very disrespectful. They would rather give you a sarcastic unprofessional response than to actually help you. Stay clear of this company.
I was there a couple of weeks ago, I was really surprised the way i was welcome. They were waiting for me almost close time for the day for me to pick up my engine. The engine that was sold to me as for now it's really good and drives like new.

Had many great experiences buying parts here, great group of people with very fair prices. I cut it pretty close to closing time a couple visits and they were very polite about me getting parts, will definitely remember their hours now haha. Best parts yard around!
Outstanding folks here. I work in salvage myself and I looked and looked for a hard to find belt tensioner for my old convertible. Other yards weren’t willing to even look for the part, even for a fellow salvage worker. To my delight, I found Certified’s eBay store which had exactly what I needed! I was super excited to find it! I placed my order and it shipped literally within minutes. It showed up in record time and was in perfect shape. Looked like a brand new part. Thank you for an amazing experience, folks! I’m happy!
“BEWARE” of this company on Facebook offering tires. Some tires were listed at $100 (set of four). We made a round-trip drive of more than an hour. They informed me that they would not sell to me for that amount , because they made a mistake on their post. Told me they wouldn’t sell them for anything less than $225 as an alternative.
I had questions about a product and decided to use their chat service. It showed one person as available and the other two were away. I posted my question in the chat and did not receive a response for 10 minutes before disconnecting.
I don't have time to sit around waiting for a response. I took my business to another shop, who actually responded to my chats.
Engine sales could be a scam. Placed order, authorized payment. They requested photos of front/back of credit card and DL. No sooner than this was sent began getting unauthorized charges on credit card. Rude customer service, don’t listen to customer. Had to shut Card down with bank and laughed when they told me the would charge me $200 cancellation. How are you going to get that when I had to shut credit card off.
Oh my lord, where do I start? These guys where so helpful to me while my car was broken. Needed AC parts to fix my car and every place around Hudson/New Richmond WI area wanted waaaaayyyy more than was reasonable. The guys at cerified auto recyclers not only gave me a really good deal on parts, they also treated me with respect and fairness. 11/10 would recommend and I will be back when I need more parts. This is now my go to place for parts. Super friendly and very great on price. Called the day before and my part was pulled the next day. I have been to many other places and this one has been the best.
The person pricing was very hardheaded wouldn't dropped price until I pushed him or was being hesitant, not very helpful with slow service, overall kind of rude. Should have just walked but at the end of the day got my parts so...
Very very nice people to work with when you looking for a part. Even when they don't have the part they will go out of the way to help you.

Very nice people here, I was looking for a transmission for an impala and learned that they are hard to find for the 3.9 engine. My initial call to Kurt I was told he did have one still in the vehicle and to give him till the end of the day to have it pulled. He then called me a little earlier than I expected, he wanted to let me know that they found little copper shavings in the bottom of the pan and he at first wasn't going to sell it, he took the time to search around to see if any where could fill the request with no luck, he decided to give me a better deal with warranty and my customer's impala is still running strong.
Good experience. Called on a part (two windows) 10 minutes before close and they agreed to pull the part and leave it out front for after hours pick up. Saved me a long holiday weekend without a car...Thanks guys!
Great experience...the man that I talked to was polite, extremely helpful, took the time to make sure they had the battery that I needed, and they were actually cheaper in price than the other salvage yards up there. The battery was like new and car fired right up! Very pleased and will look here first. Highly recommended!
I almost never leave reviews but these guys are super heros! I had a flat tire and just happened to be near their shop. It was closing time and I was going to have to wait over an hour for a tow. I offerred to move my car outside their gate and wait for my tow, so they could lock up and head home. Instead they stayed late, saved the day and changed my tire, providing me with a great little spare and sent me on my way. I will refer others to them and will use them in the future when I need car parts...hands down, great people!!!

Thought I had found a match for my Ford Explorer's Transmission needs. After further investigation, they called me to let me know that it is not a perfect match. Even though they couldn't help me find a transmission through them, they took the time to help me find one in St. Paul instead. THAT is good service and putting the customer's needs first. I will be checking here first for my future needs.
One of the best places I've been to. After spending all morning on a Saturday, I still couldn't get the parts out for my Dakota so they helped me with it for a very decent price. I can't speak for others, but my experience has been a very good one. This is where I will go next time I need parts.
This company has integrity. My daughter purchased an engine & install a number of years ago, had a failure withing the warranty period - They honored the warranty and were very professional about it. This is truly exceptional in the used engine industry. I have sent several persons to this company because of this experience.
UPDATE: We had another engine swap performed by them in June/July 2015. Went very well. I've had some discussions with persons who have considered having engines swapped - they tend to not understand that the engine swap is only that - it is NOT a car rebuild, so if you had control problems before the swap, you may still have them after the swap, so best to know why your original engine went bad before you swap! Nice staff, clean shop, not a shade tree operation.
Very poor customer service. Over priced. compare prices with other local salvage yards and they are much more. highway robbery here. Ask for a competitive price for a local loyal customer and they get offended and do nothing to help their local customer besides use foul language and use offensive language. I have no problem with foul language but I do not expect to have language and attitude like that directed at me especially when I've spent thousands at this business. every other business in the local area were $25 to 45 cheaper but they sit on their high horse and are greedy. I will not support a business that practices this. you are not the only one in the area who carries used parts and the rest that have better customer service will prevail. You guys suck. you lost a loyal customer that has spent thousands at your location and because of my business I have potentially many more thousands to spend that you will not get. You suck, suckers!
